Great experience. From the 1st call to the last goodbye everyone was professional and courteous. We dealt with Steve(sales), Kelsay(Appt/finance), Steve & Trevor(Install) and cant say a bad thing at all. The impressive thing is we did our original quote in 21, but life happed and had to put it off. Well Steve still had our file and just had to give us updated prices and equipment. That made the entire process easier. Kelsay was prompt on returning calls and answering questions on the phone. Shane & Trevor were terrific and polite. They showed up on time and finished much quick than we thought. Both new units look and work great. Even put up with our dogs barking. Only bad thing I can say is Trevor is a Vikings fan and that almost ruined the whole deal. But Shane was a Hawkeye fan like my wife and it saved everything lol. In the end, would definitely use Kale again for any heating and AC ISSUES

Upon returning from vacation (Sept 2023), we quickly found out that our AC had quit. The Kale Company team was very responsive when we called them for service. I do not know where to begin. I will start off by saying everyone I dealt with has been absolutely wonderful to my daughter and I. My furnace went out over the weekend and of course I was beyond stressed (furnaces are not cheap). I didnt know who to call. I knew a few people who had bad experiences with other places, so I knew who I would not be calling. Google searched furnaces and called Kale. A nice lady answered the phone and took my information and shortly after that I received a call from Joe. What a nice, knowledge Man!! He calmed me down and he was willing to come out, however like any place on the weekend it is more expensive, plus it was a pretty nice weekend, weather wise. So Monday morning he had someone come out. The gentleman helped us and got us in touch with Kelsey, what a very nice, knowledgeable Lady. She got everything set up. Set it all up for the next day. Next day came and then I met Shane and his apprentice Quinn. Shane is so knowledgeable and such a good teacher to Quinn. Not to mention he has excellent taste in music and he is a cat lover like me. They did a wonderful job, I have never met such a nice group of people. They really seem to care.I just want to say Thank You to Joe, Shane, Kelsey and Quinn you guys Rock!!

Kale Company has always been there for me when I needed them. I have them do an inspection every year before I turn on the furnace. I had an issue with the furnace when I first got it but they came right out and and found a defective board. They replaced it and I havent had an issue since. Their technicians are always friendly and courteous and clean up after themselves. I recommend you give them a call for your next furnace.

She was able to get me scheduled and called to remind of the appointment the day prior. Shane and Trevor did an excellent installation and actually revented my water heater while working on the furnace. I won’t be running the furnace for a few months but expect it to be working properly. Highly recommend the company!

This company is amazing! All of their employees are incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful in every way possible. Our central air system needed to be fully replaced because the refrigerant it used was no longer available. They came out to look at the system, gave us our options, and then set us up with a date/time to come install the new system. Each worker that came to our home was very pleasant to be around and they did a very thorough job with the installation. We did have an issue with the fan in our new system after they installed it, and we called them the next morning and they came back out to fix it that same day. Just amazing service all around and I definitely recommend using Kale for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

Kale installed a new A/C unit, Ecobee thermostat and Iwave installed today. Joe and Will were the bearers of the bad news that my old A/C bit the dust, but did it with much grace and finesse. Joe then gave me all my choices and worked with me to come to a satisfactory solution. Dan and Trevor arrived promptly the next morning to do the installation and they did a marvelous job. All is all, it was a pleasant experience and everyone was wonderful to work with. The office even called me to say they were emailing Mid America for me for the rebate on the new thermostat. I have been using Kale for many years now and have never been disappointed in their staff or workmanship. I definitely recommend if youre looking for a fair and reputable company to do business with.

The installation crew arrived on schedule and completed the job within the estimated time frame. The crew gave me a rundown on the work to be performed and a review of work accomplished as well as operating instructions for the new equipment at the end of the job. I really appreciate the work of the installation crew and office support staff and highly recommend Kale Heating and Air company.

Came home from the hospital with a newborn and our AC went out after hours (this during the very unhealthy air alerts in the region). I called Kale, and got a call back from Joe within an hour. After talking it through on the phone, Joe had it diagnosed and overnight parts ordered. Barely 24 hours later Seth came on site, did the install, confirmed it was working, and gave pointers on maintenance and upkeep down the road. Working with them on the phone (plus the excellent support staff) was a huge relief and it was obvious they were genuinely concerned about getting it done right and fast. Lifelong customer.

Excellent service! Prompt, professional and courteous. Dustin was quick to analyze the issue and give us a price on the replacement part. They sent out the manager who found that the new replacement part from the local supplier was bad. They had a good part on the truck. He also explained that we were using the wrong filter which was causing the furnace to work harder and run longer. He was gracious and kind and helpful and answered all my questions with patience. He told me to keep the fan running until we could get it fixed or replaced. How right they were. 3:30 they were done. These guys were great. Funny, informative, very polite and Never got mad or upset about me asking questions. I cant say enough about them, they were awesome, joked alot with me. The salesman was fantastic to. I like him the first time I met him. Thank you Kevin, you were awesome too. Will be great for when we travel and can set the house either warmer or cooler.Yes, I would recommend them and have already. What do you do when your heat and air system is not functioning as it should? I sure as heck didnt know but I got lucky and found Kale.From the office personnel to the install techs, these people are excellent. They explain everything you need to know even when you dont know what questions to ask!They sent four awesome techs, who arrived on time bearing a little unexpected gift basket, which was a nice touch. We had a problem with our AC and furnace running together at the same time constantly so we googled some local companies around to come in a fix the issue. First thing that stood out was the amount of good reviews Kale Heating and Air Conditioning received and their technician Jamie Pedigo made sure that the ratings on here werent just a fluke. He was very friendly and figured out the problem almost instantly but ran a few test to be sure. About an hour and a half later problem was solved and he even took the time to download some manuals for our equipment and explained exactly what was going on, as well as how it was affecting our gas and electric bill.Bottomline I would definitely recommend giving these guys a call if you are looking for a good company to work with and dont be surprised if they call after hours to schedule you in for the first available appointment.

I had an HVAC company disconnect vents from a cement floor to ceiling walls, needless to say they did a horrible job. No air flow pressure and some ducts were tapped into a return and not supply. I had several HVAC companies come out to provide some analysis and provide estimates, none of which as accurate in their assessments and were overpriced. The team from Kale, Kevin came in and accurately assessed the issues and provided several solutions. He quickly brought in the experts Shane and Trevor to do duct work and enhance air flow with no damage to walls (extra cost). These guys were professional, took the time to explain their process, and clean. These are my HVAC go to guys and I will never use another company. They also fixed my Reme Halo air purifier which the previous installers installed incorrectly. Cant say enough about these A+ guys! Extremely happy with the results and that is rare for me. They will get all the calls to future projects.
