This family owned business sets the bar high. Large franchise companies should model themselves after them. The communication from the office and from the field staff was timely and a very pleasant surprise. The appointments were conveniently scheduled. During the diagnosis appointment Jim, the owner, was very thorough in his explanation and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions thoroughly and in great detail. There were no surprises, add-on sales attempts or hidden charges during the new AC condenser and evaporator coil replacement. The AC has been working great. They will be my first call come time to work on, service and or replace my other AC/Heating units. Thank you JARIC AC and Heating Co!

I almost dont even know where to start. We have a home warranty company (American Home Shield) thats done okay by us overall, but they eventually refused to service our R22-based system and steered us to a new system with their preferred company. I wont mention them by name, but the extra charges they proposed were ridiculous, so I started searching for another company - that led me to JARIC.Brandon came out and gave us his take on our system. It definitely needed to be replaced, but for only the cost of the service fee, he patched a leak for us, which gave us a few more weeks to help us make up our mind. Ultimately, we decided to replace the system with JARIC, not our home warranty company. One of the best decisions Ive made as a homeowner!Brandon provided us with several options, cheapest (good) to most expensive (best). At no point were we pressured one way or another, and he made it clear that even the cheapest option would be a significant upgrade for us. I went for the next tier up since it wasnt much more expensive.On the install day, it took them roughly four hours to remove the old system and install the new. Weve had so much trouble with our old system thats were still giddy about this install.As far as pricing goes, JARIC isnt the cheapest, but theyre not the most expensive either. But youre also paying maybe a bit more than some for superior service. Home warranty companies usually pick from the bottom of the barrel (not always, but more often than not), and I got tired of subpar service. With JARIC, theyre on top of it when you need them. I doubt Ill need it, but Brandon gave me his cell phone number to call if we ever had any issues. They also worked with us on financing, which we got at a fair rate.We have two systems. Our other one likely has quite a few years left on it, but when its time to make that call, JARIC has our business. I just cant recommend them more highly.

I am always on the lookout for honest contractors, because I have a rental home in Dallas, but Im not able to be in Dallas most of the time. I much prefer personal referrals. A realtor friend highly recommended JARIC for anything HVAC, adding that her real estate colleagues also consider JARIC #1! I could not be more pleased and decided to purchase their maintenance plan which includes a tuneup every fall and spring, for a reduced rate, as well as other perks. Ive always talked to one of the owners, named Brandon, and he is easy to communicate with, as well as very attentive to any questions or needs. A tech named Aleksei came and performed the fall tuneup. He was prompt and efficient. Honesty and good communication are the most important traits, and they have these down! Also, their prices are quite reasonable. Im very happy that I found this company!

I highly recommend Jaric A/C as extremely trustworthy company to maintain your HVAC unit. I had to replace my heat pump system within the past year..Jarics repair team was very helpful on tending to a system that had to be replaced. I recently had scheduled maintenance performed. The repairman,Aleksei, arrived on time. He inspected the system, attended to any needed updates replaced the filter and reviewed with me the work he performed and the current condition of my system. Service was excellent!! Additionally Jarics front office staff...whom I called to arrange the maintenance visit was also extremely helpful on scheduling the appointment and also checking that Aleksei could have access to the system in terms of palsy pets, gated entries,etc.

This is the most honest HVAC service we have ever used. We don’t feel like we’re ever being sold on anything, especially things we don’t need. We don’t feel like people are out to make a commission, because they aren’t, they’re here to help us get our unit in good shape, and keep it there. They encourage replacing parts instead of the whole unit, which is what we were looking for! And when our A/C wasn’t working? They sent someone out really quickly, as I am always concerned about the animals in our house that cannot be in 85° or above. And I know that’s a ‘me problem’, but I appreciate the support on the other side, too. Really impressed with their maintenance + service when things go awry.

Jim with JARIC came out to diagnose an outside unit that wasn’t cooling. Once I mentioned we just had the roof replaced, he knew what the problem was based on no Freon and roof. Roofers punctured the Freon line. Jim & his crew came back the next day to repair the line. They also coordinated with the roofing company to get the repairs taken care of. Professional and experienced. Will use them for all future HVAC needs.

We switched AC companies because our previous one was just not responsive and didnt seem to value us as a customer. The neighborhood web page recommended JARIC so we called. They promptly returned our call and Brandon came by to fix an issue with our 9-yr old system. Brandon took the time to talk through everything, and provide possible options and next steps. I asked about replacement options, and while there was no sales push I feel I got an honest opinion. Brandon followed up with a detailed email later that evening which included different setup and quote options for future consideration. He even shared his personal # in case we had questions and said to call anytime.As luck would have it, the outside heat pump failed two months later (no fault of JARIC - just the system being almost 10 yrs old). I was able to promptly get a hold of them and Brandon quickly fixed it again. Due to its age, I decided to replace the entire system (no sales pressure, our own choice) with a new inside and outside unit. The JARIC team showed up on time and did a great job. It cools great and we have nice new thermostats with geofencing and wi-fi.Throughout all of the three visits weve had, they have been great. Very responsive, clear explanations, and not rushing to get out of the door again. The work has been done very well and they are great at communication and following through on promises. I won’t use anyone else for my AC and heating needs. They are honest and hard working. I first used them after I hired another company to install new duct work for me. Afterwards, there was a really annoying whistling sound and turns out the other company didn’t make the return large enough. JARIC fixed this and returned my peace and quiet. 😝. Best money I ever spent. I’ve been using them ever since for my semi-annual clean and inspection. Quality work and trustworthy. Also, I’m a complete beat freak and their guys put on the little booties inside which is a nice extra for me because I appreciate that!

