RAK was great in helping me when my AC stopped working in the hot weather! And when the time came to replace my unit, that included a heat pump, I decided to work with RAK. Installation was very smooth and quick. Im very happy with their service and the new unit. I will continue to use RAK for annual maintenance and have recommended them to my neighbors. Rudy and Kasey were very responsive, professional and prompt - I feel lucky to have found such a reliable company!

The owner of RAK Heating and Air Conditioning, Mr. Rudy Limon, did a fantastic job on our A/C today. He fixed the fan and capacitator which saved me thousands of dollars of getting a new outdoor unit. He also did an inspection of everything else with the system after the repair to make sure everything is working properly. What a relief with this very hot weather now we have a nice cool home again. I highly recommend him and the company whenever anyone needs any help with their A/C.

Rudy & Kasey came to our rescue fast when our AC went out. We had two others from the Next Door App that were “highly recommended” come to try and fix our AC, but eventually left to go get parts & did not ever show up the following day or answer our calls/messages. Rudy & Kasey, however, took great detail in everything from the start! I just bought my first home a few years ago, and I love how they were extremely helpful in finding out that my parts were covered under warranty. (Even thought I had no idea!) They are very professional, super quick to respond to any questions you have & provide excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again!!

RAK heating & air conditioning came thru after the 1st service provider that was selected by the warranty company didnt complete the job. All I can say is Rudy came as promised n did exactly what he was supposed to do. My A/C was inoperable for almost 2wks. Rudy was contacted 8/10, came 8/11 he simply was knowledgeable n very professional to complete the job. I truly will recommend him to anyone needing a/c work. Thank you so much!!!!!

Prior to rak. I had two dishonest ac guys come over with 2 totally diffrent issues with my ac. Had a friend recommend rak and within 20 minutes showing up diagnosing. He found the problem. Ac compressor was under warranty. And he handled all that process. Gave me a great detail in the repair process. Finally good service 🙌 my house is finally cold again ! Thanks rudy from rak !

My experience with RAC started with the scheduling of my maintenance. This was handled by Kasey in a timely and professional manner. She truly demonstrated the traits of a professional.Next came the timely coordination of my appointment by Rudy. He provided me with a one hour window which is unheard of in the industry. Speaks so highly of their Service and customer dedication.Upon arrival Rudy and I visited and I showed him all of the equipment and zones in the system. Rudy completed the preventative maintenance in an extremely timely and very Professional manner. There is no doubt that I will use this team for all of my future needs and strongly recommend them. My A/C went out on a Tuesday and luckily RAK Heating and Air were able to come out the next day. The tech diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. I had an A/C tech to come out from another company on Tuesday to diagnose the unit and was told there were numerous issues and quoted a price of $1100 for parts and labor. I called RAK, and was treated with professionalism and respect from the initial call with the secretary, until the job was complete. RAK was honest and professional and I highly recommend choosing them for your future A/C needs.

RAK fixed my AC after the contractor American Home Shield sent out failed to do so. RAK was able to give me an immediate appointment, took time to explain exactly what he was doing in layman terms. He had my AC fully operational. I would recommend RAK to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Rudy to the Rescue !!! When our a/c went out, another company in San Antonio no names mentioned. (JW) wanted over 10 grand to replace it. Rudy came in, looked our system, and got us back in cold air with ALL brand new components for less than half. They even installed the new thermostat that my wife and I requested. He was professional, polite, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and found us what we needed in no time. Once the unit arrived, the work was done in no time. I definitely know who our new HVAC service is!!! I will recommend RAK to every one I know!!

RAK AC was awesome with price, customer service, and AC installation. When our AC went out, they gave us the best quote, being significantly lower than other AC companies. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely use them for maintenance service. Give them a call, they won’t let you down. On a very hot Texas day our AC quit. RAK Heating/AC came to our rescue. After testing our unit; Rudy found the problem and replaced the part. Even before he had reimbursement from our warranty company. Knowing Texas heat, he didn’t want us going without AC.Bottom line he cared.We definitely recommend Rudy and Kelsey for all your heating and air conditioner needs.
