Great experience! I was really impressed with how well the installation went. I have been working in the construction industry for over 30 years and really appreciate working with companies like Lone Star! Jake was quick and efficient. My AC went out and Jake arrived within an hour found a bad blower motor then had part replaced and AC back up and running within 2 hours.Will definitely be calling him with future AC or heater issues.

Preston with Lonestar did a great job! Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable. Had a problem with our furnace during the cold spell and Preston came right away, diagnosed, got the part in and repaired quickly. Got it fixed the first time. Would use them again and highly recommend.

Jake was friendly and respectful. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I highly recommend this company for your Heating and Air needs. I will be requesting their service again when needed. My grandson was here while Jake serviced the mini split and when he left my grandson told me to give Jake 5 stars because he was nice to me. My 6 yr old grandson was impressed as well. 😊

We would like to take a moment to rave about Jake and his team! Our AC stopped cooling on 9/23/24 and I called Jake at seven the next morning (I don’t know him, I just called the first company on google with good ratings). He answered promptly and told me he could be there by 10:00am. Proceeded to clean the unit and fix the capacitor. The level of professionalism and knowledge he provided was great! We have a 10+ year AC and will be using his services in the future! Thank you Jake! When you’re looking for supporting a small business and getting quality people - please give them a call!!

Preston was extremely knowledgeable about our mini split system, he diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot…we got quotes from a well known yellow van AC company and that company was more than double what Lonestar charged us! We will definitely call them if we ever have another problem.
