LE rescued us from the heat! Luis is prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgable - he diagnosed our issue and explained it (in terms we could understand!), provided our options and related cost, and fixed the issue quickly. + he was friendly and chatted with us about what he was doing while he performed the work ... Absolutely WOW experience!!

Luis is worth his weight in gold!! Our AC started suffering late at night, and by 5 am, it was 80 degrees in our house. I texted Luis at 5 am and he was at our front door step by 8 am. Within less than an hour, the problem was fixed and for WAY less than we were anticipating spending! Luis is friendly and and very knowledgeable, even telling us the current condition of our air conditioning unit, and what he can expect from it in the near future. He is trustworthy and reliable and I will CERTAINLY call him again should we need any other cooling or heating services!

Luis was absolutely amazing! My upstairs HVAC system was dripping water near where the electrical wiring is housed, which really freaked me out. Luis came out the following day, and even though there was nothing obvious going on with the system, he made an educated guess and absolutely nailed the cause of the leak. I will definitely be calling him again the next time I have an issue with my HVAC system.

Let me tell you about these guys!!! Luis came out on Monday, identified the problem. He found some serious issues from a previous contractor who cut corners, (thats what happens when you go cheap). He recommended a new system. He was back on Sunday with his crew and had everything installed before noon. They were very professional, fair on the price, and polite. The next day he even called back to see if everything was OK. Thats customer service!!!!. I work in the Public Safety field and customer service is everything. If I could give 6 stars I would. I have found a new A/C and Heat guy. He gets my highest recommendation !!!!

Awesome customer service. Our A/C stopped cooling last week and would not shut off.It was simply running non stop and recirculating warm air. I called LE Heating and Air Conditioningand they came out the next day and within 5 minutesthe problem was fixed. Two wires had had come loose. Luis found it and fixed like a pro.We are now customers for life. We are very pleased. A family friend had recommended LE and we are glad we followed up.

Luis took the time to explain, in laymans terms, his observations, most likely problem area and plans of action depending on the ultimate problem. Luis impressed me with his level of knowledge and ability to explain how the ultimate problem happened, how to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future. Luis very quickly analyzed, determined and corrected the problem.. Very reasonable rates with great customer service.
