Existing heat unit fan continued to run, outside unit would not come on. Of course it is Friday evening before I realize this fan has been running for 2 days now. Get on community page at 0143 on Monday morn to find a good reputable local HVAC company. Suggestions poured in at 0615. Staci with Oak Point hvac LLC answered at 0630. She sent Coby out at 0930. Coby troubleshot unit and found I had a freon leak, explained it all in detail. He could put freon in but that is only a bandaid. Our unit is over 10 years old. Chose to replace complete unit. Staci got me an estimate reasonably price with veteran discount, I agreed, she had a crew at my house at 1300 working on replacement. They were fast, efficient, clean working, (putting walkway pads down) very polite. This company has all my hvac business from now on. They all are fantastic. There were NO messes left for me.

I was without AC and called while they were out of town and they called me back and referred me to another company. I got a quote and shopped around and was holding out to for the best price. I finally decidingI couldnt wait anymore I reached back out to them becasue of how kind and helpful they had been before. They were able to match another companies price and offer some additional services that wasnt included in the other quotes. They were able to come out late in the afternoon and got my new unit installed. They also called me later in the night to make sure my house was cooling. If you are looking for great customer service this is the company to go with!

Eric and Stacy are great! Not only did they provide emergency support for after hours. They came out a few days later to refill our refrigerant when our air stopped blowing cold. Stacy was super friendly over the phone and Eric provided A++ service at affordable rate! He made sure everything was working properly before he left and was able to get the issue resolved quickly. I spoke w/ Staci at the office when I called. She as friendly, professional, & helpful. She told me that she would be contacting a service person & they would be by my house this morning, within 30 minutes! Eric arrived right away & diagnosed the problem quickly while explaining the steps to me. The motor was replaced. I opted to get the service agreement due to cost incentive/value. Eric was able to do the entire maintainence service also while he was here. He gave me some advice regarding a new system when the time comes for us. He was professional & thorough. My husband and I came home over the 4th to a broken main unit in our three year old house. Assuming it would be an easy repair, we stayed up to get service that night. Eric arrived around 11 pm and worked until 2 am!! I’m sure he was exhausted and was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed and needed major repairs.We are very happy we stayed local for this - great communication, very fast service (which mattered because they had to locate parts outside the state), extremely clean and tidy, reasonable pricing. Plus our a/c was back to working great and the house was cooling within ten minutes of completion.

This was one of the easiest transactions ever. My AC was completely out. I work a lot on my classic Mustang in the garage and wanted a air conditioning system that would cool me down without breaking the bank. I talked to a several AC companies but went with Oak Point Heating and Air. I talked with Staci who recommended a Mini Spilt system they sell. The price was fantastic and the mechanic who installed the system was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a top notch job. Staci was excellent not only was she very pleasant but very knowledgeable about their products. She also followed up to make sure I was satisfied customer. Honestly, I give this experience a rock solid 10. The AC system itself exceeded my expectations and cools the garage to a comfortable level with very minimal energy bill increase.

Oak Point Heating And Air is an excellent company. Last year our 40+ year old a/c unit died. Oak Point was quick to respond to our service call, recommended a new Lennox unit, and had it installed the next day. In addition to their service I was able to get a $0 interest credit term making my new a/c affordable. Yesterday 7/5 we came home and found our house getting hot in spite of the a/c being on. My husband called Oak Point and a tech arrived within the hour. He diagnosed the problem but needed a part. He promised to return the next morning between 9 and 10 am; he was here at 7am. Less than 24 hours and my a/c is repaired and the house is perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend Oak Point Heating and Air.

Wow - I thought this level of customer service was a thing of the past. Talked to Staci right after 5pm, my air was blowing hot and it was 90 in the house. Eric did a complete analysis of my AC/ Heating needs to replace my16 old unit. Gave me his recommendations to address the a problem with cooling off all rooms evenly that my old unit couldnt do. They came to replace it with the recommended Lenox unit as planned. It took them 8 hours to redo the ducting for upstairs and installation of new units11/7/24 Eric performed annual maintenance of furnace which involved the cleaning of carbon build up that if not done, pilot light could have problem staying on when turning heater on

If I could give Oak Point Heating and Air more than 5 stars I would! We were introduced to Oak Point through our warranty company and Im so glad we were. Our upstairs AC went out Monday night and by Tuesday morning I received a call from Jacqueline. Jacqueline was so sweet and helpful and really understood the urgency of our situation. She set me up with Stacey who was able to get me on the schedule by that afternoon. Eric came out and was immediately able to diagnose the issue with our AC. Eric reviewed all of our options with us and we decided to purchase a new unit as we knew it was inevitable (our original unit was 17 years old). Eric and Stacey were able to get us scheduled that Friday. The morning of the install I received a call from Stacey before Pablo and his team arrived (early might I add which was amazing!). Pablo and his team were professional, polite and efficient. They had our unit installed earlier than expected which allowed us to have enough time to cool off the upstairs to sleep in that night! A few hours after the install, Jacqueline called to follow up and make sure everything was running ok and that the install went smoothly which was much appreciated! I dont think I have ever written such an enthusiastic review and I really cant recommend this company enough! I look forward to working with Oak Point for future services and any future needs!

