Jack came out to perform routine maintenance on our A/C. We asked him about why one part of the house was always hotter/colder during different seasons and he explained our ductwork needed some work. Without question and at no additional charge, Jack spent about 30 mins in the blistering heat of the attic, trying to get our ductwork in better shape for more airflow and was honest about the future work we will need. We trust Jack and would recommend him to anyone!

Jack was quick to respond to a situation I had in a rental property when I needed help ASAP. When replacement was the solution rather than a repair, he very efficiently located a replacement unit and coordinated an install with minimal inconvenience to my tenant. It all worked out perfectly and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Jack did great work on my Lennox unit. I was told by an unnamed big AC repair place that my whole unit was shot and needed a new full unit. My heat pump was not that old and I wanted a 2nd opinion.I had Jack come in and he determined that just a certain part needed replacement. He saved me thousands of dollars and I will continue to use his services - not like the big chains that just want to upsell and take advantage of the customer.
