Juan, Luis and Matthew installed our new AC system and did a fantastic job! Our old AC was only 3 years old and we had nothing but trouble with it since the beginning that was installed by Team Enoch. Come to find out they didnt put the new floor pan in and our old one was too small, which caused the coil to go out. The system kept turning off and they just said to turn breaker on and off. The last time I did that fire shot out of it. Juan and Lewis with NSG found wiring issues, along with other things. They fixed all the issues including new wiring. I would never use Team Enoch again. From now on I will always call NSG Heating & Air Specialists!!! The 1st 2 pictures are the old system. The 2nd 2 are the new system. What a difference!

I was happy that Nick was quickly available to come check my system after hours and that he was diligent in checking it out and getting it running again.I was happy with the advice and suggestions he gave me to get the system running better.I was not happy with how much he initially charged me for adding 1# of Freon to my system. However, after talking to him about it, he made a generous adjustment to my bill, so I am happy now about that too.

Nick came out to my house within hours of calling to fix my air conditioning unit. He discovered the issue immediately and had it fixed up in about half an hour. His rates are very competitive and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He even took the time to clean the coils on both of my units, just because! My original HVAC system was a 2004 system and was worn out. I just dropped by NSG office on Boat Club rd. just to see if some one was there for some type of counseling or maybe a ball park price for a new heat pump system. Long story short Nick set me up with a 5 ton heat pump ( he even researched and communicated with me before a decision was made. ) Anyway after some fairly complicated duct work and zoning added to all this my new system will now only heat and cool where i need it most. I have to say it was a pleasure working with Nick and all his crew, as all of them were very polite and courteous. And by the way their office does all the warranty paper work with the manufacture of the HVAC system so you dont have to. I strongly recommend this company.

My one unit went down and I called numerous companies to come out and let me know what I was looking at NSG being the last on a word of mouth referral. (Im so glad that I called them). Nick the owner came to check out the system himself and was able to not only give me fair pricing , but diagnose the real issue with my system and home airflow within my duct work. Yes, some people might think this is up-selling or fluff , but I actually got to see it first hand. Nick and his amazing crew installed my system without any duct work being done on day one. We let it run for a couple of days and it definitely improved. The NSG crew came back to then finish the ductwork and returns and I must say within 1hr it felt amazing upstairs, and by nighttime we had to turn the temperature up a couple degrees because it was so cold upstairs.( it was the hottest day of the summer so far)The crew they have are prompt, curteous and very respectful. They keep the homeowner in mind while continuing to work and navigate steps upon steps, carpets and tight spaces. I will never call another company and will be using them from now on!Locally owned small business that I would put up against anyone!

I definitely recommend this company if you have any issues with your ac unit. I called them early morning around 4am. No one answered, but I received a call back 2 hours later. The lady was very nice, she listened to my issue and scheduled me for an appointment between 11-1. I was happy with that. She called back about an hour later and said there was a cancellation and asked if the tech could come earlier around 8am. I was very happy. Juan Vargas came promptly on time, he assessed the issue and started working right away to fix it. He even took the time to go back to the warehouse to get a part that better fit my unit. He even offered me a great discount when he was done! Great service and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Nick and his team, Juan but especially Xavier, provided OUTSTANDING service!! Our AC unit wasn’t working after many service calls. Nick the owner dropped everything as temps were in the mid 90s. His expert team (Xavier and Juan) diagnosed and fixed the problem as Nick ran interference with the tech support folks at the manufacturer. NSG Heating and Air persisted until the issue was resolved, keeping us informed each step of the way. Their expertise was matched only by their exceptional customer service. I would 100% recommend Juan and his team to anyone looking for advice on their current and future HVAC needs. We recently moved into our new home and knew that we either needed a check up on our HVAC system or a whole new setup entirely. Juan came out to do a consultation and a tune up but immediately recognized safety issues with the current unit that the previous owner tried to fix themselves. He was very honest up front and took the time to explain to me in great detail the issues with the current units, setup that could be beyond repair, etc etc and how we should move forward. I instantly new that they were the right HVAC company for us and that we could trust them with providing us with great service and honesty. I went ahead and did a whole new system with them for peace of mind living in a new house which is great this time of year with rebates from the companies they use. Once we booked, they came out that week and removed our old systems and installed the new units. It only took a whole day and the three employees who came were very professional and walked us through the unit and updates after everything was done. We will continue to use them for any HVAC system maintenance, repairs and products. Do not look any further, these are your guys!