Oak Point Heating & Air saved our bottoms today. Yesterday I noticed our air stopped kicking on and it just kept climbing and climbing. Staci & her team got us scheduled for the next morning after calling, they showed up exactly in the window of the time they said, they diagnosed quick, checked warranty for us, and found parts to have our unit repaired in the same day, and showed up in the second window they said they would! I would recommend them 100 times over and very excited to get to know them more as we think about a maintenance contract to ensure our unit gets the full life out of it! Definitely give them a call!

Cant say enough about Eric and the team at Oak Point Heating & Air. We came home late one afternoon (8/16/22) to discover the bedroom unit not heating. The back half of the house was already well above 90. Called in to see if there was any possible way to check out the problem yet that evening Eric worked us in to his already busy schedule and got the issue resolved quickly. We appreciated the short notice service and were happy to avoid sleeping in the living room! Weve been using them for years for annual checkups. A great family-owned business! We have used Oak Point Heating and Air for several years. Eric and his crew do yearly service check-ups on our home and for our In-laws. They installed a new unit in my In-laws home 5 years ago and recently came out to repair a leak on the unit. Our AC went out on a Friday and I called our Home Warranty Co and they put us in contact with contractors after calling 3 other companies that couldnt come out for days I called Oak Point and Eric was there with in 4 hours and our AC was back up and running. But our AC went out again that night and Staci and Eric worked with me to put in a claim for the compressor that went bad. He was back the next Friday and installed the compressor and still didnt fix the problem now they had to put in for a whole new unit. That next Thursday Eric was back installing a new unit and we are back up and running with COLD AC!!! Staci and Eric were great!! Always answering my phone calls and texts even in the evening or weekends and helped every step of the way with the home warranty company. Give Oak Point a call you wont regret it - I know I will be using them for my AC needs and telling all my friends and family :)

Apparently the company that I had service my system before neglected to install a $200 part that would have kept my drip pan from overflowing. This caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. When Lightning struck my house and took out my AC and burned up a safety cut off breaker that saved the rest of my electrical appliances. Eric came out the next day, replaced the safety breaker and ordered a new compressor (lightning burned it up). He had the new compressor installed and had my house cooled down the next day, less than 24 hrs later. My house was even cooler than before the lightning strike. My power bill even went down. If you find yourself in need of an honest, highly qualified heat & A/C company, I strongly recommend Oak Point Heating and Air. Several years ago I was assigned an unqualified company from my then home warranty company. After 7 visits they never really figured out the real problem, yet they continued to unnecessarily replace parts but didn’t fix the problem. After changing home warranty companies and still having A/C issues the new company sent my hero Eric!! He accurately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed on the first visit. Not only that but he explained everything to me in terms I understood. We continued to “bandaid” the problems for a few years until it was finally time to get a new A/C system. He has also replaced my heating system and both work like a charm. He continues for follow up and make sure all is good. I cannot speak highly enough of Eric and this company. We recently moved and had Eric out to help us maximize our a/c and heating system. Had several problems with system about 16 yrs old and multi panel system. Totally replaced compressor and air handler and switched from gas to electric. Could not be happier!!! THANK YOU Oak Point!!!Eric YOU ARE AMAZING!!!! I have a home warranty and I had 7, I repeat 7 others come to our home for over a year of visits and NONE were able to correctly diagnose my problem. It was a Lennox air handler with known problems, not wired to code and not correctly communicating to our heat pump unit. He also answered on a Saturday evening and was out on Monday with a part to try and resolve the known issue on our air handler. He worked diligently with my home warranty and with Lennox to get our air handler replaced. I am recommending them to everyone!! EXCELLENT COMPANY!!

I just want to take a moment to brag about Eric and his wife Staci Curry, the owners of Oak Point Heating and Air, LLC.I posted on my Facebook group page last night because I was desperately in need of help with my broken A/C but had very limited funds to get it fixed & Staci reached out to me and told me her husband was willing to help me. Eric came out to my house a few minutes later and, working in the dark, changed out my compacitor and added Freon to my downstairs unit PLUS he took the time to look at my upstairs unit that hasn’t worked in over a year and he was able to get it running too-and all for much less than the $300-$400 I was quoted by another company that had come out to look at my unit yesterday morning! Eric went above and beyond for me and my sisters and I am so grateful that his wife reached out to me and I feel so blessed to have met him!
