I cant begin to thank Jose and his crew enough! Jose came out for a simple fan being out in our furnace. He diagnosed a much larger problem. Saving us from carbon monoxide poisoning! Then had to order a whole new unit.Jose and his guys spent the entire day. Working non stop to get us up and running! Those gentlemen worked tirelessly to get my family taken care off.What i can tell you is Integrity isnt just the name. They exemplify what that means. No one other than this company will touch my HVAC needs from here on!From my heart thank you Jose and crew you all are amazing!

Total new install replacing an old unit including ductwork. Got several bids Integrity was very competitive. He came out as we planned and gave me a very comprehensive bid. I was very impressed with Jose’s thoroughness he showed up to my job with four people total to work on removing old equipment and installing new within a matter of days we were up and running again with a new unit. Anna in the office is wonderful as well. Total class with follow up and service. I would highly recommend Integrity!

We needed our heating and a/c ducts removed and replaced. Integrity came out and did all the work as well as installing a filter for the whole system. They got to us quickly, did the job in a very timely manner and left our house clean and in order after service. We were extremely happy with all aspects of the job and felt the order was very reasonable. We definitely plan on using them for any work we need done in the future!

Showed up the ranch last Friday evening and A/C was not working, Called Integrity A/C and Jose was out the next Morning. Diagnosed the problem, the fan motor on the inside unit was out. Being a Saturday Jose was not able to get the part until Monday. By the way the ranch is an hour from Bryan! Integrity 1st A/C & Heating will be my go to for all of my A/C needs in the future. I highly recommend Integrity 1st Ac & Heating for all your A/C needs as well!!!

When our A/C went out on Saturday, we called someone who charged $129 and told us it would cost $4000- 12000 to fix. 3 different friends said to call Jose Lerma @ Integrity 1st.He came Monday at 8:30, as promised, diagnosed the problem and gave us a price of $2575. He had it installed and working perfectly before 3:30 pm.Jose and his partner treated us with respect and kindness, and kept us informed along the way. Our AC unit had been blowing hot air for the last few days, we saw a recommendation for this company from a FB group and Im so thankful because the owner came out the same day (mind you its the weekend and after hours) and replaced a part that had burned out. Super fast and professional, didnt try and get us for anything extra. Was very honest and straight forward, replaced the part and helped our family out tremendously. Would absolutely recommend this company 100 percent!
