Always confident when we do business. 💯 COVID protocols being taken.11/4/22 - Had the pleasure of meeting another fabulous technician from Aire Texas today for my fall maintenance plan. Eric was pleasant, polished and professionals. I don’t know how this company gets the hiring right, everytime!8/9/21- We had an emergency visit, I was a bit taken a back because the new VERY EXPENSIVE UNIT YOU INSTALLED had a drain valve FAIL causing plumbing to back up. Damaged is in every room in our house except the master bedroom and the kitchen. Aire Texas was empathetic and responsive to our concerns. We look forward to continuing excellent service and I highly recommend them, as always.

    This business is legit. No BS, honest and straight shooters. Zac and Tim were gracious enough to play 20 questions with me about A/C systems despite him just being out to fix our heater. We will absolutely be using this company moving forward. Also, this is the first repair company Ive had that has given me a 2 hour repair window and they showed up on the dot at the BEGINNING of the window instead of hours later. Really appreciative of that.

    This company is fantastic. Our 27-year-old AC stopped cooling and they came out the same day and did a complete system evaluation. They told me nothing was broken but said replacing certain parts would improve performance. I’m choosing a full replacement. I appreciated the honest and thorough assessment, and our AC Tech Jose was outstanding! I highly recommend these folks!

    We have had Aire Texas out for a tune up, a duct cleaning and just tonight an emergency repair. All technicians have been prompt, friendly, and thorough. Great experience. They always call to confirm, send a tracking tech when someone is dispatched, and even include a photo and info about who is coming to your house which is a great additional safety measure. Highly recommend.

    Tim was the technician who came to help with the Nest installation. He was on time, very friendly and professional and knowledgable. He took the time to walk me through each setting which helped tremendously. out of the 8 other companies I contacted, Aire Texas definitely had best and reasonable price.     Im often skeptical of 5-star reviews being authentic and now I am leaving one. My 30-year old AC unit went out for the final time requiring an entire system replacement. I called 7 companies for bids. 6 came out and I watched carefully to see how and what they diagnosed. KC from Aire Texas was the ONLY one to see and bring my attention to a potential landmine that would have upped my costs exponentially. Perhaps some of the others saw it and were just going to let me have a nasty surprise. He found me a fantastic system that bypassed the landmine, met all my needs, AND was a very reasonable price - neither the highest or lowest of the bids. KC also made some recommendations to help keep the house cooler and keep us more comfortable while we waited for installation. When the installation crew came out, Cruz, Shep, and Kevin were not only consummate professionals, they were very amiable, courteous, and a true pleasure to have in my home for the entire time - and it was hard work on a very hot summer day! Shep was even kind enough to re-light the pilot on the water heater so I wouldnt have to do it myself. Also, Lauren, Elizabeth, and Amanda in the office were lovely to work with regarding scheduling and they kept me fully up-to-date on when the guys would arrive and confirming the appointments. I never had to wait and wonder when or if someone would show up. I will ONLY work with Aire Texas Residential going forward.

    I met the company through my home warranty and had really good experience with them. They were on time and knowledgeable.     This is our second time using Aire Texas over a few years and we couldnt be more pleased with the service they provide. Our A/C unit was buzzing and starting hard.Our technician KC arrived early and quickly located the problem and replaced parts on site. KC was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.     Our technician Zach was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Zach was able to quickly assess and find the problem with our A/C unit and completed the repair the same day. We are enrolled in the service plan that Aire Texas offers and have been pleased with their fall and spring inspection and maintenance of our HVAC unit. The customer service representative, Lauren, is a kind and very knowledgeable, as well, she gave me important information about preparing for the service call and kept me posted throughout the day because I was on standby. This company has provided 6 years of consistent service for our family.

