My technician was Mr. Anibal. Came to my house on time, without wasting time, he worked on it almost 3 hrs. He explained and showed clearly what he was doing. Pricing was very reasonable. I compared with 4 other service providers, and Metro was the best price, and the best service I received so far.***Very important tip - when AC guy filled a Freon, make sure to check the gauges yourself or at least ask technician to take a picture before and after. Some dishonest person ell only charge 2 Lbs, and might charge you for 3 Lbs.***Mr. Anibal was the first person showed everything voluntarily from the beginning. very honest.Highly recommended.

First off, David the owner is a wonderful guy. I called them and he gave me a fair deal on a new goodman 16 sear with new evaporator coils so I said come on out. They came out on time two days later and three guys worked their tails off and went over and beyond to make sure everything was done right and looked nice. They even did extra things they didnt have to do to make sure the job was done right. They moved the whole system over as well so it covered the hoses outside my house before they left because they didnt like how my old unit was shifted to the right of all the hoses. Metro is the only company I will use moving forward and Im telling everyone about them. Best prices and workmanship in town. I called A1 air first and they tried to sell me on things I didnt need, it was a pure nightmare. Thanks David, youre the man brother!

2020 update: these folks are so solid (David is my main contact). Really honest. At a different home now and they offered me all the options to repair or replace. Never pressuring, and always letting me decide. I know they could either upsell or give partial information; they dont and they dont. They helped me work with my home warranty even if it cant include them while this gets worked out.2018 review: Quick, efficient, affordable.David, the owner, responds incredibly quickly. He is very friendly and patient. I am a detailed researcher, and my many questions did not seem to bother him. We installed a new split HVAC system at well under half the price of the big box competitors, but I dont feel like we skimped at all on benefits or quality.He gave several options to choose from, allowed me to customize any of those, and worked with my budget. He NEVER tried to upsell me for the sake of it; in fact, he shot straight with what could be done if I wanted to keep my old system to make it work. I have not experienced that with other companies. Keep up the good work!

Their team really pulled through for us and repaired our system super fast and reasonably. We have an older system and it was not easy to get parts but they fought for us and made sure our system was repaired in a timely manner. All of their techs were very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

Anibal was great! Very professional and does right for people. You can tell he put his customers first! He came out to fix our heating and unforeseen it went out within 2hrs. He came back and found the problem being inside the 1yr old unit outside that was damaged internally by rodents and was able to fix it on the spot. Professionally repaired and asked me to call him if it were to go out for any reason again and he will be right back out because he doesnt want us without heat with the dip in Temps coming up this weekend. Very pleased with the work he does and very trusting! Will definitely be our go to guy from now on!

Old school family business father and son...was able to give quote on the phone and stood behind what they said. Very solid experience in their craft/trade. Came on time... repaired our heat when it was 30 degrees outside! Charged very fairly...did not take advantage of us in any way, and left with a 60 day warranty standing behind their work. Although the son was late for his own sons birthday party...they did not rush us...they waited until our heating unit was running properly and checking out each room in our home. That is what I call fair and honest when you require a service to be completed. In addition they were respectful and polite people, genuinely nice!! My husband and I really appreciated their excellent work...fair price and politeness/kindness!! We recommend them for any heating or air conditioning service needs you may need. I started having trouble with my old AC unit, I contacted Metro AC. Anibal was able to come by within the hour to check out my AC. He performed a thorough diagnostic of the issue. It turns out my old system was done for, I contacted David at Metro and he was able to promptly set me up for a new AC installation. The technician was courteous and on time. He quickly installed my new system, Knowing I had a six month old at home and I didn’t wanna have her in a hot house for too long. I would highly recommend Metro A/C to family and friends based on my experience with them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

David and his Team did a full AC replacement at my Dallas home. I was out of town when the unit failed and I trusted him and his team in my home while I was gone. Not only did they do an AMAZING job on the install, their cleanup job was just as good. All attic insulation that is typically tracked out of the attic had been swept up and disposed of. I couldnt so much as spot a footprint from where they were up and down my stairs. Out of 4 other quotes he was the best priced. I would HIGHLY recommend David and Metro AC for anyone looking for a reputable, trustworthy, and quality conscious AC Company. They were stellar all the way around!

Amazing family-owned and operated company! David and his crew are very professional. Called same day I submitted the request. Fast service. Got everything installed (using a crane), removed the old equipment and left everything very clean. Excellent service and better pricing. Highly recommended. I was in need of either a repair on a 15 year old unit or a fair price on a new unit. David, the owner, showed up within an hour. He and his assistant offered to do either. I chose to replace after their quote was half what a larger company was going to charge me. They were very fair in pricing, replaced the complete unit the next day and did so very professionally. Metro Service is a small company with friendly service and working hard to make a good name for themselves. I couldn’t be happier. They cleaned up everything and hauled off the old unit. You really should speak with David before buying from somewhere else.

Metro service has helped us now 3 different times on my AC system, once with a repair last summer, once with a tune up in the spring, and unfortunately a full replacement just this week. Each time they are incredibly responsive, and somehow manage to get out there the same day. In one of our hottest summers and hearing horror stories of people not being able to get work done or get ahold of new units, this company had no problem getting our AC fixed within 24 hours!!

I tried Metro AC for the first time a few years ago because of a recommendation from a friend and co-worker. I am sure glad I took his advice. This is a family owned business between David and his father, Anibal. They always have come within a reasonable amount of time when I have called and have diagnosed my issues and got my system up and running in short order. In addition to this, they have always treated my fairly and are very customer friendly. Prices are fair and they really do care about their customers. It is without hesitation that I recommend these guys to anyone needing help with their AC.

The owner, David gave me fair pricing over the phone... and showed up on time. There was more work involved than was quoted, and it only cost me a little more to have everything fixed. He installed a new Wi-Fi thermostat, a C-Wire adapter to power it, and replaced the contactor on the unit outside.In my experience, they are an honest company - and they are family owned as well, which is a big plus in my book. I would definitely call them again, and would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

This company is a God send. My AC gave way and my daughters and l were in boiling heat. I called on a Saturday morning at 8a and the owner told me he would dispatch someone out at 11a. Luckily, the tech, Anibal was able to come in earlier. Anibal was professional, kind and so polite. He diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes, took off his shoes when l asked him to (worth mentioning because some techs grumble about this) and gave me all the options on the table. These guys are GREAT!!! I called them before 8am and they answered the phone. They told me, they could be here by noon but when I explained there was a baby in the house and the AC went out about 4 hours ago - it was already getting pretty hot. They told me they would be there in an hour - and they were. He figured out the problem in about 10 minutes, my fan motor went out. He had to go get one, but had things back up and running within an hour. I do not write a lot of these but felt like needed to - these guys are good at what they do and the price was very reasonable. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE.Update 02/18/21 used them again, worst day of the year to lose heat yesterday during the rolling black out. They came same day and fixed my problem. David and team are great, will use the again and will tell all my friends.

Our A/C wouldnt come on so we called Metro to see what was the issue. I was very impressed by the information they gave me in taking care of my furnace. We had been using another company and they charged a lot for 1 filter which Meteo informed me we could get the same filter for almost half the price we had been paying.