Very happy to find them after going through a number of other companies here in North Texas. I have never felt they are trying to pull a fast one on me (actually told me the older heating equipment was working fine-while other companies would of tried to get me to replace it), their pricing is very fair & reasonable, and will continue to use them in the future.

Jaric installed three systems in our home almost 14 years ago and theyre still running strong. In fact, another contractor complimented how well the systems were set up, and usually contractors dont have anything nice to say about other folks work. Recently, AC on one system wasnt working, and we received prompt, courteous, and professional service from Natalie and Brandon. We got quotes to replace the entire system, as well as to do a repair. Brandon did a great job explaining our options and the pros and cons of each option. We ended up being able to repair, rather than replace, but both the quote to repair and quote to replace was lower than the two other companies we got quotes from.

The repair person arrived in the window of time they said they would and called when they were 15 minutes from arriving. They were polite and personable. I have an older unit and they did not pitch me on getting more than was needed to keep it going. A great experience. Ive had the pleasure of working with Brandon from JARIC since I moved to Texas almost a year ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, accountable and responsive, always making time to answer my questions and provide open, honest and transparent answers in regards to the work he has performed and any additional work he recommends.Recently, our old condenser (>15 years old) bit the dust when it was 100+ degrees outside. Brandon immediately made himself available to meet with me and understand my options. Ultimately I decided to go with a complete new 2 stage heating/cooling system moving up from 4 tons to 5 tons in cooling capacity. This was after numerous discussions and Brandon educating me on my options. This included Brandon making himself available after hours to answer all my OCD questions.This past Monday his team completed the install and geez I could not be happier! His team was extremely professional and the work is top notch. The thing that really sets Brandon and his team apart is their commitment to the customer experience. This was illustrated by the fact that immediately post install, Brandon spent an additional 2+ hours configuring reducers and damper settings to optimize the airflow for each room according to my needs. They are always on time, fairly priced and extremely efficient. My house (in Plano) had an antiquated HVAC system. Jim came on Monday because my blower motor had died. He gave me multiple options and explained that my Freon was low and it used the old style which is now very expensive. I finally decided to replace it.. So we set up an appointment for Friday (today). The crew came in and laid down tarps. The entire process to removing the disintegrating equipment and installing shiny new stuff only took a few hoursI highly recommend JARIC for all your HVAC needs.

A friend told us about JARIC, and I am so glad they did! First impression was good. We received a call back right away and was able to setup an appointment within 2 days. Jim was our repairman. The install was set for June 2, with the crew arriving between 8:30 am - 9:00 a.m.. We were notified about the crew arrival, but they were at our premises at 8:27 a.m. Mr. Jim Richmond also arrived and the work started. In early afternoon, we had a brand new system cooling us off. What a relief, since our old AC went on respirator 2 days before. They were all very courteous and professional, and everyone did their part of the job. Like a well oiled machine. Brandon came and checked everything out and instructed us on how to use the new thermostat. We were impressed with the whole process. Loved our experience, and JARIC has become our go-to for any AC/heating needs. Case in point: my AC unit stopped working last summer. First guy told me that we needed a new system, since the spare part we needed had been phased out over the last couple of years. A new $5K system! A contractor friend recommended JARIC to us, so we called them up for a second opinion.The technician came out the very next morning, explained that he had seen this issue multiple times and that the part we needed was indeed being phased out - but that the phasing period wouldnt end until 2020 or 2022. He replaced it in less than 15 minutes. So instead of $5K, we paid $148. The AC unit has been working ever since. Customer service experience was great, too - cant recommend these guys highly enough.

I signed up for JARICs annual maintenance program through which they will do an A/C tuneup in the spring and a heating tuneup in the fall. Members of this program do not have to pay a service call fee for repairs and get a discount on parts. Brandon came out and found and fixed some leaks in our unit, changed out our filter, and checked and cleaned the condenser. Afterwards we received a very detailed report about the condition of all our equipment. He was not pushy and I wasnt charged anything beyond what I was quoted for the maintenance program. I highly recommend.

This company is wonderful to work with! We have been using them for the last 5 years and the previous owners used them prior. They are very helpful and honest. The owner does not try to up sell or tell you things you don’t need. I even had them out and the issue wasn’t resolved. They put Part of the money I paid for the first visit towards what I had to pay the second visit when the issue didn’t get fixed. He is honest in his assessment and let’s you choose what you want to do for your home. I recommend getting your units serviced and maintenance as it will save you money in the long run to not have to change all vents/ducts at one time. They also wear masks and booties and clean up any areas that insulation may have traveled. 😊

AC running, but temp climbing(86F° at 3pm) inside on July 27, 2023. Theres some serious heat going on outside this year. Called Britany at Jaric AC and heating as we have a long term biyearly service contract with them for 10+ years and a 10 year warrantee on the outside unitonly(replaced in March, 2022).She called Jordan(AC Tech) and he was just finishing another call and would be over in less than an hourand he was.Jordan found that the capacitor that starts the compressor in the outside unit of our heat pump was toast.Jordan replaced that at no additional charge as per warrantee.Inside heat exchanger coil was not handling pressure as it should, but AC was cooling and well delay a decision on that if adequate cooling continues. OK so far at 24 hours on a hot, hot day.Bottom line: Jordan, the tech, was In and out quick and tidy and gave me a good explanation of what was going on with the AC unit. He would also send me current priceon options of inside coil (or inside unit) replacement if it gets to that.Whats not to love!Thanks Jaric, Brittany and Jordan!

Another company sold it to me and I had nothing but problems with it. The 1st time I called Jaric, Jim came out and spent a solid hour identified the problem and fixed it. Told me it was a consult and didnt charge me. Of course I called Jaric back the next time it broke. He went to bat for me to try to get Lennox to replace their flawed unit. To no avail, but he made the effort and I appreciate it! This is a trustworthy company run by good people! You cannot go wrong with them!
