    Super fast response and quick repair! Texted on Thursday evening that my A/C wasn’t working and immediately got a response that Nathan would send somebody out the next day. Got to me around 1pm, which was great, and diagnosed/fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Can’t beat that! Have used his services for the past couple years, and will continue to do so.     Nathan with Nazarine AC has been the best! Specifically, this week we had plumbing issues and Abacus cane out for a plumbing issue but also does AC so we asked them to look at it and they quoted us almost double what Nathan would have quoted us but Nathan was able to just replace a part and keep out unit working when he could have told us we needed a whole new unit. I have used him for years and he is the most honest businessman i have ever worked with.

    Nathan and his team are very friendly and professional. They are very thorough and timely with their arrival. They NEVER disappoint. Yesterday our large unit was not turning on. I sent Nathan a text and his team was at the house within the hour. They assessed the issue and changed the capacitor. We had to have the unit in Auto fan for an hour then turn the unit on. The AC unit still did not kick on . I text Nathan and he was at the house to assess and fixed issue within 30 minutes.

    I scheduled a tune up and they were able to fit me in the next day. Thats a lot quicker than I expected. The tech added 4# of freon. He asked me when the unit was last serviced to determine if there was a leak and if so, how bad was it? I couldnt remember. He told me to let Nathan know if there was any change in the cooling. About 2 weeks later, I texted Nathan to tell him that the cooling had degraded. He sent the techs out the next day and they found that the coils in my air handler were leaking. Nathan checked to see if they were under manufacturer warranty. They were not. He was able to get a new coil unit and have it installed the NEXT DAY! IN THE MIDDLE OF 100+ JULY HEATWAVE! I will be calling Nathan again.

    The wife and I had our A/C stop working today. It is over 100 degrees today and our house quickly got to 91 degrees internally. I sent Nathan a text and replied within a minute letting me know he’ll be stopping by. He arrived probably 15 mins after that phone call and got right to work. Turns out the motor was shot and needed to be replaced, he did the work in probably an hours time and we was done! A/C is back up and running and we’re counting down the degrees as the house cools!
