Lowden’s technician Tim, was prompt, professional and explained the issue the unit was experiencing. When the issue required a follow up visit, he was again thorough, and explained how problem was resolved. Office staff was polite and helpful as well.

I made an awful decision when I moved the thermostat over from the previous owners account to my own, And accidentally erase the settings programmed in the thermostat.I was able to speak with the original homeowners and they referred me Lowden’s because that’s who installed the unit. When I phoned in, I spoke with Brandy. She put me on speaker with some folks in the office, and we were able to go through the settings on the Honeywell pro series T6, one by one.Although this didn’t result in a service call charge for Lowden’s, I am grateful for the time they spent with me on the phone, allowing me to try and program the settings myself. Your patience and understanding of the situation means a lot to me. Thank you for your time and attention and if there’s any other reason I need an AC unit repair you’ll be the first call!

I really don’t leave any reviews unless I truly believe the company deserves it and what occurred last night compelled me to leave this review. Our AC unit went down last night, which is inconvenient in the first place, but when you have a 1.5 year old it’s an urgent matter. We called multiple places who were either booked throughout the the night or were only able to come in the morning. Called Lowden and we were serviced within an hour. No waiting for parts. No hassle. Quick and efficient. Confirmed the AC was working and we enjoyed the rest of our night.

My air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days we had so far this year. I was able to call and have my system diagnosed and repaired before the week was out. They said it could be as late as Monday before getting back out, but managed to get all the parts in and installed by Thursday. Great company and helpful staff, both in the office and field techs.
