Randy is the man… more than 5 stars!!! Fair pricing, great skills and a good, honest man who went above and beyond to fix my heating system before the next freeze hits. I think going above and beyond is just what he does, if you don’t call the Rajin Cajun, you’re paying too much and you’re missing out on the best A/C guy in the area.

We had a really difficult situation with a new ac system freezing up, decided to call Rajin Cajun for a second opinion. So glad we did, he was able to fix our system after the other company from out of town attempted to fix the system on six different tries. We highly recommend Rajin Cajun for any ac needs and we will call them first, before anyone else if we ever need a new ac or have any issues with an existing one. Absolutely honest diagnostics and fair and reasonable pricing .

I can not say enough about Randy!! We had a clogged a/c drain this summer and he was referred to me by our neighbors. I called him and he was able to come same day and fixed our problem! He’s local to NB which made it so easy! Not only was he extremely professional, he was personable, I feel like I made a new friend! He cares so much about doing right by the customer. Randy is amazing. He came out and truly got to the bottom of our issues. Made helpful suggestions (attic access cover, adding roof ventilation) to extend the life of our unit and prevent future issues and made sure it was running tip top. No bandaids like the warranty guys we’ve used in the past. Actual fixes and our house feels better than ever. I felt like I was being taken care of by family. He was communicative and on time. My husband works in construction and is very knowledgeable and Randy was definitely honest and on point. Saved us money where he could. Highly recommend!

Had an emergency with my AC...drain was clogged so I had water leaking, over a weekend no less. Called Randy from Rajin Cajun. He not only took care of my issue. He told me what to buy & put in my drain pipe to ensure it didnt happen again. Showed me where/how to add product & how often I should do it. He also notice that my unit was set to draw in outside air too frequently which was costing us more money. He adjusted to reduce cost for us. What he charged was very reasonable for a weekend call. He is very willing to show his customers how to take care of small things so we dont have to call him. Absolutely unheard off from other companies. Ill be calling him for all my HVAC needs!!!!

I cant say enough good things about Randy and the service he provides. I had called him out because I was concerned of a refrigerant leak. He checked the system out and found a leak outside, but also confirmed that inside was good. He ended up coming out later the same week to do the repair. Even though we were out of town when he stopped by he was able to talk to my mother about the issues and explain what he was doing. He made her feel comfortable with talking to him on a service that wasn’t related to her own home. So my ac started blowing (barley) cool air lastnight. The temperature was 81 in the house all night. Luckily my stepdad had work on his ac last week and gave me a business card of the guy he used. I emailed The Rajin Cajun ac repair guy, Randy at midnight. He called me at 7:30 this morning and said he could swing by before church. He quickly found the problem, I needed a new capacitor. He replaced it in 15 minutes at a very good price. A deal compared to what some neighbors have said they had to pay. He is honest and efficient. An added bonus was his wife came too! 🙂
