    Jake with IME was absolutely fantastic. He too care of all our needs. Our AC went out in the middle of summer and he had us back up and running working 48 hours! The did a clean and quick job.     I purchased a brand new 3Ton American Brand Air Conditioner cooling and heating System in May 2023.Kyle was straight forward to work withI liked that he was not a typical pushy sales guy. You would think he was part of the family that own the company- (its a family owned business).There were some small difference in the options agreed and signed for, and installed, which he has offered to look into for credit. He provided warranty registration as requested.Kyle sent a very nice crew to remove old unit and install new. I cannot say enough good things about the friendly install crew he sent.The lead installer Maurice was is very professional, knows his work, works quickly and quietly. He get on and completes and tests install, inside and outside. He us open to listening to any concerns or requests and resolves.I was impressed that he speaks very little English, but communicates very well. Did installed new unit in same location as old unit.I would trust him and want him any time I need an A/C Tech service.It was a pleasant experience using this company and would recommend.

    Jake, our salesperson knew his products and what would be best for our home. No pressure, all professional. Installation was done in less than a day. Inspection by city was completed and passed. Inspector commented that installation was done perfectly. Oh, one last thing. BEST PRICE WE RECEIVED. Unit is a name brand with great warranty. Could not be happier.

    I used IME services to have my HVAC unit replaced. Jake came out and did an evaluation, very knowledgeable on the systems. The quote was cheaper than I expected.     Our AC kicked dust, and my husband contacted IME. The very next morning Kyle was out at our home providing us a proposal for a new unit.     I had an excellent experience with this AC company. My home is a new build, and I was concerned about a noise coming from the AC unit. After contacting the builder, they referred me to this company. Christian answered my call and was very professional, assuring me that he would send someone right away.Jose arrived shortly after, despite it pouring down rain that day. He was extremely helpful and addressed the issue promptly. I was highly impressed with their quick response and dedication.     Corinth, TX. June 2024.4-ton Goodman condenser, original to the house.My condenser unit bit the dust after 20 years. I contacted IME via their website, and was later contacted by Jake. He was a pleasure to deal with: nice, courteous, professional, and honest. He was very responsive, even outside of normal business days/hours. He walked me through the entire process, gave me a competitive quote, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was good.We had one installation hiccup, and Jake followed through to make sure their tech came back out and got it fixed ASAP.I will be using IME for any future HVAC or electrical issues.

    I only do reviews when I am 1000% please... im writing in this in lieu of my mother whom IME did an AC and gas furnace replacement units for. She had a great experience starting with their lead tech Jeremy who helped and advised what she should do with her 22 year old system that was on its last leg. She then got connected with Tyler Martin in sales who was fantastic. He took in account what her budget was and what best fit her home. Both employees and the install crew were all so knowledgable in the trade it was an easy choice for my mother, and we couldnt be happier. Thank you!!!

    I had to get my whole AC system replaced since it was put in the house while the dinosaurs were still on earth. Being a pretty expensive purchase I talked to many AC companies and researched different brands. I was very happy with the price Kyle gave me for a Lennox unit. He came out to look what needs to be done and stick to his first quote. It was very easy to schedule. The installers were very friendly and efficient too. Overall Im very happy with my decision.

    IMES was a good company to work with. Kyle was professional and communicative, and we were impressed with the attitude and effort displayed by the install crew. The install took a significant amount of time longer than estimated, due to an issue with a tool. However, the crew came back the next day and finished the job up after getting a replacement tool. Overall a good experience.

