Michael and Team at M&M are absolutely incredible. With the increased cost of our world today it is difficult to find great value but not with M&M. As great as Michael is his service techs are equally fantastic, they treat your home as they would their own and in the HOT summers in Texas we are always extremely grateful of how quickly they respond to service calls. Michael is the reason we chose to M&M for our new system but his team is why will always be an M&M customer.

A few years ago, I lived in a 60+ year old house that had never had central air or heat...just space heaters and window units. M&M installed everything to heat and cool our home...all the ducts and vents, the AC/heating unit, the whole system. A very professional job, and a reasonable price! I can highly recommend these good people.

I can’t say anything but nice things about M&M! From the friendly office staff, to the professional and knowledgeable technicians, this business is overall fantastic! My air conditioning wasn’t cooling my house, and one of the technicians was able to get to my house quickly and got the problem fixed! 10/10 recommend M&M!!!!

We had to replace our ac unit AND add one over the last 3 days. This was a huge ordeal as our furnace was a 1994. We needed a custom piece built, extra copper, it was raining, etc...but it did NOT slow them down!Yall, this is hands down the most professional and respectful company. Am I biased? YES! 🤣🤷‍♀️ BUT truth is truth! Their quality work speaks for itself! Every single worker that came out was respectful and worked hard regardless the hurdles. Dont think twice about calling them! The tech that came out was so kind and caring, he knew exactly what to do and found the problem quickly. He had the parts on his truck and fixed it quickly. It’s a breath of fresh air when you find a company with the amount of expertise and icing on the cake is the fair value of their work. Had an issue with hvac. And same day they had a tech to our house diag and fixed luckily had the part on the truck. I highly recommend them for all of the hvac needs!

I live 2 hours from my mom in Canton, TX. It was cold - she had no heat because her central heat had gone out. The technician came out and repaired it - some sort of mother board. Within hours, the unit stopped working. They went out again - put the same part on again. The unit burned up that one, too! The rep spent at least 3 hours at my moms house trying to figure out what was wrong. He finally determined that she was getting 140 volts in the house instead of 110. Oncor came out and fixed the problem. M & M went out AGAIN (3rd time!) and put a new part in - this time it was fixed. They did not charge me any additional money for their work. This is how a company gets referrals - and I hope this helps anyone looking for honest people to work on their central heat/air. Many thanks to them...!!
