I HIGHLY recommend J-Mart Services. I’ve been taken care of my elderly parents with one of them had just gotten out of a day surgery earlier that day. I usually do most of my own A/C repairs, but at 6:30pm on a Friday evening I was desperate and letting my 75 yr old parents sitting in the heat overnight was not a option. So I started calling. J-Mart was the first person I called. He was not able to come out that night, but said he would be there first thing in the morning if I hadn’t found anyone to come out that night. After talking for a few minutes and hear in his voice that he genuinely care and probably would do about anything to help, we talked about other options and was able to get my A/C running with out him coming out.Thanks you J-Mart and you will always be on my speed dial and recommendations list for others.

After our A/C went out I was referred to J-Mart. James came out quickly to get us an estimate, while at the property James educated us on what our home needed and what needed to be done to make our A/C more efficient. A few days later James and crew arrived right on time and started the install/repair. Every step of the way if we had questions and/or concerns James was quick to educate us and put our minds at ease. I’m beyond happy with the work that was done and I’m pretty sure the A/C in our house has never worked as good as it does now. Thank you J-Mart for doing such great work!!

James and his team have been amazing every time I’ve needed them. They are thorough, timely, and educate on how to keep your system functioning better for longer. I have never felt they did something that didn’t need to be done just to make money (as happened with another local company when I first moved here). James was even kind enough to even sit my father who was battling cancer (yet determined to fix the A/C himself) and work together to fix the problem. I will never forget that and recommend him to anyone who wants amazing work, quality, appropriate pricing, and also a team who cares about their customers.

These are our go-to HVAC guys. They should be yours as well. Always prompt, professional, and friendly. Always fit us in as soon as possible. We call every spring for tuneups and it is a fair price to maintain the system.The great power surge of 2021 fried a motor in our downstairs unit. J-mart didnt have it on hand and had to order. I was out of town, but the concern they showed for my elderly parents was touching. They really went above and beyond to make sure they were safe and comfortable in the heat.

OUTSTANDING contractor! Our AC stopped running efficiently and these 100° days were killing us. James answered our call right away and we trouble shot/discussed together. He got the unit we decided on same day and offered to come out the following day to do the job. Once installed there was an issue with a meter in the unit. He got it fixed and the AC was up and running efficiently a day later. Super knowledgeable, down-to-earth guy. We will definitely use JMART again for any of our hearing/HVAC needs. Couldnt have had a better experience! James was prompt and professional. He addressed our clogged dryer vent which is vented to the roof. He took pics to show me of before and after the work. The price was very fair and his helpers were some of the most polite young men I have met in years!! We have found our service provider for anything HVAC.

He takes the time to explain more about the situation so that you are able to get a better understanding of what caused the issues. When he replaced the entire system for me, he made an appointment and arrived on time as soon as the weather allowed him to do his job. He also, gave tips on how to take care of it so that I know how to keep it running properly for its lifespan! The crew goes above and beyond what is expected from a company!

My wife had 3 different companys try to fix the ac and still never was fixed just more problems called jmart they came out fixed every problem I had guys before replaced unit didnt put correct filter base in jmart fixed it looks at my ducts no dampers jmart took care of me these guys get straight to the point troubleshoot and fix problems where the other companies my wife had come out to work put bandages on everything these guys rock and took excellent care of me
