Brian was great! When my insurance company and home warranty would not consider my AC in need of repair after last years storms, and I tried for several months, I spoke with Brian. He was able to quickly and efficiently handle it. I know have two new AC units that work great and have cut my utilities in half. Thank you again!!!!!

Brian and his team did an excellent job resolving our AC outage! From coming out on a Sunday evening to diagnose the issue to promptly acquiring the parts and getting us on the schedule for Monday and then following up after the job; we were very impressed with his professionalism, quality workmanship, fair price and customer service. Highly recommended!

Update** Had my ac unit go out again and this time was so much better! Same day scheduling and continued updates on ETAs. Fixed the unit quick. Keep up the great work! 👍The workers are good they know their stuff, got the job done pretty quick .However, really bad experience with whoever schedules. Waited a whole week and never got anyone to call and schedule me or let me know someone was coming.

I am just amazed that there are still honest contractors out there. Brian (owner) came today. He fixed the noise issue on the furnace and didnt even try to sell me anything else. Talked about a new system and also adding a return to our current HVAC. He quoted a price and then also said it would not save us any money and the new system or additional return was not necessary other than for more comfort. He could have easily said it needed replaced but said otherwise. I highly recommend Nortex. Fast and Honest Service! This coming from someone that generally only leaves negative reviews. Great Company!

Brian, the owner, answered my call on saturday and within an hour, Jeff was at our house fixing our ac. They were fast, cost effective and the icing on the cake was that both of these guys were really honest and nice people. We will definitely be using them again.

My husband and I called Nortex to fix our heat that failed on New Years Day. Brian arrived within a couple hours of our call and fixed the problem quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and were so thankful he was able to come out on a holiday and restore our heat. He will be our go-to guy for all future AC/heat needs.

Brian answered my call at 4:30 p.m. Jeff and Corbin were on their last call for the day so Brian sent them to my house immediately after and they were there within an hour of my call. My A/C system threw them a curve ball and it was a lot of diagnostic work. They figured it out, replaced only what needed to be and I was up and running. They are simply good, solid people.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Highly recommend to anyone has AC or heater problem. Some other company quoted me for 500$ plus to make the heater to work, but jeff came and fixed in within an hour for 99$. They dont give you bs price, the guy didnt even accept my tip , very polite very professional.
