Clay was so quick to respond as we had excessive condensate coming from one of our AC units. While it was understood to be an easy and cheap fix (for him), he still came on a Friday evening. Incredibly knowledgeable professional as a Houston native and understand the climate and common issues we gave in Texas. Highly recommend!!
