    The family and crew are friendly, explained everything in detail, and set expectations. Their first visit was after 5 and couldnt get the parts that night. So they made a special trip to bring us a portable AC unit for one room and set it up. The next morning they arrived first thing and got our AC back on. They communicated often and kept their promises. I highly recommend!

    Our existing system was 28 years old and at the end of its life. Conner came out and evaluated our system and recommended replacement. We agreed and he gave us several options that included repairing our old system. We agreed it should be replaced and they installed it the next day. Good people doing good work and we highly recommend them to anyone needing service or replacement. Our installers, Dustin and Angel were fantastic and very knowledgeable. We’ll definitely use them again.

    My AC kept shutting off and I had been putting it off and just suffering in the heat for a while until I finally called a couple of companies. Not only was One Hour more affordable than the other company I got a quote from, but they were some of the sweetest people! I ended up purchasing and having them install a new unit and I’m extremely happy with how quick they were able to get me on their books and help me out.My house is now a cool 70 and life is already much better and less sweaty!Definitely recommend- great people offering great prices and products.

    Update: We were having problems with too much condensation building up and One Hour came back and kept working on the issue until it was resolved. Very good customer service!We had to replace our HVAC unit. One Hour Air-Conditioning and Heating did a great job with our purchase and installation. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Dakota and Christian are great workers and very respectful of property. They both have a good work ethic and attitude. It was wonderful to have them working on our hvac installation.I highly recommend One Hour Air-Conditioning and Heating!

    We contacted 6 HVAC companies after receiving an extremely high quote from an area competitor the day before. I circled back to One Hour- because of Hannah. The excellent customer service was consistent from that initial call (Hannah) to follow calls and to the Technician (Josh B.). The team was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and thorough. Yesterday we received a diagnosis and repair estimate of $2500- $4500, with parts having to be ordered, and being without air for 5 days. Today, One Hour Heating & Air diagnosed and repaired the root cause issue for $450. Extremely appreciative of Josh.     One hour Air in Rockwall saved us after being without air for a week. I love you get a text that advised when your tech would arrive and a picture of the tech( this took out the guess work). They provide receipts that are legible and items checked off that were performed. They are open for questions and thorough in explanations.     Our outside air conditioning unit had stopped working during the 107° with heat index of around 112°. Call in the morning and the repairmen was there that afternoon. Our unit was replaced the next morning. Super professional, courteous, and one of the most nicest repair people I have ever had. I have already recommended them to my brother and a good friend of mine. Because a good air conditioning and heating repair company is hard to find. This one is a gem.

They’ve always been professional and helpful and teaching a housewife how to take care of the air conditioner, but Nathan Dickinson and Connor and Richard from one hour Air conditioning are the best ….extremely friendly, personable, a true blessing to meet, very thorough , knowledgeable good people and company. Ashleigh who starts the process for you always makes you feel better in a stressful situation when she answers the phone. I was very well pleased with their service and their prices.     Called one hour heating / AC to come out to inspect my unit. Wasn’t having any issues just wanted it inspected and tuned up. And had some questions around hvac. Technician Erik Cooper arrived on time and was professional. He inspected both units (condenser and plenum/central unit in attic)He ran multiple tests and explained everything clearly. He did recommend a few things but he gave me options based on what we could afford.Full transperancy he did say our unit was cooling and performing with no leaks, but he still tried to sell us on a new system. He said our unit is fine but probably not cost effective due to its age which will result in higher electric bills. We got quoted for a new system at 13k, 18k and 24k. Which I felt was high. I also wish they didn’t try to sell you on a unit if it’s not actually needed.Erik was still friendly and understanding. Would use again for any work in the future but just be aware they may try to sell you on a unit you don’t necessarily need immediately.

    After being completely let down my the company we used for 3 years, we called One Hour Air. Chris came out during the window of time that we were told. Chris was beyond friendly and even interacted with my 3 year old and was super friendly with our skiddish dog.He gave us information and went above and beyond. Thank you Chris!!!THIRD SERVICE: Today I had to call One Hour Air Conditioning for the 3rd time this year. This time lightning struck so close to the house that it destroyed a part in our outside unit and fried our Nest thermostat. The dispatcher (I cant remember her name at the moment) was wonderful as always. She always talks to me like Im a long time friend and truly cares. She had someone out there at a time that worked around an already planned dental emergency. He came out and was professional and friendly and once again was great with my skittish dog. He found the issues and talked me all the way through it and never once acted like because I was a woman I wouldnt understand. That has happened with other businesses in the past. They ask me if i want to call my husband so they can explain it to him. Not cool. Not this place though!. He was wonderful! Thank you again for saving the day!!!Most recent experience:Mold was found in our unit and the blower motor was in desperate need of being cleaned. They gave us a few options and talked to me in detail about each one. I saved up the funds and decided to go all out and do the UV light system to get the cleanest air for our family. They guys came out same week and were beyond polite, willing to answer all my questions, and didn’t leave any type of mess even after all the dust they were cleaning out of all the vents.

