    I found Pleasant Run A/C & HEAT by googling HVAC services after the first vendor quoted me an outrageous price of $1400 to replace the motherboard in my furnace that is located in the attic. I just knew that price was too high because I had already googled estimates. Mr. Forest Williams helped me find the model number and brand name for my furnace and gave an estimate that was significantly less than the first quote from ARS RESCUE ROOTER. Mr. Williams was able to look up the components and found a distributor the next day, which is the day before Thanksgiving. He charged $580 plus the $79 initial visit to confirm if it was the motherboard that needed repairing. Then he loaned me a thermostat after realizing the thermostat was also bad. He is going to check to see if he has an ecobee thermostat in stock before I order from Amazon. I cant believe how quickly this was done. My heat is working fine now and I am definitely referring his company to my friends. Thank you Mr. Williams!!

    I typically get stressed when things break down at home, and this time was no different. However, Pleasant Run A/C & Heat stood out from the rest with their prompt response to my call. They scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived exactly on time. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I was bracing for a major issue, but it turned out to be just a clogged pipe leading to my AC, and the cost to fix it was very reasonable.     This company owner Forrest is beyond professional. I would 100% recommend calling him first for any A/C or heating issues. I havent been a home owner long (2016), but weve had HVAC people over twice a year since we moved in. Several companies, multiple aged techs, not a single one has had the Knowledge and the expertise as this man. All the others wanted to do was install a new unit and ducts.     During the most recent freeze my unit was blowing cold air we could not get our temperature above 66°. We called Pleasant Run A/C & Heat and he came and fixed it in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and very honest about what was wrong he also was affordable. I have referred him to many people in our neighborhood these guys are really good and they dont try to get over on you. He had us up and running the same day that we called him in less than an hour. I mean usually with other companies you have to wait and schedule appointments and sometimes they require down payments. He really assisted and helped us thank you so much.     The flame in my furnace was not coming on and freezing weather was in the forecast. Im a do it yourself guy so I replaced the flame ignitor, thermostat and flame sensor and that did not solve the problem. My wife was starting to panic over not having heat. My neighbor recommended Mr.Forrest and he came out and quickly determined it was a faulty gas valve. He rearranged his busy weekend schedule and arrived at our home 6:00 am so we could have heat. We appreciate he rearranged his schedule because the temps dropped into the 20s that same day. He gave us an affordable, honest and fair price. Forrest is good people.

    Hire him! Dont waste your time looking thru reviews like I did. I looked thru Thumbtack, Google and Nextdoor app to find an AC guy and I am so happy Pleasant Run Ac came thru. Back in August during the nonstop melt your face off heat wave my ac unit went out and we were frantic and HOT, with health issues and little ones, i was a little nervous and scared.     Pleasant Run A/C and Heat provided excellent service with affordable prices. The tech came out and repaired our system and gave us future options for replacement of our entire system. Our A/C was 23 years old and had multiple issues over the years and replacement was too expensive. After talking with Forrest he refunded the recent repairs we had for cooling service call a few weeks ago and for heating service call we had three years ago.     We had two other HVAC technicians come to fix the problem of our AC not cooling. Neither technician could figure out what the problem was.     Weve utilized the Services of Pleasant Run A/C & Heat on two occasions. First. Our Fan Motor failed us during the heat of summer in July one year. Mr. Williams came out, diagnosed the issue and replaced the fan motor at 8:30PM.     Mr. Forrest showed up on time at my house as promised. He checked both my a/c units in the attic and on the outside in a professional manner. He diagnosed the issue I had with my outside unit as being low on freon. He recharged the unit and then gave me future recommendations for both the upstairs and outside units.     I am a hard person to please, but Forrest with Pleasant Run A/C & Heat, LLC far exceeded my expectations on today! During one of the hottest weeks of this year, my air conditioning stopped cooling. Frantically, I searched for an HVAC professional online after being told by several others whod been referred, that it would take at least a week to come check things out. Pleasant Run A/C & Heat, LLC was the first company to pop up for my area. I normally choose to do business based off of reviews. So, after seeing the rating and reading the reviews, I was confident that he could get the job done! He communicated with me a couple of times the day before, called the morning of to confirm the time, and then showed up 10 minutes early on the day of the appointment!!! It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and less than 30 minutes to install the new part and fix the issue. Just like that, voila!! The A/C was blowing out artic air!!! What impressed me even more was that he took the time to educate me on other things including future maintenance and even provided information on how to order air filters for future replacement. Forrest was extremely professional, courteous, and kind! He has a passion for what he does and it shows! Let us not forget that today is Fathers Day and Forrest, who happens to be a father himself, is out working hard, ensuring that customers such as myself, are cool and comfortable during this hot season. Although I desire to not have any A/C and heating issues ever, Pleaseant Run A/C & Heat, LLC most definitely has me as a customer for life!!

    What I liked best about Mr. Williams is how he treated us. He charged us $69.00 for inspecting our a/c and checked the condition of the compressor and recommended we consider replacing. There was no hard sale just that we should think about it. I fully expected for him to start listing everything that was wrong and how much it would cost. This did not happen.He did say that he had a service plan available but did not push it. While he was explaining this our smoke detector and of his own accord offered to take a look at it. He even went to the trouble of reaching up and removingg it and took the battery out. That was a hassle even for him. Turned out the battery needed replacing. He recommended we contact the Desoto Fire Department to take a look at our detectors. He did this without charging is for this. Because of my health issues this was a very big deal. He is very personable and easy to talk with and listens. I feel he charged us a very reasonable price especially for all the services he provided. I am recommending for anyone who is looking for an excellent a/c professional to call him.

    My warranty send me a technician who was charging me double of what Mr Forrest charge me, and when I said let’s schedule to fix my A/C he said I would call you back at 5, he never call, he send me and email the next day to schedule, I call Mr Forrest and he said I be there in 15 minutes, my A/C was working the same day, not only that, he is very professional and very polite, I would definitely recommend this company to anybody, don’t waste your time looking for someone else, check his reviews, every one give him 5 stars because he deserved, he will be my technician from now, I’m so happy to find someone honest.
