I initially came across Kool Katz on a google search a couple of years ago. They were quick to come out and fix our AC no problem. They knew right away what the problem was and knew how to fix it. Our AC was fixed for cheaper than I had found on my research.We recently bought a home and our AC stopped working. I had called around to see if i could have someone go check it out that same day since it was my only day i could have time to be there. Nobody could come out on such a short notice. I remembered about kool Katz and I called them. An hour later they are at my home fixing the AC & it took them about max 20 minutes. Kool Katz , in my experience is the BEST for quick service. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and extremely sweet! She even helped me register my AC for warranty. I would recommend Kool Katz to anyone who is needing help with their AC/Heater. Our ac went out awhile back and after receiving a few quotes we knew we couldn’t afford the new unit at the time. Fast forward to us having the funds to replace our ac we went back to get updated quotes. The quotes were all over the place which made us nervous because this is a lot of money to spend and not get what you need. Thank the Lord above my grandpa gave me this number to call and said he had used them for years (he owns rental properties). I gave Stephanie a call and she and her husband Scott came out on a Friday night and looked at our unit and had a quote back to us by Monday morning. The first time meeting them my husband and I KNEW they were our people. We got our quotes back and decided on a unit, they showed up that Thursday and had it done in about 2 hours !!! I cannot say enough good things about these people and the services they offer. They are the sweetest and most down to earth people and we felt so taken care of. We genuinely knew they had our family’s best interest at heart and now we are CHILLIN in the ac with no problems and a little money to spare. If you need any air conditioning repair work or installation I HIGHLY advise you give them a call. You will not regret it!! And you may just meet a new friend ❤️❤️I would rate them a million stars if I could !!

These guys are so great! They came the same day I called. They were quick and offered information that saved me more than $150. The AC works! And after 5 days without AC in this week of 110+ temps, Im grateful. Will be recommending them to everyone!

I cant say enough awesome things about this business! Not only are Scott and Stephanie two if the nicest people in all of Texas, but they came within moments after I first contacted for an estimate on installing my mini split ac. They well underbid the previous person that came to estimate the job. They acquired the parts needed for my job quickly and within a week I was literally chillin. The work they did was also very neat. I had a custom installation because I am in an RV. It was no problem at all for Scott and his team. I wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks.

Scott & Stephanie were so accommodating and gave excellent customer service. They came over immediately on a Sunday afternoon when our A/C unit quit working. They were very honest and didn’t price gouge. They are both very knowledgeable and fixed our A/C quickly. We will be upgrading our unit soon and will definitely use them.

I had a new unit installed July 4, 2023 this year. We have had nothing but trouble getting the company to come back and find out what was wrong. I called Artic Air they came out and change the filter and told me that was what the problem was, my AC quit working again and I called Artic Air back and ask them if they could get me a quote to redo my entire AC and help me out. They never called me back nor did I ever get a quote. I went to the Facebook trading post and asked for recommendations and help And you guys were recommended a couple of times. We have a really good friend that also said you guys were amazing and so I put in a private message to you guys online. Shortly after I sent a message, you guys texted me and came out today and helped me out with my unit. I am so very thankful for you guys. You were very professional, you were here when you said he would be, and I know if I have any problems you will be back quickly, I will highly recommend you to my family and friends and thank you so very much. You don’t know how much I appreciate you right now and what you have done for my family. This town needs a company like yours and I so appreciate it.

Great work ethic and professionalism are why they have their own company now. Recently used them to install a new system at my home and beyond pleased with their work. Replaced the indoor and outdoor system within a few hours. Very knowledgeable about the service they provide. I would recommend them over any other company to anyone needing any kind of hvac work!! It is refreshing to find an honest company and great people. I had some repair work done on my heater as well as upgraded filter and UV light installed. I don’t trust most contractors but after watching Scott I could tell he takes pride in his work. Their work and professionalism was spot on. I will be using them from now on.
