    Imagine: its a holiday season, its a Saturday, its 43 degrees and your heater decides to stop working at 3 am.... several hours later you call around desperately trying to find someone open to help get you warm.... at last, you find that locally owned small business you never knew existed that not only answers the phone but quickly eases your stress by providing possible options and solutions. Ben was very communicative, arrived quickly, diagnosed and repaired our problem promptly, professionally, and more than reasonably. Greatly appreciate him, his service and knowledge. Will definitely use again. Highly highly highly recommend Orca.

    Van was very responsive and got to me the very next day after I called telling him my AC was out. They were very professional, and fix my AC in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Ben and his team for any AC repairs. I have dogs running around and asked them to be careful of them and they were very cautious while driving and not to run over the dogs, that were greeting them. We are new to Trinity and did not know anyone so glad that I found Ben and his team!!!!

    So..... We called and sent contact requests to two local AC companies before calling ORCA AC and HEATING. After not hearing back from either one, we reached out to Orca and got a call back within an hour at most. My wife like Orcas so she called, wow I know. Glad she did. They came out the first day to find a leak causing it to freeze that no one on previous visits could and needed to add dye to the lines and come back in a few days to trace the issue. They topped me off so we could use the AC until they came back. They found the leak and came up with the same conclusion that I had already figured, it was the coil. The quote was fantastic and for another 500.00 we had the entire air handler replaced. I know enough to know what others would have charged. Reliable, more than reasonable and will continue to use. Highly recommend

    If you ever need to have any type of AC work done, call Orca Heating and Cooling! Communication was wonderful which is a big thing for me. Had them come out to give a bid for repairing and reconnecting my system which turned out to be very reasonable and he was able to answer every question I had. Job was done quickly and efficiently, Both Ben and Nathan were very kind and professional!! So shout out to Orca for saving us this summer!!

    I highly recommend Orca Heating and Cooling.Our house was fitted for ductless mini splits and we decided to switch to a conventional unit. Ben patiently worked with us to retrofit our house to accommodate ductwork, figure out the correct unit and size for our home ect.On the day of install the Orca team did a great job keeping everything clean and was very respectful of our house working around our belongings.Ben has called to check in on us to make sure we didn’t have any concerns, and again to let us know he filed our labor and warranty paper work.Overall we are very happy with our decision to work with Orca Heating and Cooling and will continue to work with him in the future.

    Our furnace went out on the coldest WEEKEND of the winter. Mr Ben Darsey was prompt, professional, & affordable. Not only replaced our furnace but installed a smart thermostat.

    First off, I picked them because I loved the name, it caught my attention. Then after talking to Ben and getting some quotes and ideas of a new AC unit and new air ducts in our home he definitely stuck to her word for the job done and made it happen. Ac units and air duct work is not cheap but man did Ben do a great job and his prices were super reasonable! Him and his team worked hard to get it all done and they did an excellent job! I’ll use them for all Cooling and heating needs! Need a service done Call Ben! Need repairs and new units call Ben! He will not disappoint! We just moved to the area and he made this whole process nice and smooth! We appreciate you guys! Thank you for everything!

    First of all, if someone were to get the “worst customer award” it would 100% be me . Haha.I ask way too many questions that most people should know. However, Ben was very professional and patient nonetheless. Being a first time AC purchaser there were a lot of things I asked that I probably should have known the answer too ,but didn’t. Ben never hesitated to take the time to explain so that my mind was at ease. He answered all calls in text in a timely manner.When it came to the install day, they were punctual and even got here a little bit earlier to the ball rolling! They were quick, professional, hard working and trustworthy. My house has not had central air (window units) in over 10 years and then the new unit has put the finishing touches on it during these summer temps. I am very pleased with my purchase and all the hard work that Ben, and his brother, put in to ensure that I had a functioning unit to fit my needs.I would 10/10 recommend Orca to anyone with AC needs. My dad and I have been having Ben service the units on this property for awhile now and he always goes the extra mile and gets it done with no complaints.Thank you Orca for your patience and for getting me set up for these scorching temps coming our way .

    Everything their website claims is true. They dont push to up-sell you. They are responsive and very quick. I picked the absolute worst day for them to replace my HVAC system and even with them dealing with muddy conditions, the only trace they left of them being here was a system that worked. They are friendly and accommodating. Ill be seeing if theyll come out to replace air ducts next. You can call them and be confident that theyll meet and exceed what you need/want.
