THANK YOU CHRIS, JAMES, AND BEN!!!Thank you McWilliams 👊Yall are truly blessed to have such a phenomenal crew and a group of technicians with such a tenacious work ethic, that do it right the first time attitude working for you 🏆My wife and I have been saving for approximately 5 yrs to replace the old broken unit we had. We just couldnt afford the interest payments on a loan. Thats a long time to deal with the Texas heat and only a window AC to compensate, but it was worth it.We waited till winter to help the technicians not suffer in a hot attic. We called several different HVAC companies and were given a bit of the run around. I finally called McWilliams to schedule an estimate. Chris called almost immediately after the appointment was scheduled. He came out within about an hour. Did a thorough inspection of the existing equipment, measured the home for the proper system, and gave us several options to complete the replacement.We landed on the middle cost as that fit our savings budget. No it was not cheap by any means, but you get what you pay for and Ill leave it at that.The appointment was set and we waited in an anticipation 😁James arrived with Ben at our home spot on the appointed time, surprisingly they were followed closely by Chris the original tech that provided the estimate 🤯 . Typically you dont get three professionals working in such a beautiful symphony like flow. It was truly a sight to behold. I work in a similar field and let me tell you its next to impossible to get such a well oiled group of guys together. Bravo McWilliams 👏Ben started outside on the condenser, Chris started knocking out the venting, and James started on the evaporator and gas furnace. Then Ben and James switched. James installed the new condenser, while Chris and Ben replaced the venting. Ben crawled all around the attic (extremely small crawl space - the boys a beast) for hours replacing the venting and getting things ready for the new furnace and evap.All three coordinated perfectly to remove the old units shoe horned into the attic. Then to my amazement they installed the new bigger unit into the attic like it was just a typical day 😲Chris had to leave to run more calls, but as a technician myself I know him just showing up is going above and beyond.James and Ben continued buttoning up all the install. They worked approximately 12hrs straight with hardly a break and got us up and running. Thats what I call grinding it out. Great job guys and fantastic install.I cant say enough on how impressed I am with McWilliams and their work ethic. Keep up the great work yall 👍 100/100

They do the plumbing for our houses by the lake. The new house we just bought had a cracked water line near the meter as the line was only about 6 in deep. Yesterday they sent over Eric and Raul to replace the whole line to the house. Really great guys, very polite and very professional. Did a great job on the line and they also found that the water cutoff to the house (i couldnt find it) was actually underground by the house, they replaced all that with a proper one so its great to have that now since the meter is about 100+ feet from the house!

Amazing work and quick turnaround. Came out to replace a water heater at 7pm and came back the next day and done by 3pm. Maybe not the cheapest but definitely the best service and the best quality installation. Noah was the best. Could not ask for a more professional and knowledgeable employee of the company, I wouldn’t think a water heater install could impress me but I’ve been bragging about Noah and McWilliams for days now. Great job.

Raul is an excellent installer who thinks out of the box. We had an issue with the electric supply being short and taught. Previous installers either connected it wrong or told me I would need to have an electrician fix it. Raul fixed the situation by rotating the water heater so that the electric cable is more than long enough He should receive a commendation for looking at a situation and resolving it by doing something that had not been thought of before. I know he has pictures of what he did. Eric was also a helpful, polite partner.

I have to say, I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to work with us to come up with the best affordable plan for our plumbing and water issues. I am very skeptical when having others do work for us because of big talk and poor work, but I would recommend these guys to anyone!! Great experience so far!!

So far so good. Plumbing tech Derrick was so nice and explained everything to us on what he was going to do and again after he had finished running water from old outside faucet (in our shop now) to a new outside faucet on back of our townhome. I’m waiting on my A/C Tech Caleb to come check out my AC/Heating unit. I already know he’s a nice guy. I flagged him down to ask questions about his company and he called his office and helped me set it all up with the ladies in the office. Thanks Caleb, Derrick , Rachael & Joycie for all your help.Also we bought on Friday 4/5/2024 a NEW outside AC Unit from McWilliams and were so happy with it and the guys who removed old one and installed NEW ONE. After spending 6 hours in the attic insulating old copper pipes, one broke at a place that split in the last bad freeze. Water pouring out of the ceiling heating vent. Got the water turned off and called McWilliams Heating, Cooling and Plumbing after finding them on Google. It was 3:00 Sunday afternoon. The lady that took the call was very kind and professional. She had a man finishing up another job and would send him ASAP. He texted and showed up in about an hour. Very professional and polite...surveyed the situation gave me a quote and was finished in a little bit over an hour. Great tech and excellent service. Well definitely give them a 5 star rating.

We had a checkup on our system. It is worth the $13/ month to have this done 2 times a year. This affords discounts and relieves us of travel charges (we live 20 miles from office). Brandon came out to check our unit. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. He cared and took time to hear our a/c issues. He went above and beyond what other technicians have done in the past and we can honestly feel a difference in the temperature in here now. He replaced a part that was wearing and patched some duct work that we didn’t know was open. We will request Brandon next time we need someone!!! Go Brandon!

