    I have used Jimmy Carver’s for our A/C repairs and maintenance since moving to Southwest Arkansas in 2016. They came the morning I called them and had the A/C repaired within an hour. I was not home to pay the technician so they allowed me to be billed and mail payment/over the phone payment. This was a big help because I couldn’t get home to pay before he was finished. The office staff is always friendly and they are quick to respond even if you have to leave a message. I highly recommend using this company!

    I have two wall heater units in a very old house. The technician, Glenn, was respectfully professional, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up after he finished his work. (a big plus) He also gave me some pointers on how to keep my heaters in working order. If I could give this company 10 starts I would.     What a breath of fresh air! After years of unsuccessful repair work from a different local A/C repair service, I finally discovered Carver’s! I am so impressed. They were very timely coming to my home to assess my A/C issues, and took the time to check and see what parts were still under warranty to get me the best value. The service tech kept me informed of every step he took, and he was very thorough in explaining to me how the repairs he did would solve the issue. He also gave me several simple steps I can take each summer to ensure my unit runs properly for many years to come. My only regret is not using Carver’s from the very beginning! :) Excellent service, and I will be recommending them to EVERYONE. Thanks!

    Electric motor went out on my unit, called but no answer. Was searching for another place to try when they called back stating they were on the other line and missed my call. She was quick to schedule me and say it will probably be next day but we will try our best to work you in today. By 1pm the technician called saying he was on his way, he arrives checks the unit and says needs new motor. He has it on the truck and gets started taking it apart. He went above and beyond to clean everything and check everything out very good. My unit was back up and running by 4:30pm. Will definitely be my first call in the future!

    Great people. From the time I called on a Saturday when my air stopped working in my home the staff kept me updated on the status of the repairmen time of arrival. Not one of the other companies we worked with to make a decision was more responsive and professional or willing to actually come to our home, crawl into our attic and actually measure the space to properly size the system.     Great prompt service even during the hottest days of summer yet. The service professional allowed me to watch over his shoulder and taught me exactly the how’s, when’s and why’s of everything he touched. He entertained my non-stop questions with knowledge and patient answers that will allow me maintain my HVAC system correctly now that so many things have changed.(Freon 401a? I thought it was still Freon 235 after moving up from Freon 12?!?!?!!)You can call around and be put on “the list” then wait for some grumpy individual to show whenever they feel like it, or save valuable time and the wasted effort and just call Carver first.Ps.     Have had the best experience possible with the expected household disruptions. They replaced a Geothermal unit with another.     In summer 2017, my wife and I struggled with the decision of whether or not we should pursue the purchase of a completely new HVAC system for our home. The unit we had was twenty-two years old at the time — which meant we had received good service out of that Heil system — yet we faced the reality that it had, most likely, run its anticipated course of providing reliable, efficient service for our 2,400 sq. ft. residence. Although we had done business in the past with various area HVAC dealers and retailers, the decision to call Carver’s Heat & Air came relatively easy; Jimmy and his staff of Trane Comfort Specialists came very highly recommended. Simply put, we had never heard a bad or disparaging word about this business. The process was simple from there: Mr. Carver came to our home, met with my wife and me and gave us a “free price quote” on a totally new, high efficiency (18SEER) 5-ton Trane heating & air system. When the crew came to install the system, they could not have been nicer. Due to an idiopathic illness that developed about four years ago, I now navigate life in a wheelchair; Carver’s crew worked diligently to accommodate me moving around and about their work spaces for the two hot summer days (July 2017) they were here for the install. And as for that quote we were given, the final price of our system did NOT deviate one penny from that amount! And the best part of dealing with these people is receiving “family-like,” personalized service...after the system is installed. Jimmy Carver Heat & Air truly is a service-oriented business; moreover, Mr. Rick Shaw, Svc. Mgr., is a kind and caring, Christian man who has made us feel like, for whatever reason, we are special!
