    McWilliams did an outstanding job! This was not an expense my wife and I had planned on but Gabriel, Johnathan, and their team did an amazing job! They took the pain and the guesswork out of what we needed and got us comfortable in no time. The turn around was so quick, our unit went out on Saturday and we had a brand new one installed on Monday. What an amazing experience. Would recommend 10/10Grayson came out and was very kind and thorough letting us know what repairs would cost, we decided it was a better investment to put the money into a new unit.Installers were Jay and Bradley, very nice guys as well, and they worked all day long to get us back up and running. If I had a question they answered it immediately and always with a yes sir made me feel old LOLBTW thats not a dent in the air handler, just a bit of dirt.

    I wanted to post about my Service Tech who took care of my a/c system recently. Couldnt believe my eyes when one of the first technicians I had 8 years ago showed up, named Jimmy! He took care of the winter servicing and of course my 8 yo system continues to work perfectly. But....Jimmy told me about an add-on purifying system that is now available. It sounded perfect for my needs so Jimmy helped me with the paperwork, installed the system, and I am mighty pleased. Thanks, McWilliams, I have been so happy with your company ever since I moved to Texas 8 years ago.

    Excellent service! First time using McWilliams and we’re SO glad we did. Mike and Wade got right to work and identified, diagnosed and resolved a wiring issue in less than an hour: this fix turned a barely functioning A/C into a normal functioning unit.     Jimmy B did a thorough inspection of my recently installed HVAC system to determine the cause of the heat pump not working. On inspecting the condenser unit he found a burnt wire on the main capacitor. He installed a new capacitor and repaired the wire connector. On restarting the system a check of the temperature at the outlet ducts showed 95 degrees confirming the repair. Good job Jimmy!

    Have been a customer of Williams and Sons, now Williams, for several years. I had a plumbing issue and they came out on time and were able to diagnose the issue and repair it. The technican was knowledgeable and very friendly.

    This review is long overdue, but I feel that it needs to be done. I purchased a home that was built in 1982, as we experienced our 1st summer I knew that the AC needed to be replaced. Finally we were able to replace the entire ac/heating system last Sumer. There were some changes that needed to be done other than just the units, and after calling a few places and getting stimates done we decided to go with McWilliams. from the moment the sales rep came and started to take measurements and dotting things on a notepad (something the other guys didn’t do). I knew they were going to be the ones. I say all this to say THEY DID A PHENOMENAL JOB. Yes they maybe in the expensive side (not by much) but they are true professionals. From sales rep, installation crew and service techs (I’ve had a small issue, with a attic fan) the people answering the phone I mean if anyone is looking to replace or get some HVAC work done they are IT. Thank you for the great cooling (job) summers to come!!!

    After dealing with this company I will never call another plumber unless its Tristan. You want a company thats going to give you what you want you need to call McWilliams & Son. Sewer pipe completely stopped because of Old Clay pipe. It was only supposed to take 3 days ended up turning into 5 days because of the problems. Of this house the drainage system everything. The plumbers stopped at nothing and worked 16 hour days for 2 days and would not leave until everything was completely done . Thank You Tristan Aiden and Emmanuel for going above and beyond to complete my job