We had a hot water leaking in our attic which Eli came out and explained everything they would do. He was very informative about every detail. Early the next day Blake and Noah arrived and worked steadily and speedily. To get the New water heater installed . They also Took out the old one and another one that was left in the attic from a previous repair. I attest it was a hot heavy job. They never complained and were always friendly and considerate gentleman sure of their task. And got that leak stopped. Thank You very much. You seem to be a very professional, and customer friendly company. Everyone I have talked to is very Nice. From the representatives setting up the appointment, to getting the job done. The tech was very respectful to not only us but the representative of the other company. The tech did an inspection and prepared and estimate of us all the while having to work around having another company here bidding for the same job. The tech ultimately provided us with and estimate and was very respectful and understanding throughout the entire process.

Derrick came out on 1-1-2025 to diagnose our tankless water heater. He is very professional and down to earth. My dogs even liked him, lol. He is very knowledgable in the plumbing field. On his advice we are having a new water heater tank installed. I feel this is a great idea considering the tankless had just been a pain in the butt since we moved to this house. He went over everything that was available so we could easily decide which route to take. McWilliams and Sons office personnel is very professional also. All in all the experience has been wonderful. Thanks Derrick. I was trying to add another rating but couldnt do it. This rating of 5 stars is in relation to the job that was completed today for our water heater. I must say that Noah and Ben are a badass crew. These guys are very knowledgeable about the plumbing field. They installed our water heater with no issues and fast service. These two are very respectful and courteous. If they had any questions or needed to let me know what they were doing both would address me as Sir. Im so glad I called Mcwilliams and Sons. My plumbing backed up into the toilet and shower on Thanksgiving Saturday. McWilliams not only answered their phone, but they texted me to let me know when a tech would arrive. Two days after our power was off for five days and we had just started to catch up with housework, our hot water heater flooded our laundry room. This was the night before my wife was having surgery which was terrible timing! Yesterday, I called McWilliams to get someone to the house to repair or replace the water heater and Eric was here before 9:00 this morning. The house was an absolute disaster but Eric didn’t seem to mind at all. Since the water heater was 24 years old, he took one look at it and knew it had to be replaced. He went back to the office to pick up a new one and then spent a lot of time making sure all connections were working properly. He suspected a hairline fracture in a piece that goes into the wall so he replaced that and everything is working beautifully now! Eric was professional and pleasant as well as being meticulous with trouble shooting until he diagnosed the problem. He was here for several hours but he took things one at a time until he fixed the problem. We are very grateful to have this done and are confident it was done well! I will add that, aside from Eric, all of my contact with the company was through Lisa who was absolutely wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend this company!

Also they would charge so much money no one could afford the after hours service call.We had a wonderful professional gentleman named Derrick Utt that serviced us and got straight to the point when he came put.He asked what our issues are and how long we been having this problem.Derrick was assessing the situation so he can further understand and get to the root of the problem.He ran a camera down the pipe and saw roots, mud, and debris that was causing our problems all a long.He sat down with us and built up an estimate of what it will cost and how long it will take give or take.He also gave us several options to get this taken care of.Being honest with anyone out there looking for good plumbers. Please call these guys if you want to find the root of the problem. Stop spending money for other plumbers to bandaid the issue and it keeps returning back.I will recommend McWilliams to anyone and will definitely use them again for future issues.

This company was able to fit us in quickly to do a tune up on the A/C of the house we recently bought. They were very professional and efficient in their job. When explaining that our unit was quite old, they were not pushy about insisting we needed a new unit and instead presented us with options available to us. Our old system is still working perfectly fine but when we do need a new unit, we will definitely be getting it from this company.

I have had an annual membership for twice a year seasonal checkup for my Heating and AC system for years now. Today a service technician named Brandon came out to perform the service. He checked all aspects of the unit inside outside to ensure it was running optimally. Coils were cleaned and drain line was cleaned as well. He took the time to explain in detail and on my level just how the system is supposed to work to make sure it is working efficiently. He took the time to let me know everything he was doing and provided details accordingly if I had any questions. Not a single time did he seem bothered that I stood with him as he was completing the service. While I pretty well always get good service from McWilliams & Son, I have to say that Brandon by far provided the best maintenance service that has ever been completed as part of my preventative maintenance membership. I told him that he truly made me feel like I got my monies worth out of the membership today more so than ever before. Very professional and knowledgeable. He represented the company well and his profession in an above and beyond manner. Spoke very highly of his employer and how well they take care of their employees.Tremendous asset to the company. All businesses would love to have such character representing them in the community. McWilliams is fortunate to have this man representing them for sure!

My experience from the very beginning was top notch. Not only did I receive an email confirmation of my appointment, but I also received updates the day of and an additional one when the technician was on his way along with a description of him. I have never had a company be so thorough before they even came to my house. We made the appointment for what we thought was going to be 3 simple plumbing installations. Jimmy arrived ready and willing to do everything we needed but immediately came across several big issues no one could foresee. He worked tirelessly to try and do everything but kept finding more things wrong. Our previous owner had used very odd sized items which are almost impossible to find, so issues continued to grow. He called in Weston who arrived with more items and the two of them worked several more hours to complete the project. They were so professional and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their service. And they did not change the original quote even though they had to do so many extra things and stayed way longer than anyone anticipated. I have never received such amazing customer service before and will most definitely call them back every time. Thank you Jimmy and Weston!

Austin came out this time and was able to fix my a/c and I asked a lot of questions about certain things and he was able to help me out, very knowledgeable.
