Ixon is a gentleman ! I had issue with fan blower and Iggy told me to connect with great guy and he will resolve the matter. Guess what - yes Ixon was so kind and went above and beyond to fix the issue. My family is back in good cooling ac - thanks a million to Ixon! My moms unit was not heating during the first day of the cold front and I got connected to Ixon from Pro-Star while searching for AC/heating companies. Other companies were not providing services or did not get back to me, but Ixon was the only one that did. He was able to come out later that evening and do the repair the following morning. Really appreciate his quick responsiveness and turnaround time on fixing the issue. He is honest, reliable, punctual, super helpful, and his price is reasonable. My mom was very satisfied with his service and said she found her go-to AC/heating repair guy. We highly recommend Pro-Star! Thank you again so much Ixon!

Our AC suddenly stopped working and we feared a high pressure salesman would try to sell us a new unit. But Ixon at ProAir made a quick affordable repair. He showed us the part that was out that needed to be replaced. He is professional, experienced and I greatly appreciate his honesty. ProAir will be our go to HVAC repair company.
