    Dealing with John of J&J cooling was such a good experience. He was able to explain what and why a new unit was needed in a way that was easy to understand. He was ready with all parts needed to perform work with the week we set it up. Also communicated very well about scheduling, pricing, and anything else that might have been an oversight to me.     Our a/c was on its way out. I called a couple bigger names and found them to be ok, but then decided to call John. He never pressured us into anything, was friendly and transparent, and got us a great American Standard unit completely installed and good to go within days. Fantastic (insert curse word here) deal. Mark my words: J & J cooling will not disappoint and will treat you more than fairly. No regrets or buyers remorse over here, partner. John and his crew are now MY A/C DUDES for life.

    John has done a lot of work to my central air system over the course of several months. We found him originally because lightning struck our home at the end of summer last year and blew out many major appliances in our home, including the all the transformers and the controller boards in our central air, charring the main power line going into the unit in the process. He fixed this in a matter of just a couple days. Most of the waiting was just waiting for parts to become available. Then a few months later during a cold front we found that the lightning had also taken out the heater. As soon as I called he knew what was wrong and had everything ready to go and repaired the furnace. He was so good that we called him back again when we wanted to install a smart thermostat. And at our request, he found some serious leaks in our ductwork in the attic that was blowing dust into our living spaces. So far so good, and when we have another issue, were going to call John again. He explains his repairs clearly and I need to stress this HE IS VERY FAIR WITH HIS PRICING. In each visit to our home we never felt like he was unfair. I highly recommend J&J Cooling and Heating Services!

    I was very pleased with how quickly my AC was installed from the moment I received my estimate to installation. I received an estimate on a Saturday and it was installed on Tuesday! The total process took about 7 hours. John and his crew were professional, courteous, prompt and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them in the future if needed.

    John was awesome, our AC just stopped working. We got a referral for him and thankfully we did. He was able to be here next day. He found the problem, found that the part that needed repair is still covered under warranty. It was so awesome that he took the time to look up the serial number and find that out, saved us a significant amount of money. While he was waiting on the part to come in, he got our unit to the point where we could use it until he would be able to get the part. Which was great news as we all know how hot it can get in Texas in July. Once the part was in he came right over and got it installed and got us back up and working. He was very kind, fun to communicate and work with, and got the job done! I would like to say I hope we would never need to use his services again, but that isnt reality. We will for sure be calling him for any future work, service and/or maintenance on our heating and AC. Thank you!

    I called several places for duct re-routing. John was the most responsive, awesome communication (via email, call, and text message), and did the job within the estimated duration. His price was also fair and reasonable. Highly recommend for any HVAC related issues!
