Our AC fan went out again and after replacing it twice in the three years that we owned our home, we decided to bite the bullet and get a new AC/Heat Pump and Heat Handler. We chose Rabroker because of the outstanding reviews and a friends recommendation. Phil (Sales Rep) came out and we decided on a Lennox system. The initial installation was not going as planned. We contacted Phil and he when he arrived he made sure that the install was to our specifics. The techs attitudes of the situation was unprofessional, the sloppy workmanship and the mess they left behind was something else to be desired. The next day we contacted Phil and he came over assessed the situation and arranged to have it corrected.Alex arrived the next day and had to replace the circuit board because the original installers just didnt take the time to do the job correctly.And he leveled the condenser/heat pump and took the time to show my husband what he did and why he did it. Professional service through and through. Between Phil and Alex, thank you for the great customer service and restoring our faith in Rabroker!

Rabroker Air Conditioning (Temple Office) recently installed a mini split air conditioner in a room addition to our home and we are very pleased with their work. We have been using Raybroker to install and service our residential air conditioning equipment for years and they have never disappointed us. Our real estate agent recommended Raybroker when we moved to Temple and we were having trouble with an air conditioning contractor that performed faulty work. I was very impressed with Phillip Paul, Supervisor for Raybroker, when I observed how he throughly inspected the work of his installers. He also always provided helpful information. On the recent mini split A/C installation, Gerome, Installation Supervisor, and Alex Deleon, Installation Technician, were very courteous and professional during the installation. I will continue to recommend Rabroker Air Conditioning.Update,After tornado damage our roof shingles were recently replaced. During the work a roofing nail punctured the refrigeration line to our new mini-split A/C unit. I contacted Phillip for help and he sent Gerome to evaluate the problem. Gerome then directed Alex and Antonio to troubleshoot and repair the mini-split. The outside temperature was over 100 degrees and much hotter in the attic. Alex and Antonio didn’t hesitate to enter the attic with their equipment to locate and repair the punctured pipe. I had recommended that they return in the morning since it would be cooler, but they continued and successfully completed the repairs. Another success story for the Raybroker team that I’m happy to report.

I rarely if ever leave a review, but Rabroker deserves one. My AC went out, and called several other AC repair companies and was told it would be 4 days up to 2 weeks before they could check out the system. Rabrocker came out the same day, and fixed the AC. 3 weeks later had an issue at another house, again Raberoker came out the same day and made the needed repairs. They made the time and did the work without delay. Very pleased.

With every interaction from Phillip in sales, to the Alex the install team lead, to the service manager and the staff answering the phones at the home office, and every call, and touch base in between: We received unwavering focus on Exceptional Customer Service. It wasnt forced it just seemed part of their conversation and flow of their business Phillip gave a thorough assessment of the current state of our home and provided solid recommendations on what work needed to be done and what products (HVAC and AC, duct work, returns, etc..) would perform optimally to meet our needs, for our home to feel comfortable (heated and cooled). We immediately felt comfortable entrusting Phillip and the Rabroker team with ensuring the end results of our home. During the install and repairs the laid covering to protect our floor and services while they worked. The team lead Alex is exceptional.He lets you know every step of the way what going on. He respected our home and was very professional. When they finished the work and left, they didnt leave a single crumb, piece of lint or trash behind. They left the spaces they worked in cleaner than when they first started the work. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!If you are just looking for products you can get them anywhere. However, if you are looking for a service provider that you can trust to provide solid recommendations without inflated prices, exceptional customer service in every aspect of their work and interaction, look no further. I found this company while looking for options to replace a 27 year old AC unit . It needed to be replaced bottom line. One company wanted to charge me 10,000$ another 7,800$ and then this company knocked them out of the race HARD. Not only that, within 3 days they came and checked it out and ordered parts and before I knew it they were outside early and finished just as quick. So to Kelly and the gentlemen that came to do the job I say great job and thank you very much for your hard work.Ps I regret not knowing what else they can do otherwise I would have contracted them fix a lot more stuff. 5 stars ⭐️ is not enough !!

My daughters A/C system inexplicably stopped working. The fan turned, but nothing outside. I called Rabroker and they gave me their new customer service call price. David showed up and really put forth a great effort. Its June in Temple Texas and I imagine about 130 degrees in the attic. No problem for David...hes up there checking everything out and gets it running. Unfortunately it stopped about an hour later. I call Rabroker back and they send out Bradon who is on call. Hes up in the attic and figures out that there is something unusual going on with the electronics. He, like David, fixes it. And like David it quits an hour later. Rabroker sent out another couple of guys the next day who wired in an additional ground and that solved the problem. This company was relentless in making things right. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. As a retired Navy officer, its easy to spot a company with good leadership because it is exhibited in their employees. And this company is all you could ask for and more --both in expertise and in customer service!!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Our air conditioner was not working properly. When my husband called they came right out and fixed it. Technician was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away. He was very efficient and had it fixed in no time. I highly recommend them as we always use Rabroker if we have any problems.

Fast service. New unit works great! They were $2000.00 less than the competition. They gave an honest opinion, and didnt encourage me to invest in frivolous equipment, that I didnt need. Install was done in one day, and they removed the old equipment.

***UPDATE*** Needed to replace upstairs HVAC system. Called Rabroker (of course!) and they got us a new system & installed it around my schedule. Their staff is all so professional, polite AND knowledgeable! I recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services :)(Replaced main floor HVAC system) Best and most professional HVAC company I have dealt with. They are honest and do not over charge or have hidden fees. All their employees from service call to sales to installation of new unit were all very competent.

Purchased 2 Lennox units from Rabroker, Kelly was the salesman. The experience and follow-up could not have been better. They arrived on time, completed the work, cleaned up and then rechecked to make sure everything was done. We then had them install 2 iWave air purifiers in that home, 2in our home in Austin and 2 in my sons Austin home. . Arsenio did these instillations. Again a good job. Highly recommend this company.

Amazing service! Came to a last minute call and had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes. Technician was very friendly and even checked the status of all of our other units to make sure we wouldnt need to make another appointment. Very efficient and friendly. HIGHLY reccommend.

Back in December before the cold weather hit, I purchased a York 5-ton 16 SEER YHM60 Heat Pump combined with their AE 60 air handler to replace a 16 year old 12 Seer A/C unit. The difference has been amazing. WIth the old system, there were rooms in my house that were too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. Now, with the York system, all the rooms in my house are the same temperature! I was seriously considering installing a mini-split unit in our master bedroom as I was sick and tired of our room being 3-5 degrees difference from the rest of the house. Dont need it now! Our room and other rooms in the house are the same temperature. Yes, the heat pump puts out plenty of heat, but the air handler has made a huge difference as well. There is now a STRONG flow of air in our entire house, even rooms like our master that are the farthest away from the air handler. In addition, my electric bill during this cold winter was $100-$150 less per month with this York system. I compared the bills with another very cold winter we had years ago. I also recommend the Wifi thermostat, very handy to control the temp of your house from your phone. Top of all off, York has a 10 year parts and labor warranty, and Rabroker has 18-month financing option same as cash. This combination of the YHM60 along with the AE 60 air handler has been a great addition to our home. I highly recommend this York unit and using Rabroker for installation, as the proper installation of the unit is just as important as the unit itself. Phillip Pollard is over their field installation crews, he has many years experience and was great to work with during the entire sales/installation process.