    We have been without AC for 1 month. Our Home Warranty company was horrible with how they handled this. Aire Texas was AMAZING!!! Everyone we dealt with from Zach who came out in the beginning to Ruth in the office to Chad who helped deal with Home Warranty were top notch.Zach came out today for the install and to ensure everything was working perfect. I am nothing but pleased with the quality of service we received from this company! Pointed out what we should look to do to keep our systems working tidy.Happy with the service!4/25 - Reggie from Aire came the other day to do maintenance on our 3 units. He was super friendly and very professional. Aire has some great people who work for them. Anyone who has ever come is always very knowledgeable and helpful. They always provide good guidance and don’t try to oversell you. I really couldn’t speak enough about this company. Glad we hired them.Had new units installed.     KC is one of the finest young men I have met lately. He performed a service check on our heating unit, took pictures of the needed repairs, and showed us pictures he had taken of the units. KC came by yesterday, took the time to explain to me what all was needed. He had to order parts, so had to reschedule the service. I got a call the same day, scheduled service for the following day. KC has taken care of our systems twice a year and they continue to run great!Aire Texas did a great job installing an additional return.     Reggie and the other technicians both of them had a great attitude as soon as they walked in and till they left. They were on time and very respectful.Reggie was very thorough about what they were going to do and answering all our questions. He even went out of his way to ask me if I needed to change two of the vents in the house that were very dirty, I asked if I could clean them and see first and he said sure. At the end explained what they did and emailed me as well everything, excluding pictures of before and after. I would definitely recommend this company for best service.     I have been using Aire Texas for a year now on my spring and fall tuneups. Their professionalism and what you get for your dollar is much better than who I had been using before. Zach did a great job on our spring tuneup today and was helpful in explaining what he would be doing and outlining any recommendations. I love that they educate you on any specific issues that may be present, give you a full blown pdf report with multiple pictures showing the readings before and after service and physical evidence of any issues. Zach and Casey have been awesome technicians to work with.

    Update July 3, 2020: Aire Texas replaces my old unit today and I couldn’t be happier with the work and the new system. Every team member I have encountered has been knowledgeable, personable, professional and fun to be around. This has been a fabulous experience, one I had dreaded because of the expense, but Aire Texas team members made me feel really good about the purchase and 100% satisfied with every step of the process. I highly recommend Aire Texas!!KC F. was the diagnostic engineer who came to my house today and took care of my AC unit. He took pictures and videos to help explain the work and show what had been done, and was able to explain it to me in a way I could understand, myself having had no training in this type of industry. He fixed problems as they came up, double checked things, and even though he had to do more work than he originally came here to do, he was super friendly and professional the whole time, and was literally the best technician I’ve ever met on a service call. I recommend this company and if you get KC, you’ll be happy.

    Thank you for coming out same day to fix our AC.Tim was professional, honest, thorough, and listened. We had another company out to look at our system and they recommended a full system replace. Tim took the time to look over the whole system and diagnosed the potential problem, made the repair and it worked. In les then 2 minutes the house was cooling. Tim helped us go from a potential $15000 fix to a $700 fix that included signing up for third maintenance program. Thank all of you at Zaire Texas for taking care of our AC issue and our family.

    Reece came over to fix our AC seemed we had a coolant leak, he took me through the steps that isolated the leak and got it fixed up and recharged, really nice guy and very patient and knowledgeable. Really personable and changed the filter gave the system a once over. All resolved in the one visit. Ronnie was great very personable and easy to discuss the issue with and very quick to diagnose the issue and discuss solutions.     Tim came out today and was amazing. He was here on time and did a very thurough job of troubleshooting our AC. The cooling problem we had was intermittent and Tim stuck with it, trying lots of scenarios, until he could duplicate the problem. I was really impressed as it wouldve been very easy for him to just give up. Weve used Aire Texas a number of times and they always answer the phone regardless of the hour, show up on time, provide reasonable and accurate estimates, and fix the problem the first time out.     Updated Post: Weve now had our new unit for about two years. Best decision we ever made and worth every penny. While Im hearing neighbors and friends having A/C issues and their houses not staying cool - whatever temp we set our house at - it cools to that temp consistently through the day - even when its been 100 outside.     I’ve had several different services done over the last month and I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. From Ruth being so kind on the phone to having Zach assess the issues I was having with my dryer duct. Chad and Collin went above and beyond to fix the extremely clogged area. Then we had KC out to fix our AC and he was so polite and quick. We were so grateful for their willingness to work in the following day and have us cool by the afternoon on a 100+ day. We will be using them again when the time comes to have all of our ducts cleaned.

