The two technicians whom came out were professional and caring. A warranty company I had a contract with did not come through fixing the issue, so the gentleman stepped in and resolved my issue after the warranty company refused to cover my policy with them. I will keep using this company after being treated with care and a fair price to fix my issue. The warranty company will be contacted by me discussing my disappointments and I may possibly cancel my policy. I had this leak that had been going on for who knows how long. I called Innovative Trades and they were able to send a technician to my house in a couple of hours. Technician Chris was very professional and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was able to repair leak. Although the leak damage some of the interior wall and needed time to dry out. Chris was able to repair the damage wall several days later. I am very pleased with the work and professional this company has to offer. I definitely recommend Innovative Trades and will use this company in the future.

We just recently moved into our new home and knew we would be tackling a large plumbing and electrical project. We were essentially creating a storage shed that will play house to our workspace/office and also play house to a water softener system we had bought.Innovative Trades team was awesome from start to finish. The level of professionalism is what helped us deciding to hire them. They came out and took photos of the site and created a customer file that holds all of our work and information, including updated project photographs.This project had a few timeline shifts and plan changes and the Innovative was able to adjust and adapt and we greatly appreciate them for that. We even had an emergency fix from another project that they were able to squeeze us in to help repair it.Overall, if you want a great team and knowledgeable plumbing/electrical/renovation contractor you are with the right company.

You should research how those Companies operate.Innovative Trades LLC.THANK YOU 🙏Prior to researching any plumbers I prepared myself to pay (Mainly Labor Cost) between $500/600.00 for this job.Innovative Trades quoted me $650. I could not have been more happier to coordinate the job given the last two Human Beings I spoke to.The impressive part with Innovative Trades is that everything was coordinated telephonically! INNOVATIVE TRADES ALSO INSTALLED A TOTAL OF 12 PROTECTED ELECTRICAL PLUGS AROUND MY POND. THIS IS SO I WILL HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH POWER TO RUN MY FILTERS AND UV LIGHT FOR MY POND AND ENSURE ADDITIONAL ROOM FOR ANY FUTURE TECHNOLOGY I MAY WANT TO CONNECT. Great experience overall! I initiated a claim via my warranty service for a plumbing stoppage, which I knew was not good. They seemed to think it wasnt an emergency and the first contractor they sent took 3 days to service my claim. When he arrived he stated that their was a main line stoppage and he would not be able to fix it, he then suggested I relay the information to my home warranty service. They followed up by assigning Innovative Trades LLC to the claim and from that point everything went smoothly. Willie and Fabian showed up on time and quickly got to work asking detailed questions and surveying the the work they needed to do prior to actually poking around. They gave me a letter to show to my utility provider to have them understand what they needed to fix on their end. My house developed a foundation leak in the kitchen. I called and Rudy was quick to assess the potential problem and suggested a solution to the problem. He quickly setup an appointment and upon his arrival, he diagnosed the problem then offered two solutions to remedy the problem. Plan A would be the most cost effective if sawing into the foundation would be easily accessible. However, plan B would be used if the leak was found underneath an area where it would prove to be cost prohibitive. Fortunately, the leak was practically in the center of the kitchen floor so his team proceeded to repair the leak using L type copper, 15% silver solder and lead free fittings. The copper lines were then surrounded by small grain play sand commonly found at the beaches. Then the appropriate concrete/gravel mix was prepared and filled into the voided area. The crew swept, gathered all of the related debris, and hauled it away. Very professional, polite, efficient and clean crew. I highly recommend Innovative Trades LLC.