We were impressed with Nick’s professionalism and knowledge. They also have financing options. We hadn’t had heat for 7 days waiting for our home warranty repair. We called NSG, Nick came out same day, gave us options and estimates that night and had his crew out the next day at 9am installing new unit.His crew was on time and called if they were going to be later than said time. They worked late the first day to get us some heat and came back the next day to finish the job. Super nice guys and left our place cleaner than what it was. Polite and well kept appearance wise. Which in this type of business, strangers in your home, i feel is important for professionalism sake. I didn’t feel like I had to be at the house to guard my best silverware. Lol.On top of that, Nick called to say he is coming out on Monday to check the work and make sure everything is running smooth. We could have had our home warranty send someone but we decided to find our own that was more local. It’s more convenient in case there are problems and they have more to lose if they have bad service since their business is local. We will be long term customers and will definitely recommend them.

Nick was thorough, responded quickly and helped with financing options as well. The gents that were in my home for most of the installation were polite & when they were done they took their time explaining everything they had done & went over regular maintenance instructions. Over all my family is very please with our NSG experience, would highly recommend.

Rarely do I post reviews about companies Ive used. In this case, however, I feel I must. Our AC unit went out over the weekend. After finding NSG on Google Maps, I gave them a call and my only regret is I didnt call them years ago! They were on time, transparent, honest, and professional. Juan walked us through many options and we decided to buy a new unit altogether. We couldnt be happier (or cooler)! The install crew worked hard and they were all very personable and kind. Nick (the owner of NSG) came by after the install to ensure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend NSG for all your AC needs!

Our A/C went out after a lovely 109 degree day and NSG responded quickly to come out and diagnose the problem. They were able to get us fixed with parts they had on-hand (no wait time!) and had our A/C ready to roll in 15 minutes. They even showed up earlier than their predicted window, which was amazing for us since the house was creeping above 80 degrees. Will continue to recommend to others, and we’re switching our regular maintenance to NSG as well.

A great company that truely cares about customer satisfaction and quality. Nick came out to our house and presented us with several options, explained things in detail and answered all questions. Prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. There was a small snag in the installation process but him and his team put us as a top priority and got it resolved in less than 24 hours. The new unit looks great and after going over the installation in the attic I can confirm no corners were cut. I would recommend definitely giving this company a try.

He thoroughly explained all the issues, showed me cost of things without any secrets, went step by step on all the equipment of the ac unit and where things were going wrong. He is truly honest, does not try and just get a job done for money. We were able to pick the best option for me and also have a great finance option. Nick knowing I would be out of AC for a few days went out of his way to go to home depot and set up a portable ac unit for me so I will stay cool and comfortable until my new AC unit arrives. These guys installed both my HVAC units in 2015. I never had complaint with them, but I made a mistake and I own it fully. I went with a large company that we had electrical work done in our home, that offered free HVAC cleaning twice yearly, with their membership that we were already paying for. I thought, why not…. It’s just a cleaning… no major repairs…. Just cleaning. Oh my…. Was I ever WRONG! That company nearly destroyed my units by not doing what they were supposed to. I had my units serviced just last week, and when things still weren’t working correctly, I called NSG to take a look. They came out today and showed me personally, the dirty, and damaging results of poor maintenance can cause. The owner of the company remembered us and understood why we went elsewhere… and did a great job of explaining what went wrong. This is not my field of expertise, and I assumed the other company (a big name…. In yellow vans and trucks), we’re actually doing what they said they were doing. But I assure you… they were not. I immediately called them and fired them, canceling all memberships with them.(Yellow is not really my color anyways.)I’m now back with NSG, as they welcomed me back. No one else will touch my HVAC’s from this point on. Lesson learned, the hard way.