    We had a great experience with Aire Texas after buying a 20-year old home and needing to replace one of our AC Units with a 2-stage. Chris made sure that we got the best price and warranty versus other competitors in the area. The installation team - Tim, Danny, Phillip, Kevin, and Reggie - were efficient and fixed items that were wrong when the house were originally built. Zach came out a few days later when I followed-up on a question about the 2-stage unit, as well as gave me insight about how to improve air-flow to other parts of my house.     Our downstairs heater stopped working sometime on Thursday. We called Friday morning and had a tech out within a couple hours. Tim figured out that the control panel was broken and we needed a new one. They were able to source one and had a guy out on Saturday to replace it. The house immediately started warming up, which was a huge relief after two nights of limping along at 60 degrees from just the upstairs unit. They were quick and professional. My only complaint was that the part itself was expensive, but I understand that this is not Aire Texass fault.

    Update: Collin, Danny, and Pedro did great cleaning my ducts. They had booties on to avoid tracking in dirt and even checked out why my blower was making a squeaking noise after service!Zach was a great tech. Aire Texas has a good operation and they seem to have their process very standardized. Looks like they can give repeatable good service. Zach answered my questions and went through all the options available. I was happy to see how thoroughly he went through the system, testing voltages and cleaning the system. They have a good deal going on for duct cleaning.

    I have had the best experiences with Aire Texas. I first had a new air handler installed by them in September. I had gone through 5 plumbers and AC companies before coming to Aire Texas and they were the first company to handle our problems swiftly and caringly- even working until almost midnight one night with us. Today, Kevin, Chris, Zac C, and Phillip arrived early and worked ALL DAY in this heat without any complaint or breaks and completely re-ducted our house. They listened to our concerns about which rooms needed more air and they planned accordingly. Lauren was awesome and fielded questions that I had for the last week in preparation for the big install. They worked 11 hours straight and didnt stop until they had cleaned and vacuumed. I really cant say enough about the work ethic, the honesty, the trustworthiness, and the timeliness.     My coil recently started leaking so I decided to upgrade everything instead of just replacing the coil since my system was on its last leg, I was given an outrageous quote by another service company to do this. I called Aire Texas and was given a much better quote and decided to give them a try. Danny and Kevin arrived at my house a few days later and worked all day in the hot attic to get my AC installed, they were wonderful, they answered all the questions I had and were very professional. I wanted to wait a bit before I left a review just to make sure I did not experience any issue; it has now been over two weeks since the system was installed and my new AC system continues to blow ice cold air as expected.

    I am absolutely blown away with the quality of service I received. Brian came to troubleshoot a poor performing unit. This was a second opinion. He was able to find the issue within 5 minutes and it was a complete different diagnosis from the last company. Brian showed me exactly where the leak was and told me how it would be fixed. He also offered to disproof the diagnosis from the last company. In addition he looked at the breakdown from the last company and pointed out multiple lies and over-charges. Brian also made sure he contacted my home warranty while he was onsite and made sure the approval went through while I was there. I absolutely LOVED that I received a clear and broken down electronic receipt emailed to me within seconds. It was an absolute delight to deal with Brian. I want to give him 6 starts if I could. The actual repairs were done by Zach and Gregg, they did a fantastic job and their customer service skills were impressive. I also want to mention the very nice Lady (Ruth) who scheduled the appointment. It was a true joy to deal with this company. From now on Aire Texas will be my AC company.     I had three local companies out to give me a quote for HVAC system replacement. I ended up choosing a 16 SEER Trane system. The quote I received from Aire Texas for the replacement was the lowest of the three. Everyone I worked with at the company was great and kind. They made me aware of a Encore Utility rebate that was available, which I took advantage of. I submitted a deposit of half so they could order the equipment I selected. I gave the deposit on Friday, I received a follow-up call on the following Monday advising that the equipment is in and they were ready to schedule a date for the install. I scheduled the install for the following day. A crew of two came out the following day to remove the old system and install the new one. They arrived at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday and were finished by 1:00 p.m.. The install was professional. They reviewed all parts and systems with me. They made a minimum mess while installing and cleaned everything up before leaving. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

