Very professional, very timely and certified at his job a real craftsman. My house was so hot and in less than 45 minutes, he came in and deciphered the needs and had parts on hand. My house is now back where it needs to be, a place of comfort.

James is very nice and friendly. Hes punctual and does great work. Also the prices are reasonable. I trust James to fix all my Ac and heating problems. He came out today because my blower didnt come on for the heater. He said it was 24 V transformer and replaced it. It works great now. This summer Ive had plumbers in my attic and they caused the AC to go out. It got very hot quick. I called James he was at my house in 40 minutes. Looked at it and fixed it really quick. Said they hit the drain pan valve which killed the AC.

I cant tell you how impressed I am with the service today! We are new homeowners and he had installed our unit for the previous owner right before we moved in back in March. It started making a funny noise today so I called, clueless what could be happening, and without hesitation he was here within the hour. It was us, we were the problem, whoops! Didnt realize we had to change the filter every 30 days not every 3 months. He was SO patient and kind and taught me how to change the filter and how to find the filter size and some tips on AC maintenance. I would recommend Jays 100% to anyone and were very happy he was the one that installed our unit.

Mr. James was amazing , he did a diagnostic test to find out why my ac wasn’t working properly . He followed through with his word to get the part to get my ax up and running and now it’s blowing cold air throughout the entire house now.

James did a wonderful job. Air conditioning was not working had 3 people come out, they masked the problem with a bandage and the problem continued to be reoccurring. James to time to located the problem and fixed it. The House was a sauna, now feels wonderful. I will recommend James to everyone. He is through, helpful and friendly. I appreciate his services.
