I called this Kens after having problems with my heat overnight. The nice lady over the phone asked me A few questions about exactly what’s happening with my heat. Before sending someone out here as I requested, she gave me a few troubleshooting methods to try and I did as instructed. Over the phone they helped me get my unit back up and running within 10 minutes. It turns out my unit was just in emergency heat mode because the lines froze and it needed A specific cycle. They helped me get my unit up and running without even sending a technician to my house. This obviously cost me zero dollars and this company made no money off this job. A lot of other companies would take advantage of the situation to come out and sell a new unit. Kens did not, and I will be a loyal customer in the future. They truly care about peoples Pocketbook Over making a sale. I say thank you to Ken’s For helping me get through this stressful situation The easiest way possible. You guys have a great group of people working for y’all. Thank you again again! Five stars for customer service!

Ten stars….this is the best A/C company. Joe is the technician with Ken’s A/C that repaired our unit. He listens as you tell him the issue and quickly determines what’s wrong and repairs promptly.Very professional, courteous and friendly. Also, may I say the young lady who takes the calls is also very professional, courteous and friendly.

Kens was recommended to me for an AC checkup. Joe was prompt, courteous, and professional. Joe was friendly and answered all my questions. He found nothing wrong with my AC unit but did wash out the outside coils. All this was done within the one-hour minimum charge. I will definitely use them again if have any problems.

Kens just serviced our A/C unit again today... Kens technician Joe serviced our AC unit today and did an exceptional job. He serviced the unit removed the leaves inside, cleaned the coils and added coolant at a very reasonable price. He also answered all my questions regarding maintenance...etc. Our unit is 12 years old. I highly recommend Kens. Will be sure to have them out this fall to service the heating unit.

Man, I cant say enough positive things about Kens Comfort Zone. I had never used them before (simply because my existing units lasted over 18 years), but when I started having issues this year, I reached out to them. Tommy had been out to my house 2 different times earlier in the year to basically replace the capacitors. The friendly, professional and a very fair price. Unfortunately, my 2 units were on their last 18 years of working! We decided to get a quote from Kens and another local AC company. We chose Kens and we werent disappointed. They replaced both of my AC Units, with a new heat pump. They replaced on on Friday, and the other the next business, day, Monday. I trusted Darren and his team with our garage code to do whatever they needed to do. They did an exceptional job at the installation and clean up. I couldnt even tell they had come to my house both times. Thanks so much Darren Oliver, and the team at Kens Comfort Zone. Yall can use me as a referral at any time!

Ken’s Air Conditioning is the best group of folks I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. Aaron Beasley is amazing! He knows his stuff! They come out to your home quick, they’re smart and always fair. Very high business ethics, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Call them, you won’t be disappointed!

Kens has done several jobs for us on our house and relatives. Ken has personally been out to the jobs. Sold me what I needed. I left my house open for him to come in and change my unit and left him a check. He did a great job!!! Very trustworthy. Also, they repaired my old unit before it broke and they did a great job on the repairs. Very knowledgable about everything. Would recommend to anyone.

Kens Comfort Zone is THE BEST in their field. They are the most professional, courteous, honest and friendly group of people. They went way out of their way when my A/C died, to see that I did not have to wait through the weekend to get relief from the heat. I will be forever grateful to them. Their customer service is top notch. A big thank you to Jill, Darren, Aaron, Joey and Bobby for their help. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. I definetly will be a customer for life.

Timely response for scheduled fall checkup. Service tech was great, told me what he would be doing and invited me to observe his work. Very reasonable price. I have used them from the time we moved to the lake 10 years ago. The only one I’ll use for A/C & Heating maintenance.

From the Quote to the Installation of HVAC System - VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST!!!This team was exceptional at explaining what would be needed from the unit size to the new electrical panel to meet code inspection.They took out the 42 year old system and installed the new HVAC Heat Pump system in a day! Because the electrician would be out after they installed, they dropped by 1st thing this morning and verified it was working and turned on the new AC!I would highly recommend Kens Comfort for any HVAC needs!