    I have owned my home for over 20 years. I have had to replace my outside unit 10 years ago. However last year, my AC went out during the 100+ degree weather here. Long story short, I called an AC company that I will not name. Came to my house and after the tech could not put coolant in the unit because he didnt have the correct tools, so he said he needed to replace the whole hvac system for 17k! I had to call another company, which basically said the same thing. But at least they were able to put coolant in for about 1k!Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I saw IME in the local business paper that we have ,and I called them. Jake who was my salesperson came out and was able to give me a quote for the new unit, which was half of what the first company quoted. However , he recommended that I get a service guy come out to let me know if we even needed to replace the whole system.Today, 5/23 Martin the service tech came out. Martin asked me to tell him what was going on so he would know what hes dealing with. I told him about all of the information that the other companies gave. He then told me what he was going to do. Martin was able to not only fix our issue , but he did something that the other companies did NOT do. He flushed my system, told me how to keep the system clear of clogs. He opened my vents and showed me how to do it myself. He literally got his hands dirty, which is something neither of the other 2 companies did. And the best part is, he told me we didnt really need a new unit. Bottom line is the other companies could have easily done this and gained a customer for life. Instead , they lost a customer.IME is by far the best Heating and AC company in Dallas as far as I am concerned, and these reviews prove that. I highly recommend using IME for any HVAC needs you have.Thanks, Jake, Martin, and the entire team! you guys are awesome, and you have gained a customer for life!

    Integrated took great care of us from start to finish. They are quick to respond, getting a rep out to our home the same day.     I purchased two new (5 TON & 3TON) Lennox systems in November 2023. Kyle was straight forward with me and did not push me to do anything I did not want to do.The work crew were professional and they finished the job in time and did a great job. There were some issues with one of the unit but they sent a technician right away to fix the problem.It was a pleasant experience using IME and I would recommend them. The best thing with them is they educate you while going through the options and that was refreshing.

    Over the years, we’ve had several good experiences using IME to replace/repair our A/C units, so we decided to call IME again when it was time to replace our 21-year-old Lennox Furnace. This time we worked with Jake Stastny. Jake was very responsive and wonderful to do business with - he gave us an initial quote and then worked with us to adjust the quote based on some upgrades we desired – e.g. Hung-Rite Kit, redoing both plenums…etc. Selbin did the install and did an excellent job, taking his time to ensure it was all done correctly. After the install, Jake brought an electrician (Felix) to ensure that the breakers in our electrical panel were sized correctly for our HVAC units. Felix was great too - while he was here, we asked him numerous electrical questions and he happily answered every one of them. Jake then worked with the City of Southlake to get all inspections passed and made a special trip to haul our old unit away. We couldn’t be happier with the honest service we received from IME – Jake, Selbin and Felix!

    I have used IME to replace three full AC systems at our home over the last 5 years — ranging from 2.5 to 4 ton systems. In each occasion, Kyle provided a competitive quote and we have been very happy with the performance of each system. The installs are difficult due to locations of existing equipment but Juan and his team did an awesome job and were there to answer any questions I had. Additionally, unlike some vendors I have used in the past, they are very good in terms of cleaning up post-install. I highly recommend IME if you are in the market for a new HVAC system.

    IME installed our new A/C-Heat Pump system on October 6, 2016 and we have been with this company since then. We have dealt with Lauren for the last 6 years and its been a pleasure. She has always been very polite, understanding, and has a pleasing personality. She understands your concerns and will get a resolution to your issue or problem. One time there was a report not filled out correctly during a maintenance check-up. I called Lauren and she immediately notified the technician and had him to come back to our home and do it over CORRECTLY.Today, we got a new technician, JOSE, who serviced our unit for yearly maintenance. He was AWESOME. He was very, very thorough and explained every detail of what he was doing. We requested that Jose be the one to come back and perform the maintenance on our unit in the fall.

Working with IME and Benny has been the best experience doing that by far. Just good honest business practices and straight forward reasonable prices. Great Lennox system (17 seer) inside and out done in 3 hours by Juan and his crew and done right. City Inspector was actually impressed. 2 year labor warranty is icing on the cake.

    We needed both AC units replaced at our home as they both failed within a couple days of each other in the Texas heat. After quoting with 5 different installers IME had the best price, and fastest availability, without trying to upsell us.The install crew worked in an organized manner, cleaned after themselves extremely well, and to be frank left my attic wiring and piping more organized than they found it! They replaced the AC and furnace for both upstairs and downstairs and were done in a few hours. Seriously impressive work and excellent price compared to all the other quotes we got.

