    These guys are awesome, they show up on time, are extremely kind, make quick work of the task at hand, and clean up after themselves. Theyre so good at what they do that my family gave the on-site guys some homemade bread as a parting gift. Nathan runs a good company, they do the right thing, and take excellent care of their customers. Jesus and Logan were great at the work they did but also very considerate of my family and pup.     Nate got our appointment scheduled for first thing the following morning. The tech, Logan was at our house first thing. Both men were very nice. Logan was knowledgeable and had the necessary parts to fix our ac problem. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone I know in need of ac service/repair.

    We contacted One Hour and Nate’s response was quick! They even sent Logan out on Father’s Day to check out our air ducts and unit. Logan was great at explaining what he inspected and what needed to be done. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. On set date, Logan and Jesus came and worked tirelessly to get our air ducts cleaned. Later Logan came back out to double check everything and we ended up getting a new thermostat which he replaced that same evening. He even hung around until our apps were all set up.     Jesus C. Was quick at diagnosing a fan not engaging issue. He reported to us that the previous technician ( different company) who worked on the unit had installed the wrong compacitor. Quick warranty part swap. He arrived on-time and was in and out in just over an hour. Very happy with the price and full cleaning service He provided. Thanks guys!

    Had a an overflowing drip pan from the a/c in the attic. We were told that a technician would be here from mid afternoon to evening. The tech arrived almost 2 hours earlier! How lucky is that? Jesus was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He also provided us with instructions regarding the best way to maintain our unit for its maximum life.     Nate and Logan were amazing. Nate came in to diagnosed the issue and explained everything in detail to us. Gave us options and fixed our AC the very same day.     Courteous and professional! Though the service was quick it was extremely thorough. Jesus Castaneda did a great job. He explained his finding to us in a way we could understand and talked with us about options. Also another company randomly sent me their info and offered to do the same service I needed done but with a lower price and the manager here price matched their offer!     Jesus is AWESOME! He came to my home on Tuesday, 06-18-24, and listened to me and treated me with respect. The first ac technician that I had was referred to me by my neighbor, but he took advantage of me and caused my compressor to become damaged and stop working by not following the standard procedure when he installed my evaporator coil that I paid him over $1600 to install. Another ac technician came and said that I needed a new capacitor and either a new compressor or new ac unit due to the first ac tech not following the standard procedure. I am disabled having rheumatoid arthritis and had to suffer through the hot Texas heat last summer because of what the first ac technician failed to properly do. Due to my ac not working, I had my ac turned off at the breaker for almost a year. Jesus did a process of elimination when he came to my home and did not jump straight to saying that I needed a new compressor or new ac unit. He replaced my capacitor and my compressor began to work again (thank God!) and my ac has been working and is cooling my home again. I am so glad that God lead me to contact One Hour Heating and AC. When I spoke with Nate, the owner, he was kind and respectful towards me as well, and we were actually laughing and talking on the phone because I am a true country girl/woman who loves to talk to people. When Jesus was at my home, I was talking his ear off, lol. By time Jesus got ready to leave, we were talking like we had been knowing one another. I’m just a nice, kind, friendly, cool and respectful person who likes to be treated the same way. Thank you, Nate and Jesus for treating me with respect and helping me when I needed you guys the most! I pray that God continues to bless you all!😊

    I’m extremely pleased and appreciative of the owner Nate Aguilar & Logan, the genius technician, at One Hour Heating & Air Fort Worth South. My electric bill had been rising higher & higher until it was over $1000 & was disconnected. The HVAC unit was constantly running no matter what the thermostat was set to, even OFF, causing me to have to flip the breaker to control it. I tried a couple solutions myself, but nothing worked so I needed help from a professional. The outside temps were dropping, my 3yr old wasn’t feeling well & it was over a weekend that I was needing help so several companies were unavailable. Thankfully, not only was Nate understanding that time was of the essence, he also understood I was stretching my last dollar as a single mom, due to the outrageously high bills. Logan was quickly dispatched to my home & arrived in record time, about an hour after I called. He located the initial problem very quickly, but continued to inspect other parts of the unit. His very thorough inspection & persistence resulted in him finding another faulty part that had been failing for quite some time, which explained the increasing monthly electricity costs. I can’t praise Logan enough for all his hard work, patience, persistence & knowledge. I never felt pressured or tricked into paying for unnecessary charges. The total for the repair costs, parts & labor were less than the most recent electric bill I had received, so well worth it. I’m very impressed with this team! I only wish I had called them sooner. They are great & I will be referring them to everyone in need of an HVAC company. Thanks again for your professionalism, knowledge, timeliness & flexibility with scheduling in my time of need.
