I spoke to 3 companies early this am. Then I went to my neighborhood FB page to see who my neighbors have gone with and called J&B Heat and A/C LLC.Bobby was professional and knowledgeable and offered recommendations. Her patience with our questions and detailed responses is the reason we chose to go with them.Jeff was able to come out same day. Resolved a real basic problem in no time and offered suggestions on how to avoid it in the future. 10/10 🤩 Their service today encouraged me to signed up for their twice a year prevention maintenance service.

Just wanted to give shout out to J&B for fixing my heater.Last Monday during the freeze my heater went out. J&B heating and AC were recommended. I called and spoke with Bobbi, she said Jeff would come out the next morning to check it out. Jeff showed up early, he was polite, professional and was able to fix my heater really quick. This company is really awesome.

My AC went out in the middle of a very hot July day last year. My unit was not that old so I called the company that installed it and was told they could get someone out in 2 weeks!! I found J&B, called them and they came out right away. They made the repair very quickly and I have been using them for yearly maintenance since then. My next door neighbor called them for repair and they were very happy with their service as well. I highly recommend them for heating and AC issues!!!

We refer J&B Heat and AC, LLC. to all of our friends and family. We have never experienced anything but positive reviews on the companys responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. The AC went out on one of our rental properties and J&B made time in their already extremely busy schedule with this extreme heat to help us in an emergency. Hard to find such genuine customer service these days. Thanks J&B!

Amazing service!!! My A/C broke in the heat of summer (their busy time), and they offered to come out the SAME DAY! Jeff was kind and courteous, professional, clean, and considerate. He was willing to work around my overly affectionate dogs, and got both of my units working on the spot after other companies said they were irreparable. On top of that, he followed up the following day with a text to ask how the units were performing and offered to come back out for a follow up a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was still working well. As if all of that werent enough of a fairy tale, their pricing is great, too. Epic service, speedy results, and a bargain. This family owned company is a gem! Literally cant say enough great things about my experience!

My AC stopped working the day before, I found them on Facebook and gave them a call right away. Jeff was able to come and get if fixed! Talk about how responsive him and his wife were! Highly recommend! Reasonable prices! Will be calling them again in the future!! Thanks y’all!!
