    Mt husband has bought lots of items here as we are refurbishing our home and I must say there customer Service is next to none. The staff are friendly, helpful, kind and great. If they dont have something we need, they order it in then get in touch once its arrived.I definitely recommend Mike Graham they are a great business with quality products and great service.     We needed a mini split replaced and I called many AC companies in the area and some said they would come by to look (they didnt), some wouldnt even call back after leaving a message and one said it would be a week or so. I remembered Mike Graham in Burk and gave them a call on a Thursday, explained the situation and they told me they would have a technician come by Friday. Sure enough, I got a text with a picture of the technician and said he was on the way. Tony R made a rapid assessment and gave me an estimate. He got started and it was pretty amazing how methodically he worked...no wasted steps. Everything was done in a professional manner and the install was completed in less time than anticipated and the final price was less than the initial estimate. Tony is the person I will request if / when I need AC service in the future. Many thanks to the entire Mike Graham organization.

    The water here is very hard and it was destroying my skin, clothes, and clogging up my fixtures with buildup. They came and installed this whole home filtration system in 2 days and my first shower was like bathing in freaking Evian compared to what I had before. Brandon and his associate were very cool about explaining how it all worked. Probably should pay that guy more btw.

    This company and its rep Tony Russell did not meet my expectations yesterday,,,they far exceeded my expectations !!!.I tried not to ask to many questions but in truth, I didnt have to. TONY EXPLAINED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY.He was methodical and respectful. He answered my questions as well kept me informed with the issues and resolutions.I couldnt have asked for better service. Also.     They installed a new and bigger unit in my house and added two air vents to my garage that I extended into my house. Their quote was lower than the other two I got and the two installers did a great job and were very clean. When they were done Donnie came out and looked it over and went over everything with use.     Donnie, Justin and David really took care of my small family when we were having HVAC issues. Donnie was able to give us pointers on some things to do to reduce heat in the house during summer, as well as set us up with an appropriate HVAC system for our home. Justin and David were professional with installing it, not cutting any corners and cleaning up 100% of any mess they made. They did a great job going over the system and doing a walkthrough after installation. I’m glad they are local and look forward to using them from this point on.

    Had my A/C go out on a Saturday night. Help showed up promptly, and quickly found the problem. The tech was able to get a temporary fix to work while waiting to get a part on Monday. On Monday the techs replaced the part and had everything all set. All the staff I interacted with, the office staff and techs, were all friendly and helpful. The price was great. I hope to never need to call them again, but if I do I know I’ll be in good hands.

    Our a/c motor quit working on July 12, 2023. We had a complete new system installed on July 13. Everyone we worked with at Mike Graham’s was professional, knowledgeable, timely, and respectful ! They brought a portable a/c for our bedroom so we could sleep in the cool until the new unit could be installed. How awesome!! I would recommend this company over any I’ve ever used.     Mike Graham’s Heating and Air Conditioning and Plumbing responded quickly to our estimate request, installed our new HVAC and thermostat within a week, offered comparable estimates (I got estimates from 5 other companies), and were very thorough. They offered and installed everything necessary: a new outside compressor pad, they flushed old coolant, checked our coolant lines for leaks, they checked our existing base for the inside unit and offered to replace it, they replaced portions of the wiring and duct for the new inside unit. Additionally, they registered our unit for the 10 year parts warranty! This company went above and beyond! I am very impressed and pleased with their service.     Fantastic service! I had a hot water heater that needed to be replaced quickly. I called multiple plumbers and most of them told me theyd put me on a list and get back with me, which they never did.     Great team prompt service. My air conditioner froze completely. Mike Graham’s service technicians were able to come out the same day! They were able to diagnose the problem; and, gave me three options of repair; or the option to get a new unit. I chose to get a new unit. The very next day Donnie, Comfort Consultant, came out took a survey of our home. He took a survey of our home and the very next day provided three conservative quotes.     Technician was timely and professional and fixed the problem quickly (plugged AC drain). My only complaint is it appeared that instead of removing the PVC drain line via the connector, he opted to cut a section of the pipe and replace with a simple rubber coupling, that they then charged $76 dollars for the rubber coupling! Im not convinced it was necessary, but even if the rubber coupling was...$76.61 is comically priced. Very disappointedEdit: Office manager was very helpful and understanding, listened to what I was concerned about and offered me a refund.

    Chuck came out because the water shut off valve by the toilet was stuck and I thought there might be a leak coming from the toilet. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how he explained everything and made sure we were on the same page. Also, Brandi was really great about getting me scheduled in and giving me a heads up on the estimated time so I could get situated with work. Mike Grahams will definitely be my go-to the next time I need help.

    We needed a new unit and had been discussing with another company over the course of a year or so, it always felt the ball got dropped and I never felt comfortable with the other company. The day the AC finally broke, I received 2 quotes, one from the former company and one from Mike Graham’s. I can tell you the minute we spoke with Donnie, we knew this was the company to go with.     Our heating and AC bills were out of site. Donnie came out and worked with me on Heat pump replacements for our old ac/electric heater systems. They gave me a reasonable price on the units and performed a quick clean install. He also advised me on other energy saving items that I took care of. So far, our electric savings this year are greater than expected and will shorten the expected ROI on the new units. Did I mention we are 100% more comfortable in our home than we were last year when the old units ran 24/7. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

    Great customer service! I had been having problems with an 18 month old mini split system for 6 months with installing company coming out 8 times to repair same problem. Thought I’d give Mike Graham Company a try before I gave up on unit. Tony came out promptly on a Friday afternoon and within 30 minutes had gotten unit Back heating and diagnosed problem with unit. He proposed an action plan to permanently fix problem and correct the damage the installing company had done to unit. He explained everything in language I could understand and was very considerate of my property and comfort. The service charge for visit was also half of what installing company charged me. I’m glad I called them and will only use them in the future. Need more companies like them in town!

    Their $10 service plan is the best offer in the world. We got it last winter and it helped us tremendously this fall. Our AC unit went out twice after hours and both times a service tech came out and took care of us for no charge. Their techs are quick, knowlegable and very professional. I highly recommend them.The first time they came out they had to replace our unit completely. They were quick and affordable. The second time was a few weeks later, the air went out again. The rep came to our house at 8:30pm and worked the problem until we found a solution around 9:45pm ( the neighbor has a power surge and jacked up the power.) The whole time we had his assurance that if it was something with the new unit they would make it right.We didn’t pay a dime for either service call. Sign up for their plan. Tons of great benefits.

    Called on an extremely hot day and still had Rick Baker at my house within a few hours.He did a very thorough examination and explained there were several small problems causing the major one. After explaining everything and getting my approval, he fixed the problems and did not suggest replacing everything or upgrading like the other guys. He found a technical error in his assessment and apologized, even though it saved me over $100. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and above all HONEST! I will never use any one else.     Had a slight emergency when the Directv technician drilled a hole into an existing waterline in the wall of my house - called Mike Graham and they were out within the hour to replace the damaged pipe and as an added bonus the plumber replaced my outside faucet handle which I had been having some trouble with..............always pleased with the response time and repairs done by Mike Graham, whether it be heat and air or plumbing!