Very nice, honest, and not just trying to sell you things you dont need.I used them a second time to install an air scrubber and smart thermostat. They were wonderful in getting everything working properly and I highly recommend getting an air scrubber! I can really tell the difference in air quality!

Juan came out on the service call and I already had another company out to take a look at my issue. He waited politely until they were finished and once they had left we talked (mask on which I appreciated) about why I called NSG Air out.He informed me every step of the diagnostics, in fact I sat right there with him as he did so. He was kind courteous and very knowledgeable. He gave me all the options as to what I could do to correct the issue. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. We scheduled a crew to come out the next day at 730am to install a new unit. The crew was on time and all in masks. They let me know what they would be doing and kept me informed. After they installed the unit they went over everything, help me install the app and made certain I understood how to use my new thermostat. As the job was wrapping up Juan came back to ask if I had any further questions.I could go on and on, but I am just going to say, I highly recommend NSG Air.

I’ve done business with multiple other HVAC companies that were all very good but NSG is truly exceptional. Everyone was great to deal with and a complete furnace and condenser replacement only took 3.5 hours. They also fixed out venting issue that caused our front office to get extremely uncomfortable in the summer. They were $5000 less than our usually company we use. We had our new HVAC system in less than 24 hours from the initial visit.

Nick was so professional and knowledgeable. He went through every option with us and gave us his professional and personal recommendation. Its hard to find AC companies that wont cheat you, and Nick and his team definitely wont!! They are so customer focused and dont try to sell you more than you need. We were very impressed. We hired Nick and his team after just one sun facing, bay windows room (our daughters bedroom) would get 87 degrees in the summer at NIGHT when the rest of the house was 72. We inquired to three other AC companies before Nick. Their solutions ranged from: 1. spending 4k to install a attic tent, put vents in the attic to the outside, and putting radiant barrier in our attic.2. Getting a new oversized AC and blow in insulation3. Going 1 size up a duct size in my daughters room and run a sole duct from my AC unit to her room.Nick gave us his solution of completely redoing our duct work after him evaluating it and showing us with pictures and everything how bad the duct work was, installing a new 2 stage AC with a higher SEER (our house was built in 2004 with a 10 SEER unit), enlarging the duct in my daughters room, and installing a return duct in her room to get the hot air out.Well, after a few 89 degree days, I can definitely tell Nick and his team knew what they were talking about!! 89 degrees outside, sun hitting her windows full force and her room has stayed 70-72 degrees. WOW!! I know a lot of people in my neighborhood have the same issue and have taken to putting windows units in those rooms so I will definitely will be recommending NSG to everyone. Our Electric bill has been so much cheaper too!!! I was impressed that Nick and his team was so honest and straightforward and knew exactly what they were talking about. They loved teaching us too about how to care for our unit and how AC units work.5 stars, will absolutely hire Nick and his team for AC evaluation in the new house when it comes time to sell this house and build a new one!!

When our AC failed with a newborn at home in the middle of a hot summer, NSG was not only the only company that returned our after hours call, but also came out that same night, very late and stayed to ensure it was cooling properly. That level of service has continued, and NSG helped us with options when our system failed and the company sent out from our home warranty service missed critical issues. We have since replaced the entire system and ducting and every interaction with the entire NSG team has been stellar. Pricing is fair and competitive, their work is immaculate and you will not find a better team when it comes to customer service.

We called NSG for an estimate on a new unit based on all the positive reviews in our NextDoor neighborhood app. We were told that we needed a new system by another company, but Nick informed us that it was really a simple fix and the unit was still in good shape!We were floored by how honest and strait forward he was when he could have easily made a sale!Nick was very informative about our AC and helped us with options to fix the flow in the back side of our home, which never cooled great.We have been in the home for 11 years and will be here for a long time, so we decided to upgrade everything at once and have it fixed right.After the installation, our home has never felt this way before! Late last week we discovered an issue with the AC. NSG owner Nick came out the same day, and diagnosed the problem with a very reasonable price. Woke up the next morning to no AC in our current home! Nick was at our house before 10 AM, on Saturday with accurate diagnosis and repair. He has been professional, prompt, responsible and reasonably pricing. I don’t wish anyone 2 AC issues in 2 homes over a 3 day period-but this is the company to use. Thank you Nick!

