I would like to give a big shout to McGilberry Mechanical for coming to the rescue today. Our heater coils went out and we were really cold. Blaine skated over and was able to get the parts. He had it up and running within the hour. Thank you for your quick response! We are sitting nice and toasty again. Now its time for some Chicken Noodle Soup! You guys are always there when you need them! ❤️

I honestly could not be happy with my service today, I came home last night after a 9 hour drive home from out of state to a broken ac. I contacted my home warranty this morning and was going back and forth with them for hours trying to get someone “in network” that couldn’t come out for 24-48 hours (and with a toddler that’s just not ideal), well they finally gave me a greenlight to go out of net work and McGilberry was the first one I called and it was at 3:30. I spoke to Amber and she was incredible I told her what was happening and she was able to get Blaine out to my house by 4 and on top of that communication was amazing as well. Blaine came in and was very helpful and professional let me know exactly what the problem was had the part on his truck and fixed it with in 30 minutes. And he was so nice and willing to talk with my home warranty company to help with the out of network process. I can definitely keep bragging about how big of a blessing they are but if you have have any issues call them first and let the service and pieces speak for themselves!!

It has been a pleasure doing business with Mike & Blaine from McGilberry! They are customer oriented. They show up when they say they will. They are sharp technically. Besides doing our regular maintenance on our system, they came out and quickly solved a heating problem we didnt know we had. They are reasonably priced and are polite to engage. I highly recommend using them.