    IME provided me really good value for my money. Their repairmen are really good as well. My AC wasn’t working properly about 4 months after installation. It turned out that the drainage pipe had clogged which was not their fault at all (it happened in a bathroom that we seldom used). The repairman, Abraham took really good care of us and fixed and cleaned everything and didn’t even charge us. I highly recommend their service.

    After comparing the quotes I received from IME against the other companies, and looking at the reviews and Better Business Bureau reviews, I decided to go with IME. I definitely made the right decision as they did an excellent job on replacement of our old unit. Tyler Martin was our sales rep and he did a great job, even with numerous requests I asked of him.In comparison with the other companies, they offer a 1 year maintenance plan, and here is where they are different: a 2 year labor warranty. And of course you get the 10 year warranty on the equipment. And on top of this, they had the best costs and I did not feel like they were trying to rip me off. I am very happy with the work they did and the equipment they installed.

    In February 2022, IME replaced my entire HVAC system with two 4 ton, 16 SEER American Standard units. They also built a new plenum for one of the attic units, modified several ducts by enlarging their diameters; then balanced the system, by properly adjusting the dampers. They replaced the existing thermostat with an Ecobee Pro. Jay and his team did excellent installation work. Kyle was the IME sales rep I worked with. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He made the process less traumatic than imagined.Because I chose to have the HVAC replaced in late winter, the air conditioning refrigerant could not be maxed out due to the ambient air temp being too low. In mid-May 2022, Dillion, an IME technician, came to my house to bring the coolant up to specs as the outside temp now made it possible to add the additional R-410A coolant. Dillon was readily able to diagnose why the Ecobee system was sending me high humidity alerts, which was the result of low levels of coolant in the system (as explained above.) He verified the problem and added the R-410A. Dillon was also professional, knowledgeable and personable.I have been a homeowner more than 40 years. IME is now my go-to company for HVAC work. I highly recommend the company and salute their employees like Kyle, Jay and Dillon who come into the customers home with respect and integrity.

    Salesman Jake Stastny had me take some pictures of my inside and outside units and send them to him and then he quoted me a great price on a new 4 ton, 16 seer American standard unit. I scheduled the work immediately because I didnt want the quote to change and they came out a couple weeks later exactly when scheduled. The actual work was subcontracted by Ivan and Luis Sanchez who did a phenomenal job, it was verified by ime Services first and then garland came out to inspect the work and found A very minor issue but the salesman himself came out and fixed it right up no big deal at all, and now I feel better because I am up to code and it looks much nicer than the old system did and seems to work much better. Its been a few weeks and all is good.

    Would HIGHLY recommend this company, and especially Kyle Cooper. His pricing was much lower than their competitors and installation was perfect. Obstacles of our trees, old units, etc did not keep him from performing his job at a very high level in a very quick time frame.     Had an issue this week with my safeTpipe was stopping my unit outside from coming on. Dillion went over everything including the clean out and how important this is. The SafeTpipe did it’s job and Dillion helped diagnosing the issue and providing a quick remedy.Also when I called to request service, the lady who answers the phone was very nice and listened to my concerns.     We used IME Services to install our new HVAC system in 2020. They were fantastic to work with and had great price and workmanship. We have not had an issue with our new unit (or the new duct work they installed). Then yesterday a snake decided our AC unit was a terrific place to hangout and lost his fit with the AC blades. I called IME immediately to see how to clean my AC unit and if it was possible for someone to come and check it to make sure there was no damage. They sent Dillon out at 8am the next morning who CLEANED and inspected my AC unit. Dillon was professional and efficient cleaning my unit and inspecting it. Thank you so much Dillon for your great service and saving me from having to get the snack pieces out of my AC!

