My heating stopped working because I had a broken fan motor, which had to be ordered, but he first gave me a quote of the cost, to check with me if he should proceed with getting a replacement. I accepted the quote and technician came back the next day, on Saturday to do the fix. This was much appreciated. This was great, fast service! Thank you!

Our AC randomly started flooding all over the ceiling and floors while we had multiple patients in our dental office.
