I highly recommend Ken Murray and his team.They are professional, honest and provide excellent service at a fair and competitive price. In addition to providing our regular service, they have installed two new systems for us, and both times the process went smoothly. They showed up when they said they would and stayed until the job was complete.

Fantastic service from the first phone call until the job was done. My a/c stopped working when we had sparks across our wires in the backyard. I called the phone number on Sunday after the storms expecting to leave a message. Melissa answered the phone!! She was most helpful by giving me things to try to see if my unit would start. Nothing I tried got my a/c working. She scheduled the technician to come out first thing Monday morning. The technicians were very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and were able to explain it so that I understood. They scheduled the work for the next day (they needed to get the supplies). He came early the next morning (cooler in the attic where they had to work) and worked until the job was done. I wish all companies had employees that care about the job they do and work as hard as they did. This will be my go to company for any and all a/c work I need in the future.

Alex gave me a competitive bid on a furnace replacement and I chose Ken Murrays because of his suggestions and because he didnt try to sell me more than what I needed. My install had some complicated factors and Alex and his son worked through the day without a break to get the job done. He seriously paid attention to detail and he obviously made no compromises with the quality of his work. They honored the agreed-upon price even with the extra time invested. Really thankful that they prioritized me for immediate service with the holidays and cold weather coming soon. I will never use anyone else.

I found my new HVAC service company.Our AC went out, and I received an outrageous quote from my existing service company (including $700 to put red dye in our system to test for a leak). My In-laws recommended calling Ken for a second opinion.Ken personally called me that afternoon and spent 30 minutes troubleshooting my issue with me. His team was on the way to my house 1 hour later.They showed up, diagnosed the issue and got our AC up and running until they could make the necessary repairs the next day. Their quote was almost half what the other company quoted for the same repairs.Ken and his team run this business with integrity.Fair. Honest. Professional.

I love the service with Ken Murrays! This is a family run, local and honest business. Kenny explains issues very thoroughly and offers very competitive pricing! I used this company two years ago when I found a recommendation on NextDoor. They were able to address my issue the same day to get my AC up and running when it was 100 degrees outside. I received the same service this past weekend. Kenny himself came over within 30 minutes because he was already in the area. Within 1 hour he had replaced the motor and got my AC working again. The great part about his service is that he carries Lennox parts on his truck. Since that is the type of unit I have he has all parts on hand, so the customer does not have to wait for a part to be ordered or picked up! Kenny is also very friendly and personable. I highly recommend Ken Murrays!

Highly recommend Ken Murray’s AC! Just had them install an AC unit and it’s fantastic. I made several calls to other companies and obtained multiple quotes for the job we needed. Ken Murray’s quote fell in the middle of the pack....but their knowledge, great customer service, and quick install date were the reasons we selected them for our job. We are very happy with our overall experience.

I have used Ken Murrays Air Conditioning and Heating for years. I have always had amazing service and wont use anyone else. Recently, both of my units went out and it was one of the coldest nights we have had. Melissa walked me through several different steps to try to resolve the problem over the phone. When that didnt work, Alex stayed late to come help me. Within an hour, they had both units running. He explained exactly what was wrong and how to avoid future problems. I have had several calls in the days after, just to make sure everything was still working great! They are a family owned business and I definitely feel part of their family by the way they consistently treat me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent customer service, always more than willing to answer questions. After researching AC units and receiving estimates from 5 different companies, we chose Ken Murrays to install two new units in our home and we were happy from the beginning to end of installation. We have them maintain our units and we are always happy to see Ken Jr. You dont see customer service like this anymore

I can not say enough about Ken Murrays Air Conditioning and Heatings professionalism, integrity, and promptness especially Alex Mendrano the technician that installed a new unit for us. Our existing unit died on us and were needing to get it replaced. Thanks to Alex we walk into a nice, cool house of 75 degrees even though it is a 100 degrees outside. Where as our old AC unit while it was working never went below 80 degrees on a hot day and ran all day. Alex is the kindest person and has true intentions on getting you the best unit for your house and will go above and beyond to make sure the AC unit will be as effective as possible. Alex after the job was done came back later during the week to make sure everything was going well and gave us pointers on how we can make our house even cooler. We could have not been more blessed to have Ken Murrays Air Conditioning come to handle our heating and cooling needs. To say the least we are so happy with the more than fair price and effectiveness of the unit. Thank you to Ken Murray and especially Alex for your professionalism and honesty.

We were recommended this company by Todd Freeman, the plumber. He has always recommended great people to us and this company was no exception! Kenny was very knowledgeable and helped fix the leak we had. We thought it was going to be a major problem but luckily it wasnt too bad. Definitely will be going with these guys in the future for all our AC needs. Much better than Coppell Heating and Air.

I purchased an A/C unit, and a gas furnace. This was a painless process, Kenny spent time explaining options, and prices, and within a matter of a couple of days a very capable, crew did the work. Kenny showed up to make sure all was done correctly, and spent a lot of time figuring out the best place to install the A/C unit. The price was fair, and by the time they left all was picked up, and in place. Would recommend without reservations.

A very reasonable price for new outside unit. Work was performed in a professional manner. I highly reccomend this company. I had them replace the Air, and heating system in my elderly, mother’s house. They were quick to respond, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. As the gas furnace, and air system, were over 40 years old, this was not an easy job. Alex went out of his way to ensure everything was done right. I am very impressed with everyone I talked to. I will not be using anyone else from now on.

Kenny Murray to the rescue again!!! We are leaving town tomorrow and OF COURSE our system decides to act up. I called Kenny and he talked me through some preliminary steps to take over the phone on Saturday night and then came out first thing Sunday to get everything back to proper working order. Its after hours on a Friday night. The house is as hot inside as the Texas summer heat outside. Who ya gonna call ?!?! Ken Murray!!In desperation I called Ken Murray hoping to get an emergency call number; instead Ken answered the phone. He sent service to my home Friday night after hours. The Tech was able to temporarily fix the problem to get us through the night, until Saturday morning at which time it was permanently repaired. THANK YOU KEN MURRAY!!Fabulous service, good price, 2nd to None.

They came out to check the issue on a Saturday and were able to fully repair the issue on Monday and installed a new smart thermostat as well. Their rates were very fair and affordable. The technicians were extremely friendly and easy to understand.

Great customer service and very helpful. They definitely went above and beyond for us. Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year and I couldnt be with out it do to having my elderly parents living with us. I called probally 10 places before calling them. No one could come until the next day or the following week.They were the only place that I called that could come out that same day. I know this dont happen all the time but Im sure glad that it did. Thanks again and I will be using them again.
