Our hotel need service on our freezer ASAP. This company was very responsive and quick to get a technician out the same day even at 7pm. Sal was are tech. He was quick, very professional and responsive. He let us know the issue and how he would check our warranty for cost savings. He was very polite and intelligible about the fridgerant appliances we have. I would highly recommend this company and if you get Sal as your tech than your in great hands.

Tristan H. And Noi came out to service our store today at dominos. From my personal experience, we’ve had inconsistent service from other companies and it’s nice that these two guys were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful on maintaining our store and Noi getting our oven back up and running correctly; a new oven not even a year old, installed incorrectly, and now he was able to get the prob solved but also called the manufacturer to get our work paid for, saving us money, and that’s unheard of most all the time now a days. It’s great to find a professional set of guys that represent your company as well as they have, being a very service oriented person myself, and I rarely ever leave reviews unless someone went over n beyond with great attitude and service.
