Tony was great, explaining in detail what we needed to have done and what our options were. Then Fernando and his crew went above and beyond, working all day in below freezing temperatures to replace our old furnace and air conditioner so we didnt go another night without heat. Everyone we encountered by phone and in person was extremely courteous and kind, plus willing to patiently answer all our questions and even give us referrals for other work we needed done. Overall Prime Time is a wonderful company to do business with as they do excellent work and treat their customers very well. Thank you Prime Time!

I appreciate you guys so much! Eric came out quickly diagnosed the problem. Long story short. Just moved in hours before the plumber gave me a quote for $2200 for broken pipes. Fixing the AC wasnt in the budget at all. Eric called the office explained the situation and came up with a solution. Work got done made a deposit and a payment next week. Talk about flexible. Impressed by this company for sure. We see stuff and companies promoting things that sounds to good to be true. What they advertised is what I got. I will recommend this company to anyone that asks me if I know a good HVAC company. Plus Ill recommend them to all my contractor/building buddies. Five star company for sure. Replaced whole a/c and heater unit in an older house, old unit wasn’t centered so when I had to put a new filter I had to fold it which was not good so they fixed the floor for the new unit to sit right. Lower price than other companies, right on schedule and work was done fast. Also got the uv light that go in the duct that kills bacteria and viruses in the air so less worries about air quality. Definitely will call them again.

Once I decided on how to proceed he was back next day with the part and did repair. He even got me original part for my equipment for the price of aftermarket to which I agreed to pay.Through out the whole process he worked around my work schedule and was very prompt on his timing. My home AC was not working at all and on a referral I contacted Prime Time. I spoke to Tony and he came out the next morning and diagnosed my problem. From start to finish Tony was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He replaced my OEM board and cleaned my coils on the outside unit. Everything worked great after that. The next day the AC unit stopped working again and I called Tony back and he came back ASAP to see what was going on. It was a simple fix that was not anticipated on the initial inspection. Tony did not charge for the second trip or repairs. He went above and beyond to insure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Had an intermittent cooling problem with my unit and I made a call to PrimeTime. Tony came out the very next morning and looked over the system and blew out the clogged drains which turned out to be the problem. Fair price and great service, I would definitely recommend these guys.

Prime Time performed a check of my HVAC system; they came out on time and did the job quickly. The technician even put little covers over his work shoes when he entered the house - very thoughtful. The technician found everything within specs except for the outside condenser fan motor, which is using too much electricity (1.5A instead of 1.2A) and its RPM isnt up to the expected speed. Prime Time is going to check to see if the motor can be replaced under warranty - hopefully it will be, otherwise a new one might be expensive...well find out in a day or two.