    EDIT:So moved to a new house in West Frisco. Again inherited an old HVAC system and again I reached out to Kyle at IME. Once again they beat every estimate significantly. And having worked with them before compared to the others I called it was a no brainer. They also carry American Standard now so I was pretty excited to have that option. Great service, install crew was on time and professional. It sucks buying two HVACs that close apart but happy with both systems.ORIGINAL REVIEWSo my AC started blowing warm air. I called the big guys on the commercials and they sent over a sales man trying to sell me a new a system and even their quote for fixing was twice as high as the average price when I googled the issue.Luckily I called around and IME was great. They quoted me less than half the price to fix and they gave me an amazing deal to replace the whole system. With it being 12 years old went for the full system replacement. There crew was professional and efficient. Got there promptly on time at 8 and they were done replacing systems and by 3. Then after the job was complete Kyle came by to inspect the work.     Very professional and easy to work with company. We had a large residential project involving up-sizing two HVAC units, removing gas furnaces in favor of heat pumps and relocating the HVAC within the attic. Prices are exceptionally reasonable.     About 2 weeks ago had them install a new AC unit in my attic as Im getting ready to sell my place. I was referred to them by a very satisfied coworker. I couldnt have made a better decision! These guys were on point from start to finish! I have no complaints...and neither did my local building inspector when he checked their work! They were in and out in less than a day.     Everyone at IME Service was very professional from our initial call to report our new AC was working correctly to the service technician that came out to our house. Lauren & Savannah did an excellent job in scheduling our appointment in a prompt manner.Joshua (proper name is Yehoshua, we kept mispronouncing it but he was very gracious about it) called to let us know what time he would be at our home and he was prompt! Not a minute late!When he arrived he got to the problem, determined the issue and solved it within 30 minutes. Our AC wasnt cooling half of the house correctly and the other half was too cold. He answered all of our questions, we had a lot - first time homebuyer, in a clear manner that we could understand. He explained what the issue was, walked us through how he was going to fix it and then proceeded to do so.He even gave us some pointers/tips to help keep the house evenly cool.I waited a little over a month to write this review because i wanted to fully test the AC and make sure it was working correctly (and the heater as well) - they are.I cannot say enough fantastic things about the folks at IME - all professional, friendly and gracious!Thank you IME for a great job!

    I highly recommend this company, Pricing was very competitive. Kyle detailed the scope of all work to be done in writing. We had to wait for the AC unit to be manufactured, but as soon as it was available an install was scheduled, The crew completed the install, including removing the attic access and reinstalling it.     I have recently used IMEI to replace my heat pump unit at my property. They have the best prices available in the metroplex. period.     This company is really great. They installed the system in my house last year which replaced an old SEER 10 with a SEER 16 system which has reduced my electricity bill. The guy who does the quotes Tyler never pressured me and let his bids do the talking. The system worked great. until their was this strong odor which really bothered us. This is where I thought oh no...but each time I called IME we got a follow up that day which is pretty great. I know that so far this story doesnt sounds not too good. However the company stands behind their products and their Tech Staff does too. I found out that from time to time some systems will have a smell and there is simple fix. The tech sprayed Bio Fresh which basically is anti-bacterial, anti-mold, and anti-bacteria spray in the intake with the filter removed. The system then runs on cool for 2 hours and works through the system. Now the smell is gone so I am writing this review which is way overdue. Last thing is when you have a service form them they give you a 4 hour window and they have always come during the time window which is great. I have had a great experience with IME LLC. Great company and very competitive pricing. FYI Cesar, Jake and Justin are Tech Staff that assisted me great job guys.

