Our heater kept shutting down and A/C froze up.I called Native Air they sent someone to check it out and see what the issue was and discovered it was the blower motor. Josh and his team got the part ASAP and came to install it. They were knowledgeable, nice and kind. Melanie is awesome and a sweet heart. I spoke numerous times with her. She is very pleasant on the phone and responded immediately to us.I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. In our eyes they went above and beyond, especially compared to our previous experiences with other local companies. If we could give them 10 stars we would. Thanks again for everything you have done.

I had an issue with my DIY 5-Ton whole house heat pump that went out under warranty from a different company. Many companies do not deal with mini-split systems that they themselves have not installed. I find it odd, because they will deal with other AC units that were installed 30 + years ago, but to each his own. Native Heat and Air was glad to help me with replacing and charging my 5-Ton outdoor unit as I was not legally qualified to charge it myself. Josh was awesome to work with and was kind enough to take the time necessary to install not only the outside unit, but to replace a faulty board in the inside unit so that may family would not have to have another night in the heat. I truly expected to pay quite a bit for his services and was preparing myself mentally the whole time for a large bill. His charge was more than fair and a relief as I just paid hundreds in shipping to the manufacturer of the unit that went out. I will gladly recommend this company and Josh to my friends in the area!

Melanie and her team provided flawless installation, competitive pricing, and a comprehensive maintenance plan. Despite receiving multiple estimates, Native stood out and won the bid with their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction. Most importantly, there were no annoying sales pushes, which was a refreshing change and a big reason why I switched my former HVAC provider. Special thanks to James from the City of Copperas Cove - Municipal Government building inspector for his professionalism. Additionally, I must commend Josh, the owner of Native, for his act of kindness and honesty. He went above and beyond by pointing out a minor cosmetic defect in the unit that I hadnt noticed during inspection. He chose to do the right thing, which resulted in him replacing it with an intact unit from the distributor located out of town to ensure my satisfaction - all done the same day! For all your HVAC needs, choose Native Heating and Air! You will not be disappointed! Call them for any maintenance, repairs, replacements or new installations. Im very happy!

I can’t say enough about them. Josh has serviced my mom’s ac and heat unit for a long time and has always been great. I will never forget the Sunday night our ac unit went out and he came out here and fixed it. My mom was on hospice and I thought it was so nice he came out on a Sunday night. They always seem to go above and beyond and everyone is so nice and professional. Since my mom has passed I am and will continue to use them.

Where do I begin...such great customer service starting by just the phone call. Melanie is the sweetest customer service rep I have ever crossed paths with. But let me tell you how this company won me over. Im am a single older woman who gets taken advantage of by companies all the time. They were so fair and honest they are my new ac/heating company. Not only did they do such an excellent job with my ac, my door was hard to close,you had to pick up handle to make it close properly, that they fixed that for me without asking to them. How great are they!!! I dont do reviews but I definitely had to this time...Native Air you Rock!!

This company is professional, extremely reasonable in price and quick to respond. The integrity is very high. Our outside unit went out and we were given options to fit our budget. My husband and I highly recommend Josh and his team. And Melanie is top notch with scheduling..

Had Josh come out to do some home warranty work on my HVAC system. The first thing he does is notice that my emergency heat setting for my heat pump had not been wired to the thermostat something I didnt even know I had. He set it up and showed me how to use it handled everything with the Home warranty company and fixed my HVAC without having to go and get parts. a Melanie who called to set up the appointment was also very kind and courteous, and professional. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
