    We recently had an HVAC system installed and had some issues with the installation. We contacted Plains Heating and they quickly came out to look at the system and worked with us on a resolution. We are really pleased with their customer care and our new HVAC system. Would definitely recommend this company!

    Plains did a fantastic job of communication even when I was fed up with not having AC, they were polite and helped in any way they could. Due to supply issues we had to wait for our unit but once they received it they were prompt in installing it, were here at the time they said everyday, cleaned up each evening! The guys were amazing to work with. Our bill was exactly as quoted. Definitely recommend!

    This company was referred to me by a friend.Ive been having issues with my furnace overheating.I called in and within 30 mins, I received a called back from the service tech David. Within 30 mins he was at my door. David was very pleasant and I felt the pricing was very reasonable.Hopefully I wont need them anytime soon but if I do, Ill definitely use them again.

    Thanks for the quick service in sending your technician from Burlington after our business air conditioner stopped putting out cold air. He installed a temporary motor in the blower part of the furnace until they could get the correct horse power motor ordered. This kept us and my heat sensitive merchandise cool until the correct motor arrived and was installed after the second trip from Burlington.

    Thank goodness for local hometown businesses that care about their customers!Our furnace decided to quit on a very cold night around 8:00 PM, called and a technician was here at 8:30 PM and repaired the furnace.Thank you Plains Heating and your staff!