    Installed two new 3 Ton AC/Heat units with air handlers. I had 4 other companies quote me on a complete new system and the quotes were out of sight.I saw IME on Facebook and called them. Kyle answered all my questions and followed up on every detail. When I told him I was ready on Wed he sent the crew out on Sat.     My husband and I bought our new house in Coppell back in August 2019. One HVAC unit was OK; however, the upstairs unit was the original 2 ton installed 25 years ago. A friend recommended Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Services after they installed her new HVAC. We had already been given a quote from another contractor before talking to Integrated M&E. Tyler was our sales consultant; very nice and professional. Once we saw the price, our decision was made; it was 45% lower than other contractors. The HVAC equipment were both Lennox, 16-seer; a 4 ton and 3 ton. He worked with us regarding the installation because we were dealing with a special situation. Two days ago the crew showed up for the install; Juan and Daniel were very friendly and professional. They worked through the day without a break. Our house is very comfortable and the smart thermostats are great.     This was a very pleasant experience overall. I had to replace a 30+ year old electric AC/furnace system along with some duct work and IMES was by far the best quote I received. The quote setup was very professional, Tyler was very helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting an electric (no gas in my place) heat pump system with a new Nest thermostat.     The newly installed AC performed below the exception with temperature differential less than 13 degree F. NIC came, found/fixed 2 issues, 1-being with outside unit by adding Freon, and 2nd-being with inside unit by sealing a hole that leaking the cold air into attic. He told me that he will be back early next week with the right material/parts to enhance the seals and make some improvements. I give him 5 stars because what he demonstrated today in terms of honesty, attitude, responsibility, and professional services.I will leave another review after he finishes the rest of the job next week.

    Kyle was my assigned customer account manager and came to my home to give me an estimate on a 4 ton HVAC complete installation. They are a dealer for Lennox and the quote I got for a 16 SEER, 4 Ton system was very competitive to the 5 other quotes I got on a 14 SEER system.The Installation team came to install the system and had to come again the second day to fix a new WHIP and change out the flow switch. Very prompt response.I saw vibration due to an imbalanced fan on the condenser and IME sent out their technician the next day. Yashua came over assessed it and replaced the fan blades and the vibration was gone. Very professional and responsive.I highly recommend Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services to take care of your HVAC needs.

    I started pricing two new AC units to replace the old inefficient ones that I had. First of all, these companies are robbing people blind!! 13k, 16k and the big daddy of em all, 19k for two units. These companies are charging like they are installing ALL new equipment like, ducts, plenums, wiring and registers! Its rediculous! So ehile browsing some mail, I find IME in a circular and what struck me right from the start was thatvthey listed their prices. Then, and this is the best part, they were within the Texas average for an installed replacement unit.Look, There are reputable websites you can go to that will tell you what the average cost is for a professional HVAC installation, as well as, wholesale/dealer prices per unit. This is to help YOU, the consumer avoid these overpriced installation jobs. 4 highly recognized companies gave quotes 3 to 5 times the FAIR average.So I contacted IME. From my first contact with Jake and Tyler, the two sales gentlemen who came to my home, I was impressed with their forthrightness and knowledge about the process and prices. There was no, ....well....., or uhhhhhhhh, you see. I even gave them a couple of reasons to lie to me, to make the deal sound sweeter to get a sale, and they didnt. It was honest and upfront, heres what we can do for you and heres how we will do it.. Just straight talk without the fluff, i really appreciated that. They had me sold but I wanted to run the final price by the brains of this operation in case I forgot anything. The wife okayd it and I called Jake and Tyler to green light the install.On 9-13-2019, The crew arrived as planned. I verified the units they had were the correct ones to be installed. Juan was awesome. He introduced himself and his helper and got started straight away. They were very courteous and careful swapping the units out. Juan got clarification on some of the equipment options and after a few hours they were done. I was actually surprised that they were done so soon. Juan took me on a tour of the installation from the inside units to outsides units to the thermostats. The installation was hassle free, damage free, even with bringing two units downstairs and taking two units upstairs, and it was fast enough so that my house didnt notice the lack of AC.I highly recommend IME to everyone that I came in contact with. From Jake and Tyler, to the very pleasant receptionist who answered a couple of my general questions, to the stars of the event, the installers, Juan and his helper (sorry I cant remember his name!). They were all great to work with!If anything changes, I will definitely update this review!

