Richard is extremely knowledgeable and helped to keep my older unit serviced, repaired, & running several times before finally requiring its replacement. He went the extra mile in quickly answering all my many questions before making the final decision on which unit to purchase and on the install requirements as well. Richard (owner of Mary Carolina A/C and Heating) came highly recommended by an A/C technician that my church uses but they only do commercial. Richard was super professional and very thorough when servicing our heating and a/c units. He not only took pictures of what he found but also made lots of good recommendations which Ive opted for those recommendations immediately. Im so happy to find a good, honest reliable HVAC person for my home. When you find a good company you really stick with them for the long haul. Thank you Richard!! -
