Andrew at Patriot Aut is phenomenal. Detail oriented and wants to make sure he is fixing the problem. He did not charge me a service call charge and loaned me a portable AC unit while he waited for the part to fix my unit. He was unfamiliar with my AC brand but researched and learned and fixed my AC. I will definitely use Patriot Air in the future and recommend whole heartedly.

Dustin was prompt and came before the service window. He diagnosed the issue quickly and even serviced the unit. He helped with the addition of freon and also helped fixed the stalled fan motor in the unit. Very professional and thorough in fixing it. Highly recommend him.

My heater went out last winter and Andrew with Patriot came to the rescue! He came after regular business hours on short notice and troubleshooted the problem. Because of supply chain issues he had to wait until the next day to find the part during an ice storm. He brought over portable heaters to give us warmth through the night. He search until he found the part and restored heat to the house the following day! Andrew was professional and caring. I recommend Patriot Air 110%! I continue to use him now for regular maintenance on the A/C as well.

Andrew is AMAZING! Honest, fair and a reputable, hard worker!! He saved us from a summer meltdown when my daughter had just cone home after surgery. Then he saved my Mom after her AC went out, just as my dad was coming home from hospital. He came after hours with no drama or complaints just a willingness to help in dire situations. It was not even a consideration to use another company when it came time to replace out worn out AC unit, even when supply chain issues made that more difficult. Andrew and his crew were incredible and cost was below what other quotes had been years before (as we knew this replacement was coming). Thank you to a great man with such a display of quality character for providing honest service...a true rarity in todays world!!

Very happy with their service. We had another AC company come out and tell us we needed a new unit. So we called Patriot Air to get a second opinion. Patriot Air came out and found all we needed was a new capacitor. Once they were able to get the part needed, they had us up and running in 20 minutes. Very professional tech. Would definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!

93º estimated temperature and 40 guests confirmed, I was definitely going to need all the help I could get for the upcoming weekend.I called Andrew, at Patriot Air, and he took me through a list of potential problems to resolve that might be hindering my A/C. I was surprised and grateful to hear him say that he would be able to drive out to me the next morning! When he arrived, I hung out with him for a bit and he explained all the things I can be watching out for that will help prolong the life and excellence of my HVAC system. Very friendly, very patient.I had called other services to try and book appointments to have my system looked at weeks earlier, but nothing came of those attempts.I am thankful to of found Andrew!

Andrew was great. We had issues with the temperature not dropping during the day, and when I called him today, he was here about 1 1/2 hours later, it took him 20 minutes to fix what was broken, and the temperature already dropped by a couple of degrees.
