I scheduled Lucas HVAC for spring maintenance on both my AC units. Technician Davis came out and performed the maintenance and made a recommendation on replacing a contact at my compressor. I also asked him to install a float switch on the drip pan on one of my units. Davis was efficient, kind, polite, and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot). Theres a reason this company gets great reviews and praise via word-of-mouth. Great customer service and reasonably priced. Appreciate this family-owned business!

I called Lucas HVAC on the weekend and left a non-emergency voicemail. They called me at 8:15am Monday morning and I had a tech at my home by 9:15am. He identified the issue and had parts on the truck for a quick repair. Knowledgeable, quick, efficient, friendly and well priced.

I had a great experience both with Davis coming out and giving me a quote and Gary doing the install. They were polite, professional, and listened to me talk way too much.They installed new components for me and didnt push me to buy anything I wasnt interested in. On top of that, they took the time to quote me several options I was specifically interested in comparing.I have had some bad experiences with local HVAC companies and this was the exception. Great people and will use them again. I do recommend everyone that needs HVAC work give them a try.

Called Lucas HVAC for a second opinion when our AC stopped working this spring. Gary was prompt on arrival and upon sharing his diagnosis, showed us a video of what he did to diagnose the problem!The highest setting on our AC motor failed, but the others were working, so he changed the setting to a lower one and gave us a quote for a replacement in case the entire motor decided to fail. Because it was an expensive repair, Gary assured us that this was not an emergency because our AC could run as is for possibly years with no issues (until it failed altogether of course), but they ordered the part for us in case we needed it. Well, sure enough, as the temperatures started to rise, we could tell our AC wasnt running as efficiently as it should, so we scheduled for the motor replacement, which Davis did promptly!We greatly appreciate Lucas HVACs prompt and professional service as well as honest and transparent communication in diagnosis and quote. Definitely a business well continue to support and refer to friends!

I needed a new AC system installed. Gary from Lucas HVAC came out to check my home and later to install the system. I thought he did a great job and would highly recommend him. The price they quoted me was less then I expected which these days rarely happens. I had a new AC system installed some years back and these guys were vastly better. The job they did was better and they were also more organized and had everything taken care of like the warranty papers filled out/submitted, inspection, etc.

Just had Lucas Hvac out to check my ac after a very hot summer. Only had to replace one capacitor. Davis removed all outside panels & washed off dirt & leafs 🍃 from coils. I just had my first experience with Lucas HVAC and am pleased. The tech that came to my house not only wore a mask but also took the time to answer any questions I had. I at no time felt pressured to buy anything nor did it seem like they were trying to sell unnecessary services. I will definitely use them again the next time I have an HVAC issue.

Having lived in Fairview for 14 years, I have used several HVAC companies and until now I have never felt comfortable with any of them. In the spring I needed a new unit for my upstairs and after exhaustive interviews and bids I selected Lucas HVAC for the work. The install went exceptionally well and I was happy. But the true test came on Wednesday when our main unit was not working correctly. I called at 4:30 pm and had a Tech at my door at 9:00 am the next morning. Davis was not only knowledge and thorough but wanted me to understand what he was doing each step of the way. In the end he not only got the unit working, but discovered some irregularities in our outside unit. They later called back stating they had talked with Amana and would have parts to correct the irregularities on their next visit. In addition the charge for both parts and labor for the visit were very reasonable. Save yourself some time and money, and just call Lucas HVAC for all your heating and AC needs.

Lucas HVAC replaced our whole HVAC system. They arrived on time and explained the process. They carefully placed drop cloths in the paths they would be taking through our house to access the system. The mechanics were careful bringing out the old parts and bringing in the new ones. When they replaced the outside unit, they were careful not to damage our fences or any of the plant material near the system. They tested the system and explained the operation of the new thermostat. The workers were courteous and friendly. The job was completed ahead of the schedule they had suggested. We could not be more pleased!

I cant say enough good things about Lucas HVAC!! Their technician, Davis, came out the same day I called with a furnace issue, and diagnosed and corrected the problem on the spot! We had been using a well-advertised company for years, but their their quote to fix the problem was WAY overpriced. Lucas HVAC, you have gained a new, loyal customer!

Couldnt ask for better service from a heating and air specialist.Both times they have been out to service and repair our unit over the past few years, they have been honest and fair throughout the entire process.This last time our service tech found that the control board in our air handler was bad by diligently checking different circuits on the unit and referring to the wiring diagram. He didnt have the part on hand but made some phone calls and worked closely with a local parts vendor to locate and procure the part. He got it installed and had us up and running in no timeThink the whole process took about an hour and a half, less the time going out to get the part.I would definitely recommend this company and will be doing business with them in the future.

Lucas HVAC has been our go-to HVAC provider for our rentals for years. We have always loved working with them but yesterday they went way above and beyond.A capacitor went out on one house just hors before my tenant grandfather was being brought there with his hospice person. It was 90 degrees inside.During this heatwave Lucas HVAC was completely booked but they managed to get someone there and the repair done before he arrived.It is amazing businesses and people like this who give us all hope and comfort.Thanks Lucas Hvac!