I bought this fixer-upper with many issues including the a/c units that are old and dusty, so they were definitely challenging, but Nick thoroughly diagnosed the problem and repaired them both, all that very evening. I originally filed a claim with our home warranty company becuase thats what its there for. After getting sticker shocke from the quote for the repair that was not covered under the warranty I called Nick to see if it was on the up and up. Needless to say I should have just started with Nick and his crew. I found out that company doing the work for the warranty company was marking up items in excess of 96%. Now, I understand a business needs to make some money but I felt that this was nothing more than price gouging. So, after talking things over with Nick, I felt the best move was to let the other company make a 100% margin on $0 and give Nick my business for a new unit. He worked me in right away, his guys were courteous and professional, and Im extremely happy with the results. The new unit and duct work that I request now cools two rooms that face the evening sun that our old unit never could manage to keep cool.

Do business with this company.Nick and his team, Luiz, Ty, and Maria, impressed me to the point that Ive had to tone down this review so that it doesnt sound like a paid advertisement.We needed our upstairs AC replaced and some additional work on our downstairs AC, which was poorly installed by another company a couple years ago. We were extremely picky this time, as the install for our downstairs AC by the other company was improperly done, preventing the unit from working as designed and causing extensive damage to our home.We researched and reached out to a total of 9 highly rated companies, including NSG, for quotes.Nick was prompt to come out, discuss what was needed, give me some additional background on him and his company, and e-mail over a quote outlining what we discussed. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Youll feel like youre talking with your best friend of 10 years. His rates were competitive and for more efficient equipment than the competition.The competition? A couple of them were able to render quotes without any issues, but priced themselves out of the running. A couple of them never got back with us. The others had problems with even getting a quote scheduled, including trying to charge us a diagnosis fee, though we didnt need diagnosis, mistakenly trying to come out the wrong day than the quote was scheduled for, having the address wrong in their system (problem for the tech relying on that to get to us), and even sending the wrong guy out for the quote and needing to reschedule as a result.Once we settled on NSG, we gave them a call late in the day on Monday and they had all the work completed by Tuesday afternoon with no unexpected costs. Not only did Luiz and Ty get the new system installed and field all my questions while being friendly and polite, they corrected some of the issues from the shoddy downstairs AC installation of the other company, identified a couple of other potential issues from our prior installation that may need to be addressed in the future, and even cleaned up the mess the other guys left behind from 2 years ago!In speaking with them, I have every indication that its a company that truly cares for their employees as well. That goes a long way with me.When I called the office to share my experience with Nick, Maria answered the phone. She had a warm, delightful demeanor. She laughed at my bad jokes and helped me get into contact with Nick.I almost feel bad for NSGs competition. They dont know whats coming for them.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They responded quickly to our call. Nick was able to figure out the problem and gave us several options as well as what he would recommend. We went ahead and replaced our whole unit after being in the house 10 yrs. We have had another AC company come out and replace our failing evaporator coil every couple of years which ended up becoming expensive. Nick told us that we didnt have a coil issue that it was more of a circulation issue. We also had one of rooms always stayed very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. This is an issue of poor ducting from the home builder. Once they started removing the old unit, they made a big discovery! They home builder didnt make the opening to our hvac unit big enough causing our unit to not work properly. Nick also to us that he was working on another house near by with the exact same issues. Now that Nick has fixed all of our issues, the whole house feels nice in cool. This house has never been this cold...ever! If you want a company that is serious about their work and is straight and to the point, this is the company.

My only concern is that although the Emailed receipt lists the 10 Year Parts - 10 Year Compressor - Lifetime Heat Exchanger Warranty and 10 years parts, 2 years labor ,1 time complimentary follow up to check unit operation, it also states at the bottom of the page, ****Customer must maintain a maintenance agreement in order for any warranty to be valid****. The cost of a Maintenance Agreement is $199 per year. Not a deal-breaker, but I must have missed or misunderstood that the warranty will be void without it.
