Very pleased. Called another company but they took an hour and a half just to call back. Was worried because I had a litter of pups and 5 adult dogs in the house and it was supposed to get up to 105*. Called Integrity and they had someone scheduled right away. Girl that answered was very nice and helpful. Even though Andrew had to run to town to get a part the job was dont quickly and efficiently. Andrew was very polite and professional. He did a great job. Cant thank you guys enough and my furbabies thank you also. I will definitely be using Integrity 1st Heat and Air in the future.Thank you again

Actually, Andrew texted me every step from “en route” till “work with Integrity Home Comfort Solution has finished” in less than 2 hours total. Our AC unit works like a Champ now. I had Dewayne come out to clean our ductwork in a Pre-foreclosure that had been unoccupied for awhile. They did such a good job and went out of their way to clean our registers as well and replace all the hardware. They discovered one of our units had a lot of build up on the coil and cleaned the coil without any extra charge! They spent quite some time sharing their faith and really made an impact on my wife and I.Thank you so much for going above and beyond for my family and I!

Used this company for my duct cleaning. I don’t believe the ducts had ever been cleaned before. There was so much nicotine and dust and grossness in general that we couldn’t believe the difference in the smell after they left! Pretty amazed at the huge difference in our air quality!