    I came home to no heat at 6pm. I made a desperate call to IMES and they had someone come out that night. Yashua quickly diagnosed a bad blower motor.     I started having issues with my AC last night and was able to make an appointment the next day when I called (also called next day). I was provided a courtesy call by the young lady that answered the phone and was provided updates on the arrival time of the technician. She also told me on the initial call that the rep would be wearing gloves, booties for his shoes as well as a mask. He also kept his distance. Yashua Robles was the tech for the job, and my wife and I were very pleased with his professionalism and willingness to explain what was going on with our AC system. We are also pleased with him taking the social distancing guidelines seriously. We would use this company again for HVAC needs.

    I have used Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services to do our fall and spring heating and AC routine maintenance checks. They show up on time and are professional. This last Spring, I mentioned that some of our rooms are hotter than other rooms. Our technician adjusted our vents in the attic and this summer was the coolest our house has ever been. I dont know what he did but the air was evenly distributed throughout all our rooms. Very helpful. We recommend this company!

    The most honest, down to earth review you are ever gonna get! In March of 2021, we started calling around for estimates on replacing our AC System. We live in a 1800 square foot home, and currently had a 4 ton system, older than the hills, that constantly leaks freon . We had a total of 6 different companies come out to give quotes. The cheapest was $6,500, and this was only to replace the outside, not the inside parts. To replace our whole system it was going to be $10,000 to $15,000 dollars. At the end of day I had pretty much given up hope, and resigned myself to sticking a window unit in as I was sitting at the table, listening to the 6th company tell me how it could possibly run even higher than the $15,000. As I was listening to this guy drone on and one, I happened to pick up the coupon ads that had been laying on my table for the last week. One of the ads was from Integrated Mechanical & Electric Services out of Lewisville TX, and quoted a brand new, name brand, 4 ton AC System fully installed for $4,999. Now as Im reading it, the AC sales guy quoting me my latest death bid snatched it right out of my hand and said, and I quote.... this cant be true, they would never make any money, its a scam. Now, after not being able to get that coupon ad out of my head for days, I finally picked up the phone and call Integrated Mechanical Services, to ask what the catch was! Turns out there is no catch, they mean what they say! They are a family owned business that doesnt believe in price gouging. They are honest, trust worthy, do great work, are prompt, and mean what they say. Dont let the company being located in Lewisville TX stop you from picking up the phone and giving them a call. They were at my front door the very next day, and I live in Arlington TX. I am going to post my final invoice as proof that replacing your AC System without landing in the poor house can be done LOL. All that being said, youd be a fool not to call Jake Stastny with Integrated Mechanical & Electric Services.

    I had my 19 year old Home A/C system replaced on 6/17/2021 by IME services. Sebin Moya the contractor they used, showed up about 9:45 am with the complete system in tow.He meticulously removed my old system and installed the new system step by step. He did not object to me observing the process, and welcomed the opportunity to explained and addressed any questions I had during the process. Selbin was very Knowledgeable, and friendly and enlightened me about the new system operation. I will definitely used IME services again, and recommend, that if you have an HVAC needing replacement that you consult them. For me ,it was a no brainer, after meeting and consulting with Tyler Martin, the Representative at IME services, I was given an offer I just couldnt refuse, and ended up having my system replaced by them for Half the price of the cheapest quote from three other High end ??? companies, and the work done by Selbin the Contractor was First class.

    I had a leaky a.c. In a outdated system. The Freon was just going to be too expensive to continue refilling every year. They made me a great deal on my downstairs unit.     Lately, I installed a NEW AC system, LENNOX 3.5 Ton.Ive received quote from 4 other companies. For exact same system, some of them quoted me $7000 or more. That is almost $2000 more than IME offered. Not only IME offers great pricing, brand they carry is one of the top systems. Scheduling was so fast, and Mr. Tyler followed up from the beginning to the end. Ive communicated hom through email. His email response time was average less than an hour. Very quick and supportive.
