Ive used LaFitte for over 8 years now, and have never had a problem. They have fair prices, and go above and beyond in customer service! Charles visited my house today to do an A/C and Heater tune up. He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He also went out of his way to help me with the sink that connects to my sons bathroom and where the AC line runs to. It had been clogging, despite calling a plumber to fix it that did not do their job. Charles worked diligently and fixed the issue with my sink with no complaints; Im so grateful. Thank you, Charles, for your excellent work today!

My AC went out on my RV. An expert came out and told me it was leaking and I need a new unit. After they charged me 199.00 for the service call I never heard from them again. My daughter recommended Lafitte. The service man actually looked at the unit and said the screw that was holding the fan came off. He replaced it and now I have ac again. I would recommend this company to anyone. If I have any more issues Ill be calling them. Thank you so much. Yall are awesome.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received from LaFitte HVAC. The technicians looked at my heating system and made repairs so that my heating should now evenly heat upstairs and downstairs without the upstairs getting very hot. They explained what they found and corrected and did sone additional maintenance. I will call LaFitte HVAC for all my HVAC service needs.

We love Jason LaFitte and his team of professionals!! LaFitte installed our HVAC system a few years ago and it has worked perfectly. However, the AC abruptly stopped cooling at the end of day yesterday. I texted Jason about 7pm and he replied that someone was on the way. Shortly after that Jaxon was here to diagnose the problem - the compressor motor had stopped working. Jaxon told me it was still under manufacturer warranty and they would pick up a replacement the next day. Jaxon called me early the next day and told me the supplier would have our motor available for pickup by 11am. At 1pm Charles was here to install the new motor and shortly thereafter the cool air was flowing again. We are so grateful for their fast and courteous service! Most companies would not come out at 8pm to diagnose or repair your AC. They understand how important it is to health and happiness to have the AC running. We highly recommend LaFitte HVAC LLC for any repairs or installations!
