We had 2 thermostats replaced by Aaron with Nordic Winds. Sent a message and had immediate response with estimate. Work performed on following day. Job completed quickly and overall experience was very good. Cost of work was quite reasonable. Will definitely call Aaron for my annual service or other HVAC issues.

If you are looking for a competent, trustworthy, great quality, client focused and competitively priced HVAC company, look no further! Aaron and Nordic Winds just completed a whole replacement of 2 systems at our home. Aaron walked us through every step of the process, offered a number of options and most importantly delivered what we agreed upon! The installation process was easy and work well done. Excellent services. Quickly responded to my request at 8pm and based on the information I provided the technician gave a ball-park estimate. Technician showed up at 8am the next morning. He was very professional and communicated well. He fixed my AC and provided a summary. Definitely will used for all my AC needs and highly recommend him to others.

We are absolutely grateful for Nordic Winds Heating and Air!5 stars for customer service. For some context, my wife and I bought our home several years ago and have done most of the renovations ourselves. One of the few items we haven’t been able to replace is our HVAC units, as our experience with large AC companies has not been the best. Our units were in need of service so we called Nordic Winds Heating and Air and the owner came out to help us the next day!Aaron was friendly and was more than happy to explain what the issue was. He replaced the condenser fan motor, installed two new smart thermostats and tuned-up both units during his 35 point inspection. We are relieved to have found a company who is honest, reasonably priced and has great customer service. This experience has given our family some relief in finding a company we can trust and can reach out to for great service.If we ever have any issues with our HVAC unit in the future NWHA will be our first call. We highly recommend them!Thank you so much! You guys rock!

The young man that came to my home was so polite and courteous. The system at our second home wouldn’t start up after being off all winter. Turned out to be a simple reset procedure and they cleaned and serviced the unit. Works perfectly now! Glad to finally find someone we can trust.

This company saved me $1000’s. I was told by another company I needed a whole new line set. Come to find out I just had a simple Freon leak. They were able to repair the leak and recharge my system in no time. These folks are honest to a fault and reliable. Definitely recommend!!!!