    We turned our heating on for the first time this year and it immediately put off a horrible sound and wasn’t working properly. I called McWilliams and Sons and the next day Octavio came to do the repair and he was absolutely AMAZING. I give him the highest review.     I am very pleased with service from technician Jesse Anderson! Very thorough, explained everything in detail. We have two units that have to be serviced. Signed up for their Advantage plan to save on cost. I would recommend their services and the Advantage plan. They also have a filter delivery service, very convenient.     McWilliams installed a new HVAC Unit at my Moms house. A couple of weeks later, I discovered some rooms were getting more air and others didnt have enough. I considered the job incomplete. Working as a project and construction manager for the past 32 years, I know contractors and so I assumed the worst and prepared for the fight. I contacted one of the workers who had left his number. What shocked me is that Dylan called me right back. He took my calls late in the evenings, offered to come out repeatedly and did come out a couple of times, and even contacted me right back on Thanksgiving Day. I cant even get my own employees to be that responsive. While I appreciated Dylan, I eventually reached out to the GM, Shea. I plead my case and prepared for resistance and excuses, but I could not have been more wrong. Shea heard me out and insisted they would make things right, so we set up a date for the crew to return. That morning, I called Shea to check on the progress over at Moms only to discover he was actually at Moms house along with a Service Manager, Jonathon, and two very diligent installers named Brandon and Wesley. These guys went over, above and beyond to make things right and even performed some work that was not in the contract. They were polite, respectful and competent. Brandon and Wesley wasted no time and only stopped periodically to go out and retrieve something or haul out some trash. I was wrong in my assessment and am very grateful and pleased with the outcome. In my business, you figure out who the good ones are based on how they deal with complaints. When McWilliams says they value their customers and place customer satisfaction above all else, they mean it. And this team has shown it by their actions today. Thank you Dylan, Wesley, Brandon, Jonathan and Shea.

    UPDATE: As it turned out, McWilliams & Sons came through! A Tech by the name of Brandon showed up at my house to fix our AC issue same day. Brandon apologized for their call centers response indicating it would take 2 days to get an appointment, reassured me that new service customers get priority service. Brandon diagnosed the problem, and he had us up and running within an hour. Brandon explained the problem resulted from mixing a two stage unit with a single stage unit and rewired the two stage blower motor to work with our new single stage exterior unit. Bottom line, McWilliams & Sons made it right! My business will go to McWilliams & Sons, without a doubt, in the future. Service Tech came out the first time and wasnt sure where the leak was coming from after testing. Decision was made to fill the unit with refrigerant and dye and return in 2 months to find leak(cost $800 for 10lbs refrigerant). Approximately 12 days later tech was called because unit had stopped cooling again. Tech tested system again, he said inside unit was good outside condenser coil was source of the leak. So we replaced the outside unit. 3 days later, new unit no longer cooling. Called McWilliams & Sons, they said it will be 2 days before they can check the unit they just installed. Doesnt seem very responsive for a customer who has just spent over $6000.00 for you service and product. Not to mention they were supposed to bring a portable unit out the first visit and never did.

Parts needed to be ordered so the repair was not completed at the time of the first service call, but Dylan did perform some maintenance tasks.     Dylan came to our house to check why our filter was black in one month. We changed our filter every month. He suggested that we clean our ducts and the registers. We had noticed that the black was filtering into our house. Our house is 20 years old and to my knowledge they have not been cleaned. We keep our house very clean. We decided to have the ducts clean and a filter installed that reduces the dust and cleans the air. They will change it every six months. We highly recommend that everyone should have this evaluation and have the job done. There is no sign of dust in my house, especially on my glass table tops. Worth the price and a big thank you to Dylan for his job well done.

    Had two guys, Chase and Kevin, come out to my home in Katy to replace my 14 year downstairs AC unit and coil, after an initial free inspection visit. The free estimate was thorough and the gentleman who provided the estimate was friendly and was very transparent about my options and pricing for the new AC unit and coil.Chase and Kevin came timely for the installation and were very friendly and professional. They were able to dispose of the old equipment and repalce with the new ones in an efficient and expedient manner, with minimal mess and interruption to me and my daily routine.After the work was done, they explained what they did and showed me the new units, along with their warranty policies should anything go wrong. Also, they provided me a nice new Ecobee thermostat which I can control either manually or through a phone app.Overall, very professional company that is good at what they do. It’s rare that I have to wait more than 48hrs for non-emergency service. Caitlin C. is an amazing tech. She setup a smart thermostat and fixed several other issues in less than an hour. She gave me quotes on maintenance my system needs; but never tried to up-sale me. I appreciated her letting me know what could wait and what couldn’t.

    The weather today was extremely low for Southeast Texas today. Pipes were extremely susceptible to freeze damage.A good friend of mine lost his central heat. Late in the day I called McWilliams .     Our main line seems to clog up once a year. We are club members because we bought our AC from them a few years ago. Noah came out and had it unplugged pretty quickly. He was very courteous and professional. Very satisfied.