    Danny and Collin came back out. This time for the first preventative service since our new system install. We have two systems, and this spring it was time to make a change.We went with Aire Texas based on a number of factors. The manufacturer we wanted to use is big in inverter type (DC / variable speed) cooling. That was a big part of the original direction.But what sealed that deal after we got the estimate,,, I swung by the offices on a Friday afternoon, end of the day. And caught up with some of the techs. Danny was there, and I think Collin was too. After talking with the guys I knew they cared about what they do. That they were seasoned guys. And they gave well formed opinions on the questions I asked.Our planning and install went well. They did a nice job re-ducting and moving the gas pipe so we could have both better access to the attic, and more usable space.Originally, I really hated not giving that work to the other firm Id been working with for years, but the manufacturer the other firm prefers has barely a token response to inverter technology.Now Im confident that I have a two firms that can serve us well. Ill let you know of that ever changes.

    I meant to have my a/c checked out for a while now when I saw rusty water dripping outside coming from my a/c unit in the attic. My neighbor recommended Aire Texas as he had recently had his home serviced by them and was pleased with their work. I called and spoke with a young lady named Rachel who was very helpful in explaining the services they could provide under the Ultimate Service Agreement or “USA” Maintenance plan.The very next day a diagnostic engineer named KC Faith arrived and was able to clear the blockage that was causing a dangerous pan over-fill. KC was extremely professional and knowledgeable and within an hour the leak was repaired. A few days later, engineer Zac S then came to do the first of the semi-annual maintenance on my 2 units (which is part of the USA plan). Zac was also extremely professional and took the time to explain how all my components worked. He also recommended services but was honest with me about which things could wait and which should be completed right away to ensure my system is running great during the hot Texas summer.I am pleased with my experience with Aire Texas’s response time and quality of work and recommend them for all heating and cooling needs.

They’ve assisted me in communicating and providing everything necessary to my insurance company during my hail claim, they identified my units needed re-engineered to a horizontal layout due to the older model Freon and components didn’t work within its vertical space anymore, they listen to understand when I have questions or concerns and their teammates know me, my home, and my system as they’ve been apart of the install, service, or diagnostic visit. KC was just here looking over a concern I had I’m this year’s 1st heat operation. He completed a thorough assessment of all components starting with the downstairs system then moving to the upstairs system. He checked for any gas leaks and invited me to look at everything he checked and even opened the furnace panel to show me step by step how the system works. He then turned the unit on and allowed me to witness what he just described as it happened. I’m a member of their USA plan and benefit from all its ultimate features!     I had an entire ac and furnace unit go out recently and Chad called from his home at midnight right after I sent in a request for a quote. He was very knowledgeable about ac systems and also immediately sent out Chris the next day to take a look at the unit and quote the replacement (the electricals were burnt). Chris was able to explain each type of system in depth and provided great insight that helped us decide on getting the Daikin Fit through Aire Texas. Their crew with Danny, Tim, Phillip, Kevin, and James showed up promptly a few days later as scheduled and spent the day removing and installing the new systems while teaching me about how the system works. It turns out that while troubleshooting the system due to the color coding on the wires being too faded it had been overlooked that the gas supply to the furnace had been kept in the off position, and they promptly sent out Zach the next day to turn it back on and make sure the rest of the system is running well. I will definitely be calling on Aire Texas again in the future for AC needs, especially since I just signed up for their USA maintenance program! (Thanks Tim for teaching me so much about my new unit! Chris, I definitely like your recommended unit a lot more than my old one!)

