Came home to a broken A/C at 830 PM, Interstate was at our home 8AM the following morning and issue fixed by 1130 AM. I am grateful for their quick response, knowledge and expertise. Gentleman took the time to explain to me what the issue was (in a way that I clearly understood) and even advised me on proper maintenance frequency and what kind of filters are best suited for my home environment. Could not recommend this company enough, to anyone who finds themselves in need of their services! -

Very knowledgeable, had a lot of stuff in their car, needly organized in shelves.Because of that, he could switch out our bad thermostat for a new one right away. I would definitely recommend this company and call them again, if I need repair. -

They were attentive and responsive from start to finish, providing updates continuously on the status of parts that had been ordered. Dean and Conner, their installation team, were extremely professional and polite. They worked hard to install the new unit and did an awesome job cleaning as they went. Overall, Im very impressed and would happily do business with them again. -