    When your air goes out on one of the hottest days of the year, you need it fixed asap. I reached out to a few companies, and it was going to take days before they would come out. With a newborn, we needed it fixed yesterday.I reached out to One Hour, and they were able to fit us in that day, unlike other companies. They were local as well, which is a plus. They came out and took a look, and found one issue. They were able to help it last through the night, and would fix the rest asap. They found another leak, and it was going to take a day to get things fixed.They went above and beyond by bringing us a portable AC to use in the meantime. They brought it out that night to make sure we had something. They were professional, and always kept us updated on everything. They were timely, and made a bad situation bearable.Having a 4 year old AC, there shouldn’t have been any issues, but there was. If anything ever happens again, One Hour will be the company I trust, and will use.     I had used another AC Company to check my AC because I kept smelling a burning smell thru my air ducts. They said everything was fine and they didnt smell anything but my unit was old and needed to be replaced at $12,000. I declined to replace my AC system at that time.The burning smell continued so I called One Hour Air for a second opinion. They came the very next day and Connor was the specialist they sent. He was respectful and listened to everything I shared before starting. Within 10 minutes he found that the AC motor was extremely hot to the touch which was a sign it was causing the burning smell. Without a sales pitch to replace the entire system he replaced the motor from a universal motor he had in his truck, checked the wiring and for under $1,000 it was fixed. Connor was so kind and professional that I will now only call One Hour Air for any problems that may come up in the future with my system! Thank you Connor!

    Our AC went out Thursday night 05/31/18. We called our home warranty company and they said the earliest they could get someone out was Wednesday 06/06/18. So we turned our AC off, and have just been suffering in complete agony. It wouldnt be in an hour because of how busy they are, but they would make sure we were taken care of today 06/02/18. I can not believe how wonderful the service is and they are more than reasonably priced! They were less than over 15 other companies I called!!     The air conditioning went out in the home of my 92 year old grandmother during a string of 100 degree days. She is a proud woman and didnt tell the family that her air was out or that shed been waiting 2 weeks for another company to come out.     Y’all! This company goes above and beyond for their customers. Quick response time, thorough evaluation of the inside and outside unit. Problem identified and fixed 15 minutes later. Our capacitor went out in this 106 degree heat, so our fan motor wasn’t working. Instead of trying to up-sale me on having both replaced (capacitor and fan motor), Conner was sincere and stated he was almost positive he could get the fan working again but wasn’t certain on how long it will run. He said the fan motor could last another 3 months to 2 or more years. I can tell you, our system has been working hard in this crazy heat. Our unit is 7 years old. Conner was efficient in his work and was able to get the fan working again while only replacing the capacitor, and indicating that the fan came right back on, as he suspected it would. These guys know what they are doing! I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Conner and his employer. If you need HVAC service, call One Hour Air Conditioning. What a great team they have, I’ve never been disappointed with their service. We’ve been using them for 9 years. Their bottom line isn’t their priority, their customer is, and I believe that, wholeheartedly. There are so many HVAC companies in this area, I feel so blessed to have found these guys years ago.     The team at Rockwall Heating and Air are exceptional. On a recent visit to Dallas my parent 40 year old HVAC system went to the great AC bone yard in the sky. Shawn, a sales team member, came out on a SUNDAY to assess and provide a quote for replacement. Between the credits,18 months zero interest, 2 year service plan and 10 years parts and labor - they were $1500-2000 cheaper than their nearest competitor. Even better, since I was leaving on Tuesday, they installed the entire system the next day (Monday)! The installation team was top notch. They removed the old system and reconfigured the space for to create a cleaner more efficient set up. They earned every penny working in a very cramp and confined space. On top of all of this, they were friendly, easy to deal with and left the area completely clean. The carrier system they installed is working brilliantly.     These guys did a great job replacing my HVAC unit and all my duct work which was 30 years old in one day. They were quick, professional, and took care of a minor issue that arose straight away. So far everything works great and I hope it continues to work great for a long time since I bought a somewhat expensive unit with a lifetime warranty. I definitely recommend these folks!

    They responded fast, were clean, they were efficient, helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave us some information about air scrubbers that was very helpful, and since they sale and infallible them, gave us all the information about that as well. We are now looking at getting an air scrubber for our system based on the COVID-19 killing factor, their system is the only USDA approved air scrubber in the US, at this time. Their pricing is very reasonable on everything as well.

    I have used Rockwall one hour for 5 years anytime i have needed a tune up. They have never tried to up sell me with a replacement. They fix what needs to be fixed. One of my first experiences with the company was when my ac was so bad and would not turn off in the winter. I had just moved into Rockwall and didn’t know too many people or companies for that matter. So I wasn’t sure who to call. They happened to be fixing my neighbors ac and noticed that mine was acting up. The manager Terry knocked on my door and told my wife about what was happening with the ac. He asked if he could come in and help. He worked his magic so that it would turn off and on. They didn’t even charge for that. So after that I decided if I had any more issues or just needed a tune up I would call them for now on. And they always do what they say. I mainly call them for a tune up. But every once in a while I have to have a part replaced and they fix it. They are very honest people. I have even talked with the owner also. VERY GOOD PEOPLE!!

    Two months ago they replaced my outdoor coil. It started not cooling well again, and it turned out that a rubber grommet on the valve was left off after the initial replacement. This caused coolant to slowly leak.Paul from One Hour Air showed up early, found the problem, admitted it was the installer’s mistake, fixed it and recharged the system under warranty. No fuss, no charge.