    I just paid 89$ for less than 10 minutes and poor costumer service. This morning I replied and cancelled my visit for this afternoon through text message apparently was not received. At around 230 this afternoon I received a call that a technician would be coming in. I am thinking it is the plumber and I asked the lady to confirm my appointment for Friday would be cancelled since I was on a waitlist for today for the plumber to which she replied yes. Now I did not know and I do take fault on not double checking that it was not the plumber but she would have voiced that I didn’t have an appointment with them for Friday and it would have cleared things out. Being that I had the understanding my visit with them was cancelled because I texted the number to cancel earlier today I assumed it was the plumber. So when two technician walked into my home I lead them to the bathroom where the issue is they looked at the bathrooms walked back down stairs to the spots on the wall near the vent, when I asked if they could fix it today they voiced they weren’t plumbers that’s when I said hold up there has been a miscommunication. I called the lady back she apologized and said she would be canceling the ticket to not worry about it. The technicians had already stepped outside mind you they never brought any ladders or equipment in and where in my home max maybe 10 minutes the doorbell camera can confirm. I did not lock the door and went about my business when they both walked back in unannounced and requested a payment when I asked for what they said since they showed up they had to be paid. When I called the lady back up she voiced her technician performed a diagnostic. In less then 10 minutes? Nothing was done and I know what a diagnostic would like being Xtreme Air Services performed one earlier today and it took them over an hour and required them bringing in equipment such as a ladder. So either they don’t know how to perform a proper diagnostic or they are just out for money. Regardless the absolute worst costumer service. Highly recommend Xtreme Air Services their technician even offered to sweep up his mess after performing a diagnostic unlike Aire Texas Residential Service who had no mess to clean up because they did NOT perform a diagnostic and charged anyways.*** Spoke to Chad Faith who clear up miscommunication and will be providing refund ***

    WOW, These guys were so professional!!!! I was impressed from the moment this crew showed up. Also the first time I noticed their logo on their equipment. Very respectful, polite and informative. I left the guys to do their work, and Kevin would stop and give me updates on the progress thru the day. Zac was also very informative, and took the time to explain what the processes were and where they were at on the install. Chris was the rookie of the crew ,but I could tell he was eager to learn. Nearing the end I noticed Kevin showing Chris how all the work was entered into their tablet and explaining the steps. Not sure who made the decision, but these guys moved the disconnect box over about an inch just to have a cleaner neater install covering the service lines to the unit. Although not their job, they knew it was a better way and they did it. I will close by saying it has been a while since I felt really good about a purchase.     Our process started with an initial meeting with Design Engineer, Chad, who was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Chad spent a great deal of time laying out our different options along with cost considerations. Once our decision was made, the installation crew showed up exactly as scheduled. The total install of our HVAC system took a little more than 7 hours and comfort in 95 degree heat was restored immediately upon completion. Chad was great at educating us of our current system. He also provided us with some short term and long term suggestions to resolve the issues of our home heating unevenly (one room would remain perpetually hot while the rest of the home would be nice and crisp).We booked our appointment for a specified day. We received a call the business day before to confirm a time slot. We were then called 30 minutes before to be notified that the technician, Ruben, was on his way. We even received an automated text message and email confirming the technicians information along with a picture, so you know who you are looking for. Ruben and his crew arrived right on time, and promptly began working. They quoted me an accurate timeframe for how long the job would take. They were all extremely courteous and profession and answered all questions. We were worried about having to clean up afterwards - but Ruben and his crew left the area in the same if not better condition than it was before. They walked us through a heating and cooling cycle and confirmed with an infrared thermometer that each vent was operating properly. On top of that, they even repaired some insulation in the attic while they were working up there at no extra charge!Overall extremely satisfied with their work, and would not hesitate to utilize them again.

    I accidentally cut an electrical line to the outside unit of our air conditioning unit this morning. I left a message about 8:00 am and received a call back within 10 minutes setting up an appointment. They were able to send a technician to the house today to repair the damage.     Great response...our A/C went out at about 7:00pm, called Aire Texas and they had a tech out by 8:30pm and A/C back on by 9:00pm! KC Faith, the tech was courteous, informative, kind and still in good humor after what was a very long day for him! I highly recommend Aire Texas!

    Wow! These men were fantastic. They spent nearly a whole day doing insulation and duct cleaning. Danny, Tim, Phillip, Kevin and Reggie were on time, professional, hard workers, efficient and friendly. I felt completely safe with them in my home. They explained all that they were doing. Provided photographs so I didn’t have to crawl up in my attic to look. Cleaned up. Job well done and great people to work with. Thank you!

    I’ve been an Aire Texas customer for several years to maintain my HVAC unit. ALL of the technicians and office staff I have interacted with are professional and friendly. Zac S was the most recent technician. Brooklyn (the dog) wanted to go home with him!
