We called Kidd Mechanical for service on our walk-in cooler that kept freezing up on a Thursday evening, they offered to head our way that same night. We opted to wait till morning for service and Arron was there right before 8am! He immediately started to diagnose the problem and get to work. Arron and his team are very professional starting from the person who answers the phone down to the clean up crew. He even followed up that evening after service to see if the cooler was operating correctly. He will be our GO-TO for mechanical service support for our restaurant, I highly recommend Kidd Mechanical.

Kid Mechanical came to the rescue! We had a bad experience with another HVAC company and Kid Mechanical was highly recommended by my neighborhood. Aaron showed up the day I called, provided a thorough inspection of was wrong with by A/C, discussed in detail what happened (he answered all my questions and I understood it from the simplicity of his explanation) and explained different options. He then documented the findings in detail and provided us 3 quotes to choose from. Prices were a great deal to include Military DISCOUNTS!! He completed all the warranty documentation for us and made the process very easy. The day of install the team was quick and left everything super clean. Paying was also super simple with their modern accessibility to Apple Pay, I note this because I simply clicked two buttons to pay instantly instead of having to enter CC and account information. I definitely saved their phone number and will recommend them!!!!

My AC went out on a very hot summer day. We called several AC companies and all of them couldn’t get to us till next day. I remembered my neighbor talking about how good his AC guy was so I reached out and got Kidd Mechanicals contact. Called them and without hesitation they said they will come to my house in a couple hours. Their tech Aaron showed up and gave exceptional customer service from the moment he stepped off his truck. He fixed my issue and even checked my levels for me. I will forever refer Kidd Mechanical to anyone and everyone that is having any issues with their AC system. He also fixed my damper system. We no longer have rooms with big temperature differences. I now have them doing my preventative maintenance.

They use up to date technology and I was informed of what was going on every step of the way since I wasnt able to be onsite. Aaron explained what was going on in a way I can understand and didnt just through technical terms out. Their pricing is fair and accurate and his work was very detailed. I called Kidd mechanical they came out on time at the appointment time tell me what was going on after running a full diagnostic of the unit. Fixed the unit the same day.
